The Hearts makes it easy for you to really like it from the heart! The whole concept, the design and all the friendly colleagues: inside are great! Whether bar or breakfast, we were served warmly everywhere and also found the quality of all food and drinks to be extremely good! We were freshly prepared scrambled eggs and bacon and there was everything you wanted in terms of hot drinks. The evening at the bar was also very funny, the lady at the front desk was also great at the bar and very nice

We were given valuable tips for the event in town. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the wellness area with swimming pool was just great, the breakfast buffet was very extensive and tasty

We stayed at the Hotel Hohenzollern with two families for Walpurgis Night. The hotel staff, especially the two ladies at the front desk, were very, very nice and courteous

The impairments are already very large, because the bedrooms and the terrace are directly on the construction site. We would have liked a little more understanding and goodwill from the landlord

There are two rooms where you can enjoy your morning meal; one is a sort of lounge with several tables and seats and the other is furnished with one (and a smaller) large table, to be shared with other guests, which I find a pretty sympathetic idea

Every morning we were greeted nicely by the lovely yet professional lady, who turns out to be the manager. Very smart positioning of the hotel management, which represents the face of the hotel

Super good place at a reasonable price. Good food, good rooms and nice staff and then it is nice that you can park your motorcycle in the garage. Nice area if you want to cycle, ride a motorcycle or hike.

Small rooms but you don't need much if you are here to go skiing. Bathroom doesn't smell that great but also not horrible. There is free breakfast and the food is great. Would definitely recommend to a friend

In the morning, a great breakfast is served at the table, with fresh orange juice, boiled or fried eggs (depending on your preference), everything was very clean and we didn't find it bothersome at all that the house was "a bit old"

We spent a week here with a small child. The landlady is an incredibly friendly and courteous lady who tries to read every wish from your lips. A cot for our little ones was also immediately available when we moved in

A wonderful place to switch off. It is very clean and has everything you need for a short break in Braunlage. Parking right in front of the door. The cot was available for our son free of charge

Both shops and restaurants are within walking distance. In summer an ideal place to spend a few quiet days in a beautiful place, in winter of course a perfect place to start the ski season

The only thing I would ask to improve - we were staying in the apartment on the opposite side of the hotel and there was no WiFi, considering that mobile connection as well is...

Stay from December 30th, 2021 to January 2nd, 2022 I stayed in a single room (room 19). Everything was clean and tidy. Hecker was friendly and so was the staff. The breakfast is good and tasty and it was always refilled
