Relaxed hotel for holidays and business trips in Friedrichshafen. As it's a bit away from the main street, rooms are a lot more quiet than other hotels. The restaurant has nice outside seating in the summer

Decent place. Near to the lake and other eminities. Has no AC in the rooms could be horrible in summer

The service was nice, plenty of (underground) parking place. The issue with the rooms is that there is no AC installed, so summer nights can be pritty hot and the lighting in the room was with fluorescent bars

However, if the house is full on weekends, you will not be able to use it at your desired times due to its size (maximum 10 people). On the other hand, during the week we sometimes kept him completely to himself

We stayed at the Hotel Knoblauch for 4 nights in a double room with balcony. The rooms were in excellent condition, as was the cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and always greeted you with a smile

😊 In our opinion, the restaurant was the absolute highlight of the dinner. We've rarely eaten so well. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit, even if you are not staying at the hotel

Once upon a time we didn't want to eat anywhere else. The only "little" criticism is that the breakfast was the same every morning, so a little variety would have been nice

There have been various options to choose from, not many vegetarian dishes though (to my surprise!)

This stunning well run restaurant is a revelation the staff are well trained and more than professional they are multi lingual and look after all your needs the menu reflect the current local produce that is prepared to perfection, this Restaurant should be on your list of places to go

Restaurant is such an experience. You must visit few times and try different food so you can judge. I will consider the food in this restaurant as very good. I would recommend people to try the food here

Very nice spacious hotel, although the hotel was large it felt cozy and the level of service was similar to a small family hotel.

Nice hotel in the heart of the city in a pedestrian area. Close to the station, and ferry. If you need the stores, they are also all within walking distance. A rich buffet Breakfast.

A nice and affordable hotel with complementary breakfast located just minutes away from Lake Bodensee.

I really liked the breakfast here, there was a great selection of fruit, pastries and charcuterie. The indoor swimming pool was small but cosy and for the most times empty (people wise)

I was there for a seminar and the food was awesome, I especially appreciated the Apfelschorle. The room was also nice.

Interior ( carpets for instance ) could be better but considering the price it was okay. On-site parking is additional 5 EUR and off-site parking spaces are rare. The actual location which can be noisy

Lodged here for a short time as it was fair priced and not too far away from the places I had in mind. Check in is really 24 hours ( key box )

I give this hotel a three star review, the pros: Room was big and clean Cheap Quick check in Cons: The whole hotel smelt of smoken, the walls are very thin, and the front desk man was very sarcastic and a bit rude.

Modern rooms, excellent breakfast options, friendly personnel which is always ready to help and guide you. Perfect location if you drive car, not far from center, 5 minutes away from Bodensee beach

If you need a room with balcony and less noise in the night hours is better to reserve a room on the South side, the North side to the street could be noisy in the night

Nice breakfast buffet too, which initially may seem expensive, but once you check out the outside options really isn't bad. They could definitely use some more hotel parking spots though

Nice and clean room, although the AC couldn't even begin to keep up with cooling the room properly on that fairly hot day

God hotel for one our 2 days , restauranter was only open in morning

But the sound isolation of our room was not "according to modern standards". We could here people have conversations in rooms not even adjacent to our room. Breakfast well organized during the epidemic

The rooms were nice and clean. A tip is to add parking as there where more guests with cars then parking spaces

We could find a place on the street but others had to park on the grass, which was very muddy due to the rain

Nice little hotel. The food of the restaurant was excellent. But I missed a big mirror and the bed was not so comfortable. But this is just a personal opinion. The price matches the room. I'd come again

Great place, nice rooms, good beds, and good breakfast.

The highlight is the free minibar on the first floor, that includes sparkling and still water from the tap but also several sodas and even beer! Also very good breakfast selection

The hotel is very conveniently located, just 5 min by foot from the main station and not far from the lake shore. The rooms are quite small but well equipped (including fan)

Have to deduct one star because there were WiFi problems on the second floor, where I stayed. Other than that, highly recommendable!

Simple, casual hotel with a rustic ambience! The rooms are nice, clean and cozy! The restaurant offers a good selection of home cooking! The sauna area is unfortunately not available every day of the week, as local women's clubs also hold their evenings there! Free parking at the house!

If you are looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay, this place is just right! The room (at least my room) is super comfortable, with personal washroom. Towels, shower gel, hand towels etc are all provided with

The room has a decent sized TV, tea Making kit, a nice comfortable bed. Train station and Edeka are at a walkable distances. Besides, the shopping area with multi brand stores is also in the close vicinity

Lastly, the staff is really friendly and cooperative! All in all, I loved this place!

The proprietor was very welcoming and is also a keen motorcyclist so we had a good conversation. The room was on the top floor and spotlessly clean. It had a basin and shower with WC outside in the corridor

The lovely hostess takes care of that with homemade bread, jam from our own production and, last but not least, great tips on excursions and when and what has to be cut in the garden :-). Thank you for the lovely stay

My favorite place to stay on our trip to Europe. Clean nicely decorated. I loved it so musc I asked my husband to do our bathroom remodel to resemble it. Great location.

Impeccable small hotel, with virtual receptionist most pf the time, but it worked out ok. Good breakfast which is also served ahead of the official 7 oclock start

The internet was nice and fast (measured it at over 50 Mbps) so I could comfortably watch Netflix in the evenings without any lag. Located just 12 mins from downtown Friedrichshafen so was ideal for me to get to work
