Room was big, clean, with AC and good view, good wifi, pet friendly. It would have been perfect with a better mattress: we had old, sunken ones.
Laundry is fast and efficient but very expensive.
Breakfast was good with a lot of choice.
Location is perfect.
Parking on the spot is good if there is space available. During our stay the parking barriers were not working and it seems anybody could just get in and park for free, also outside of marked spaces. It was a challenge on last day to find a space and in the morning my car had been blocked on purpose by a company's truck whose workers were busy on the nearby avenue. And we still had to pay for this non-existent parking service!

Very interesting position... also for parking in nearby and very interesting amenities for refresh near the hall in the afternoon. Great Continental breakfast except dor having missing. Room are very large but seems a bit old and not great usable, difficult also for the water too hot. Thanks a lot.

Very tired hotel in need of a deep clean and urgent refurbishment. Run by Events Hotels. Radisson need to check on what is being done in their name.

Stayed 5 nights, during Euro 2024. Perfect location very close to city centre (150m), just next to the fan zone.
We had a suite with a beautiful view on Augustusplatz.
Special mention to Cristian, he provided us excellent service and took the initiative in advise us where to go and what to visit, we did a request to him about the best place to buy beer and again his recommendations were spot on !

Hotel is located on a great location. Parking is expensive €24 a day. There is a public charging station in front of the hotel. €0.70/kW. The breakfast is very good, lots of choices and product are fresh.
Review is based on room 714, comfortable beds. Sheets make the room very dark which is good. Free water available. Refrigerator which cools your products to a really low temperature. temperature in the room is hard to control, in February it was 21.7 and could not get it down with the strange unit (no airco). When using WiFi you need to re-connect each time you did not use your equipment for a few minutes which is irritating. Toilet is very low (I’m young but for elder people it can be a problem). The rain shower head was leaking. There is a master light switch missing next to the bed. Rooms are very clean and you can make your own free Lavazza coffee. There are enough lights to make the room feeling like a living room.

Great room. But needs some attention to details. €25 "Special Cleaning fee" per dog, for any number of nights, isn't the worst I've encountered, but my dogs are less messy than most children! And €50 was more than 30% of my room cost - for ZERO Special Cleaning.
Shouldn't hotels grow up and see that allowing pets is a plus for owners, so attracts business; instead of penalising us.
Oh, in other 4* hotels they provide a dog bed, bowls, treats, so the extra cost at least feels......

We stayed for 3 nights.
Location one stop on tram from station.
Breakfast which we had was beyond good, it had everything you could imagine.
The robots were very entertaining.
However:
The decor is very tired.
The towels had seen better days, and despite me raising this issue and told house keeping had been contacted I heard nothing. Even when towels were changed quality was poor.
The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were impossible to use in the shower, unfortunately did not find this out until using them. However when reported to reception they clearly knew about it but did not say so at check in.
Considering the cost and how Raddison rates itself I would expect better. We have used it before elsewhere and it was second to none.
The website suggested we got complimentary coffee/tea but this did not happen.

Our stay at the Radisson BLU Leipzig was one of the most pleasurable hotel experiences we have ever had.
Our accommodation was first class. A lovely suite with every comfort. The hotel staff were, at all times, professional and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful with an amazing choice delivered in a delightful setting.
We hope to visit again soon.

Very decent hotel in the center of the city.
✅Pros: 1. Spacious rooms with nice view
from higher floors. 2. Modern style of room and interiors of the hotel. 3. Very comfortable bed. 4. Very good customer service. Hotel team is welcoming and response fast for visitors requests and questions even if it is late evening. 5. Room equipped with tablet for rooms service requests and contact with the reception. 6. Rooms are clean and provided with minimal needed stuff for guests.
⁉️Cons: 1. Breakfast has not so many variants of healthy food. The bread and buns were not filled during 15 minutes of our visit of the restaurant. Absolutely no vegans spreads and fresh vegetables.

The rooms are pretty good. They just don't have a lot of power outlets. I stayed for one night and I had no complaints. It was also within walking distance to most things I wanted so that helped a lot.
