Where to stay with pets in Braunlage

this hotel is more about its food, spa facilities and great location — not a hotel room you will remember because of its uniqueness

but we missed a sofa, a proper coffee maschine (there is a kettle, tea and instant coffee) and a fridge. at this price range i expect to have these, as well as bathroom amenities if you are very picky

don’t get me wrong though, it is decent room! the hotel offers lovely places to enjoy time outside. unfortunately, we didn’t have the time to check out the spa/sauna

We were also delighted with the food: the breakfast is great, the dinner in the restaurant "Leo's" is great! The location of the hotel is also great: you can start beautiful hikes right from the hotel, and the distance to the center of Braunlage is also short

the best thing about this hotel is the breakfast i think! such a great variety of tasty food and drinks. you can even have water, tea and coffee to go

Fantastic location and very characteristic design and concept - every single detail has been paid attention to. Wonderful mountain feeling, great service and an amazing gym! Restaurant is 5* as well.

Price and performance are not quite the same. A nice hotel in a good location. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was great. Only the room was not as nice as you would imagine at 170 € / night

Friendly and courteous staff, who accommodated us very obligingly. The location in Braunlage is also very good, the rooms are large and clean. Shower in the tub is not that nice

We were freshly prepared scrambled eggs and bacon and there was everything you wanted in terms of hot drinks. The evening at the bar was also very funny, the lady at the front desk was also great at the bar and very nice

We were given valuable tips for the event in town. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the wellness area with swimming pool was just great, the breakfast buffet was very extensive and tasty

Very nice place. Staff was very friendly and tried hard. Breakfast totally rich. Great swimming pool and enjoyed a pleasant massage. Had a nice weekend and will definitely come again.

We stayed at the Hotel Hohenzollern with two families for Walpurgis Night. The hotel staff, especially the two ladies at the front desk, were very, very nice and courteous

There are fresh juices and bio juices as well as mint tea and coffee. Fresh vege salad is available at the buffet counter with tasty quality ham/chicken fillet. Would recommend this hotel and want to return

The location is perfect; close to the ‘city’ center, but away from the crowds and close to the woods. All staff is very friendly and helpful

There are two rooms where you can enjoy your morning meal; one is a sort of lounge with several tables and seats and the other is furnished with one (and a smaller) large table, to be shared with other guests, which I find a pretty sympathetic idea

One of the most unique hotels we have ever stayed at! Very thoughtfully designed, cozy and relaxing. Great breakfast, outdoor sauna and comfortable areas to work and lounge. Staff are very helpful and polite

Every morning we were greeted nicely by the lovely yet professional lady, who turns out to be the manager. Very smart positioning of the hotel management, which represents the face of the hotel

The reception/bar is combined with a pretty cozy lounge corner to play a game in the afternoon. Rooms are quite spacious and very clean. Breakfast is also fine; quite some choice

Nice little hotel in a great location. The on-site team is very friendly and attentive, and the evening was always sweetened with a surprise menu.

We actually wanted to visit different locations on the three evenings, but since it was a mixed bag on the second day "out of town", we ate again at Memory on the third evening. The drinks menu left nothing to be desired

In connection with the presence of one of the two, which felt from morning to evening, we (4 adults) felt very welcome and "at home" right from the start. The dinner was also to our complete satisfaction

Anyone who likes to drink a "herb" should order a "Schmiedefeuer" from the regional distillery

The location could not be better and more central to the city, spa gardens, shops and restaurants. Wurmbergbahn is within walking distance. Parking spaces directly at the house free of charge

There are fridges with drinks (for a fee) and kettles in the hallway, and there are towels and even a mini hair dryer in the room. The breakfast is absolutely sufficient. The price-performance ratio 1a

WLAN, unfortunately not the strongest, but can also be used free of charge. The only thing I have to complain about, but that also happens very often in 4 star hotels. Please change the toilet seat

The Nitschke family would have needed 6 stars for the service, we were there with the ice hockey team for the second time. The breakfast is awesome, very nice people.

I like to give 5 stars here, even if the rooms are not perfectly and simply equipped. But it is super clean and yet comfortable. Actually, nothing is missing here

And they don't cost a fortune. I'll definitely be back, I feel very comfortable here

We booked a room with a shared bathroom but we were offered the same money for a room with a shower and a toilet that was certainly nice

the hotel is close to the mountain, and we left the car at the parking lot and walked to the elevator foot with skis

The family room is good value for money and the location in town is excellent for walking to a wide variety of restaurants. We will be back.

