The rooms are very modern and stylishly furnished. We had a room in the bathhouse, which we can highly recommend. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and there was definitely enough choice, egg dishes were even freshly prepared on request. We spent a long weekend at the Hearts Hotel and were delighted! The interior is exceptionally well thought out, comfortable and absolutely modern. The same goes for the hotel's outdoor area. Friendly and courteous staff, who accommodated us very obligingly. The location in Braunlage is also very good, the rooms are large and clean. Shower in the tub is not that nice. The hotel can certainly not do anything for the sometimes insane Corona requirements, but it makes the stay extremely uncomfortable, almost clinical.

In front of the Katharina house, however, the road is currently being completely rebuilt, which means that massive construction noise must be expected every day from 7 a.m. onwards. Wouldn´t use the "restaurant" again - even though the food was tasty there was no menu (which also means you have no idea what the cost will be), only three choices and you had to make an "in the moment decision" when you entered even before you get seated. One of the most unique hotels we have ever stayed at! Very thoughtfully designed, cozy and relaxing. Great breakfast, outdoor sauna and comfortable areas to work and lounge. Staff are very helpful and polite. This is a perfect spot for a getaway in the mountains. We will definitely come back!

Super good place at a reasonable price. Good food, good rooms and nice staff and then it is nice that you can park your motorcycle in the garage. Nice area if you want to cycle, ride a motorcycle or hike.

Fist time I ever stayed in a place with a 'biker' theme...Even had a soap dispenser shaped like a motorbike in the bathroom!!! That was a nice touch...The surrounding countryside is pleasant enough...

Great place. Small rooms but you don't need much if you are here to go skiing. Bathroom doesn't smell that great but also not horrible. There is free breakfast and the food is great. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

We had a very nice short break in the hotel, the hotel and the garden are in a very well-kept condition I can only recommend it. The rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast is superb. Good German food, great view and very friendly service. The interior could be a bit more modern, but the place was decorated with passion. You won't regret dining here. Especially the location directly next to a skiing hill is a good reason to choose this place.

We love coming to the family run hotel. It's almost like coming home, not the usual breakfast buffet, the boss brings everything to the table and what you want. Staff very nice and accommodating. The house and the rooms have remained in the 70s. If you are looking for a trip into the past, this is the place for you.
