Great location and extremely convenient. Parking right across the street at a reasonable rate. Clean hotel with a great breakfast selection. Close walking distance to downtown and many scenic places. Recommended.

The facilities (restaurants, SpA wellness) are really nice. However the heating in my room did not work with 10 degrees outside, and they didn't fix it, the gym was only usable between 10 and 22, however during check-in I was told that I would be able to access it 24/7,

Terrible service with attitude. At the reception they were raising voice to my partner and almost screaming at her. Hotel is ok, but stuff and manager are disaster.

Absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. They offer a full breakfast buffet with almost any breakfast food you can think of, spa and sauna all included. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located right next to the train station and an easy walk to most of the town. Love my stay here!

A nice big hotel with a great spa and wellness resort. Food was okay/good. Room was nice, generally really clean.
However, with the exception of one kind and competent waiter at El Jardin, the staff was really bad.
At the front desk, in the restaurant, at the spa and even the cleaning staff. Unmotivated and maybe inexperienced, I felt like a nuisance to them. Many of the staff had a dead and absent look in their eyes, that made me think: "They must really hate their job".
Maybe my standards are high, maybe this is the german norm, I don't know. Or maybe they don't get paid enough? haha.
Overall the staff doesn't fit the otherwise nice hotel. Visiting the spa is absolutely worth it, but
I wouldn't recommend long stays. Unless you really don't care about politeness or you are used to this kind of service.