Very informal, very friendly staff. Very clean, comfortable beds, large rooms (family room, 2 rooms with a door) breakfast for us was great rolls, bread, milk rolls, jam, Nutella, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, etc

is enough no one goes out hungry 😉 Tea and coffee is possible at any time you make yourself. If you need more choice you have to book a 4 star hotel. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom

Very clean, rooms are in a good shape, staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is included in the price(basic breakfast - bread and jam/cheese, etc. With tea/coffee and juice)

They also have a really nice Italian joint restaurant called “San Siro” which I suggest checking out. Overall amazing experience and location for me and my family and I look forward to coming here again over the winter!

I came here with my family for vacation, and I believe that we truly got our money’s worth with this location. If you are looking for somewhere affordable with proper quality, I strongly suggest coming here

It is a well-located hostel where you can relax well. The price is adequate for the quality. Delicious and very large breakfasts. The room I stayed in was spacious and very comfortable

Great hotel. The single room I had was adequate but relatively small. The hotel itself is about 10 minutes walk away from the town. The staff were excellent and made sure everything within their power was right.

Ah but it anyway requires some planning: to parallelize spa visit, dinner and bar cause everything is open at the same time Despite points mentioned, overall vacation experience here is very good and relaxing, and, given that hotels costs are more than adequate for the services provided, I believe, some economy here and there is totally understandable

Food is very delicious and actually has flavor ( which is not always the case for German hotels ) - spacious room with nice balcony - good sauna area, a bit small for the hotel capacity though, especially given opening hours Minor points which I noted as to be improved, however again for the price it is exactly on point - biggest pain: opening hours of the spa

Excellent food. Natural local ingredients, well blended and sophisticated flavours and good portion size. Modern design with good atmosphere and good service. Would recommend. Only used the restraunt.

Very nice, friendly, courteous, professional staff, well balanced menu, not to modern for this rather conservative place, but not too classic. Fish and pork medallions were very good, good wine list

From the outside it looks due to the slightly strong light it a little uncomfortable, but Inside it looks different, very modern and you feel comfortable, also the owners are working on a Dimmer

Restaurant: elegantly layed-out interior, modern and chic. Service was excellent and attentive. Bar : nice atmosphere with football or music (depending on time of day and clientel)

The atmosphere and value is quite good. Very classy place. The food is very high quality but I wouldn't recommend getting the Viktoria burger.

The location in the middle of nature is perfect - quiet, but still close to the center of Braunlage

We were lucky that it snowed that weekend, allowing us to go sledding in the fresh snow on the slope behind the house. The evening sauna with a view of the snowy landscape rounded off the whole experience

The only thing that could be improved is a little information on how to use the sauna and the best way to light the fireplace. Otherwise, absolutely perfect, including the location

5 stars Simply fantastic! Spending the night in the log cabins was a real highlight. The cabins are lovingly furnished, super clean and offer everything you need for a relaxing stay

We really liked the hotel! Nice welcome, very nice room, very extensive breakfast, secure motorcycle parking and beautiful garden. The hosts were very accommodating.

In winter you can find great slopes with ski lifts nearby. Summer leaves nothing to be desired for hikers and explorers. Have fun visiting, it's worth it!

Short Break between Christmas and New Year, a very good choice found on the internet. Very central, good location, just opposite the ice ring and a short walk to the Wurmberg

We stayed in a pension near by and came here for breakfast. The service was friendly and the food was great. Lots of fresh warm buns, meats and cheeses, as well as scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs

The Forsthaus Restaurant was very cosy and rustic and the food we ordered in the evening was very good, delicious indeed, a very good service and very reasonable. All members of staff were very friendly and helpful

Rooms were large and modern and absolutely spotlessly clean. The Breakfast was continental including boiled or scrambled eggs, absolutely fine with coffee served at the table

As we liked a cup of tea first thing in the morning ( as you do) we brought our own kettle along, but we could have got some from the restaurant

Very nice little quiet hotel with swimming pool and sauna. The owner greets the guests personally and very friendly. There are 2 rooms designed for dogs and their owners. Both are on the ground floor with a terrace
