Good Morning + Leipzig

Under all cannon. I rate any of this property to stay away! Staff incompetent and rude, rooms filthy and stinks of ashtrays, did not get what I booked and at the time of departure, I should pay suddenly and more. Determines the entire chain is not so, I'm going to figure it out but never more. Never again TRYP! But look yourself in the images.

Facilities: the Hotel does not correspond to a usual 4 star level. No air conditioning, no refrigerator, small room and, in General, time-worn furniture and sanitary facilities (cracks in tiles, abgewetze chairs, etc.).

Location: Far away from Leipzig's downtown area! To get to with public transport in the CIty is a Bus ride to the nearest tram stop is necessary in the first place. This Bus departs, however, from 20 o'clock only on the hour. If it runs well you need 30 minutes. In addition, DIRECTLY at the highway is not located, which is obviously not the most pleasant location.

Personnel: arrival according to the confirmation of the reservation by 15:00. When I arrived at 14:50 PM me my room was not ready and I had to wait "about half an hour" and I get a notification when the room is ready. At the end I was smooth for 90 minutes in the hotel lobby, and as I then inquired whether, in all Seriousness, the room was still not ready, I was looked at quizzically, and with the comment being fobbed off."What are you still waiting? Your room is ready now." No excuse, let alone a somehow Accommodate for this impudence.

Only the cleanliness of the room is a star!

Otherwise, the so far worst Hotel I was in. NOT A RECOMMENDATION!

In the telephone room booking, the call has been accepted after some time. But then I heard minutes of a conversation apparently between the employees of the hotel. In between I was pressing "way" to hear seconds later the employee to discuss. My Call was not responded.
My room request could not be answered directly and had to be discussed again. It is a room price, was called to the stand on the display Hotels.de . But it's good! You asked for my email address, for a booking confirmation.
More than 24 hours later I still had no confirmation of the booking.
I called the next day to about 21:00 at the Hotel to learn what is going on with my booking.
Unfortunately, nobody went to the phone.
Is up to here is not the normal Act of a 4 star hotel!
After the 3. Day still no booking confirmation by email. Re-call from my side on Saturday at 12:50, 20 ringing (through ringing) no answer. Retry, then accepting the call after about 5 Call.
I complained about the lack of confirmation of the booking by email in response:
"Yes, we have here a traffic jam that will also last for a few days!"
For 6 days later, my stay in Leipzig was planned.
On my note, there is apparently also a Problem with the phone, there was the following response:
"Yes, it is just as many people were at the check in and out." This must be the cause of to 21:00.
I then cancelled (which was also accepted easily by phone) and think that other people had done the same. Which is why you could not then to the phone.
While unfortunately delayed reading the reviews, I noticed that I am having these problems here, seemingly alone.
The Hotel itself, i.e. the room, etc., I can't rate, since I don't have stopped me because of the cancellation in the Hotel.
What I have noticed is something negative: you can nowhere read what the Breakfast costs. Self-booking via Internet Breakfast not I have been possible. You must be here with the Breakfast price, then "surprise".

Were on Saturday, 27.02.16 with 4Perasonen in the Hotel Tryp ,what we first noticed is when we from the underground garage to the Elevator went to the Stinking acrid smell in the hallways
the HAMMER wanted are at the Bar drinking COCKTAILS, there was NO ICE

HELLO THIS IS A HOTEL ? or apartment? That's not the point

Old mattress, felt every single spring! Damaged all the good things.
Staff very nice and polite, breakfast very good.
