Very well maintained. I am here for a workshop currently and I am very happy with the room, the restaurant and the overall service. Mr. Andreas managing the dinner buffet is very kind and helpful. Special thanks to him :)

Very nice place. Close to center of nice small town Fulda. Hotel is clean, it smells nice, have polite workers.

Staff are very helpful and do everything to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is very clean and the cleaning staff, are meticulous.
The hotel has plenty of facilities and more cupboards and places to put your luggage, than any other hotel I have stayed in. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is the best hotel breakfast in Fulda.
I have stayed iin most hotels in Fulda and this one has the best staff, receptionist and management. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The location is a 5 minute walk to the station,and 4 minutes to the town centre.
I have stayed there several times and they have never disappointed me. They, as always enabled me to have great place to stay, while visiting the wonderful town of Fulda.

Had a good experience here. Rooms are big and clean. Bed is comfortable to sleep, and also had a big modern smart television. Only downside is that there's only 1 english channel. Breakfast was also good and of great value. I would go back to stay here.
4 stars for service because they threw away my soap and shampoo. I had to get a new one because of it. But overall, I give it a 4.5.

Beautiful rooms with friendly efficient staff and excellent dining. The conference facilities were good even with the Corona restrictions and requirements. The business section is beautifully decorated and the foyer of the section has an interesting central platform that slowly rotates.

Good service at front desk. Good rooms with soft beds and nice pillows. Good bathroom with everything you need. The food was also very good, very good waiters. Would stay again.

We were traveling from Croatia to Norway and looking for a place to sleep. I called hotel Fulda and asked if they have a free bedroom bcs we will come in the late night with 2 small kids. guy was super polite and super nice. The bedroom was waiting for us as he said. Bedroom was supernice and super clean, breakfast too very delicious, prices very good, not expensive. I am so happy and definetly next year will book the same hotel!!! Keep working like that guys, you are doing an amazing job!! Best regards ✌😊

Really nice hotel. Rooms are big and finished with style and usefulness in mind. There is everything that is necessary for comfortable stay even for longer periods of time.

Beautifull hotel worth your money
Breakfast was great, rooms were beautifull.. and smelled like new... bed was great
