Where to stay with pets in Braunlage

this hotel is more about its food, spa facilities and great location — not a hotel room you will remember because of its uniqueness

but we missed a sofa, a proper coffee maschine (there is a kettle, tea and instant coffee) and a fridge. at this price range i expect to have these, as well as bathroom amenities if you are very picky

don’t get me wrong though, it is decent room! the hotel offers lovely places to enjoy time outside. unfortunately, we didn’t have the time to check out the spa/sauna

We were also delighted with the food: the breakfast is great, the dinner in the restaurant "Leo's" is great! The location of the hotel is also great: you can start beautiful hikes right from the hotel, and the distance to the center of Braunlage is also short

the best thing about this hotel is the breakfast i think! such a great variety of tasty food and drinks. you can even have water, tea and coffee to go

Fantastic location and very characteristic design and concept - every single detail has been paid attention to. Wonderful mountain feeling, great service and an amazing gym! Restaurant is 5* as well.

Price and performance are not quite the same. A nice hotel in a good location. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was great. Only the room was not as nice as you would imagine at 170 € / night

Friendly and courteous staff, who accommodated us very obligingly. The location in Braunlage is also very good, the rooms are large and clean. Shower in the tub is not that nice

We were freshly prepared scrambled eggs and bacon and there was everything you wanted in terms of hot drinks. The evening at the bar was also very funny, the lady at the front desk was also great at the bar and very nice

We were given valuable tips for the event in town. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the wellness area with swimming pool was just great, the breakfast buffet was very extensive and tasty

Very nice place. Staff was very friendly and tried hard. Breakfast totally rich. Great swimming pool and enjoyed a pleasant massage. Had a nice weekend and will definitely come again.

We stayed at the Hotel Hohenzollern with two families for Walpurgis Night. The hotel staff, especially the two ladies at the front desk, were very, very nice and courteous

There are fresh juices and bio juices as well as mint tea and coffee. Fresh vege salad is available at the buffet counter with tasty quality ham/chicken fillet. Would recommend this hotel and want to return

The location is perfect; close to the ‘city’ center, but away from the crowds and close to the woods. All staff is very friendly and helpful

There are two rooms where you can enjoy your morning meal; one is a sort of lounge with several tables and seats and the other is furnished with one (and a smaller) large table, to be shared with other guests, which I find a pretty sympathetic idea

One of the most unique hotels we have ever stayed at! Very thoughtfully designed, cozy and relaxing. Great breakfast, outdoor sauna and comfortable areas to work and lounge. Staff are very helpful and polite

Every morning we were greeted nicely by the lovely yet professional lady, who turns out to be the manager. Very smart positioning of the hotel management, which represents the face of the hotel

The reception/bar is combined with a pretty cozy lounge corner to play a game in the afternoon. Rooms are quite spacious and very clean. Breakfast is also fine; quite some choice

We actually wanted to visit different locations on the three evenings, but since it was a mixed bag on the second day "out of town", we ate again at Memory on the third evening. The drinks menu left nothing to be desired

The location could not be better and more central to the city, spa gardens, shops and restaurants. Wurmbergbahn is within walking distance. Parking spaces directly at the house free of charge

There are fridges with drinks (for a fee) and kettles in the hallway, and there are towels and even a mini hair dryer in the room. The breakfast is absolutely sufficient. The price-performance ratio 1a

WLAN, unfortunately not the strongest, but can also be used free of charge. The only thing I have to complain about, but that also happens very often in 4 star hotels. Please change the toilet seat

The Nitschke family would have needed 6 stars for the service, we were there with the ice hockey team for the second time. The breakfast is awesome, very nice people.

I like to give 5 stars here, even if the rooms are not perfectly and simply equipped. But it is super clean and yet comfortable. Actually, nothing is missing here

And they don't cost a fortune. I'll definitely be back, I feel very comfortable here

We booked a room with a shared bathroom but we were offered the same money for a room with a shower and a toilet that was certainly nice

the hotel is close to the mountain, and we left the car at the parking lot and walked to the elevator foot with skis

The family room is good value for money and the location in town is excellent for walking to a wide variety of restaurants. We will be back.

Very informal, very friendly staff. Very clean, comfortable beds, large rooms (family room, 2 rooms with a door) breakfast for us was great rolls, bread, milk rolls, jam, Nutella, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, etc

is enough no one goes out hungry 😉 Tea and coffee is possible at any time you make yourself. If you need more choice you have to book a 4 star hotel. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom

Very clean, rooms are in a good shape, staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is included in the price(basic breakfast - bread and jam/cheese, etc. With tea/coffee and juice)

They also have a really nice Italian joint restaurant called “San Siro” which I suggest checking out. Overall amazing experience and location for me and my family and I look forward to coming here again over the winter!

I came here with my family for vacation, and I believe that we truly got our money’s worth with this location. If you are looking for somewhere affordable with proper quality, I strongly suggest coming here

It is a well-located hostel where you can relax well. The price is adequate for the quality. Delicious and very large breakfasts. The room I stayed in was spacious and very comfortable

Very good stay can reccomend I had a very enjoyable stay at AHORN Harz Hotel Braunlage. The location is ideal for exploring the Harz mountains, and the views from the room were lovely

The rooms are spacious and clean! The staff is friendly and helpful! The breakfast is extensive and well-prepared! There's plenty to do in and around the hotel! There's a sauna, swimming pool, and fitness room! There are plenty of activities for children! A perfect hotel for couples, older couples, and families with children! Parking is available, but it's paid! We had a good and pleasant stay

It was truly family-friendly, with beautiful outdoor facilities including mini golf, a children's playground, a sports field, a goat pasture, a chess set, a boules court, a pool, table tennis, and numerous indoor play equipment – ​​everything you could need for children

The buffet offered no healthy options, only the bread was tasty; it took forever to reset the tables, and wiping meant sweeping crumbs onto the floor, one rag for several tables, and no disinfection at all

Well-equipped rooms, conveniently located in town, on-site parking and a very tasty breakfast. A lounge for smokers seems a bit outdated.
