Lots of choices for breakfast. Very close to the "Messe" There is EV charging there (I did not test) Parking €10.- (€5.- for IHG members) WiFi a bit slow.

The hotel charges me 10 euros for parking and 3,5 euros for city tax. It’s not specified in the introduction. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel to stay for a night.

A GREAT staff who are very friendly and professional. Rooms are super clean and modern. I recommend anyone from Friedrichshafen’s sister city PEORIA, IL choose this hotel when they visit.

Holiday Inn Express Fredrichshafen impresses me on many levels🏅🫶🏿🥂 I must make special mention of the exceptional breakfast service that is provided. Not only are you served with a smile but gifted a hearty, generous breakfast to take away if you choose. Always a comfortable stay in a location that offers great transportation connections. I truly feel taken care of when I'm there.

Good: Friendly staff, pet friendly, tasty breakfast, clean rooms. Not good: no smart TV so you must watch some german canales which i dont understand, no fridge in the rooms, no cabinet for clothes, very small room, no balcony, no restaurant in the hotel, so you will be hangry at night, the back hotel yard is closed by 22 o clock, so if you are smoker you need to stay in front of the hotel for one...

A nice place to stay. The only disadv. is the distance to the downtown. But there are tasty pizzas next door to the hotel.

It's very convenient to the airport and public transportation.

The hotel was very clean and well looked after, the staff are also friendly. There is free parking also available. There was no kettle/coffee maker in the room and the breakfast selection is not very big, but apart form this i had a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed.

Just had a very nice stay for a week at Hotel Waldhorn. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel is a little distance out of Friedrichshafen but i was given a free pass for unlimited use of the trains and buses when i checked in, which was generous and unexpected. The issue with the rooms is that there is no AC installed, so summer nights can be pritty hot and the lighting in the room was with fluorescent bars. Relaxed hotel for holidays and business trips in Friedrichshafen. As it's a bit away from the main street, rooms are a lot more quiet than other hotels. Good breakfast selection. The restaurant has nice outside seating in the summer. Friendly service, large and clean rooms.

The hotel is perfectly located close to the train station while it's also a quick walk to the promenade on the lake. The room had a good size and was clean. The staff is very friendly and dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Good breakfast buffet. Tip: ask for a north facing room as it won't get as hot and would be quieter. The hotel is in a very good location, near the port and Zeppelin Museum. It is very quiet at night, close to the commercial street, and about a 10-minute walk from Friedrichshafen Train Station. The water from the taps and the shower was brown and took forever to heat up.

Booked their newer room which is located at a separate building just behind the check in building. Room feels more like 30 square meters. Very comfortable bed. Do note that shower area has no door. Potty is located in a separate toilet just next to the main door (see photos). Love their buffet spread too!

More a hostel than a hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was disappointing considering it had a kitchen. Room was comfortable but could do with bigger quilts for the bed.

We were cycling around Lake Constance.and had booked to stay here. This is a lovely hotel with a beer garden where we were able to have our evening meal. Lovely rooms and staff. Great value for money.

On one of the hottest July days we showed up shortly after 5 p.m. and were rewarded with an empty parking lot and cool biergarten shaded by six old chestnut trees.
