Where to stay in Glottertal

The hotel felt very friendly, staff made us feel very at home. Lovely bedroom at the front of the hotel. Swimming pool was great. We had our grandchildren and they loved being there. We will definitely come back again

We really liked this hotel. The room was very nice. Very good bed. A lot of nice touches. We loved the river next to the restaurant. We loved the view from the room. And the pool and sauna area was great. Only minus: The gym could use some weights. We would come back!

I like this Hotel, even it's in Corona time, we still enjoy a very nice family holiday...

Always a very friendly welcome. Excellent food at the restaurant. If you are looking for "gastronomic quality food" you will find the right place. Prices correct, including alcool. A lovely little hotel in the Glottertal wine valley. The staff is nice, very service-minded and friendly. We got a great big room with jacuzzi, great privacy and lovely view to the valley and the mountains. The restaurant was also lovely with greatly made local food and breakfast was excellent 😊

Stopover on our drive to Interlaken and just off the motorway. Nice typical German hotel. Dinner in the restaurant was fantastic and very reasonable. Only downside was lack of convenience store nearby.

A final farewell and thank you arrived in the post today from Glottertal! We had a very nice stay there in the guest room that is located over the kitchen! Modern updated in room in a really lovely historic location. Walking down the back stairs to dinner every night was just a little extra detail that made us feel welcome and invited. Very clean, very nice size room with comfortable bed, beautiful traditional style hotel in a great village location. Strong wifi. Dinner in the restaurant was really good.

Good quality hotel. Parking in front of hotel. Breakfast is " small' but nice, friendly service. Rooms are clean (good size room). We also had diner here which was nice. You can have a small walk around the hotel into the hills, especially in spring this is nice.

We had dinner here in their beautiful garden. They have a great vegetarian menu and several vegetarian dishes with good value for your money. The dessert was sublime. The waiter (owner?) wasn't very friendly but the rest of the staff was.

Surprisingly spacious room with salon, dinner table and terrace doors leading straight into the garden. Beautiful view of the surrounding hills and vineyards. Generous breakfast with everything you could wish for. A very pleasant stay.

The guesthouse it's beautiful, old style design. The personal it's friendly and welcoming and the restaurant it's fabulos. The Best food ever. Even if the food price are higher than other restaurant, the service and the taste make you fell that it's deserving the many.

Three night stay in the Black Forest. Well placed hotel, with good road and public transport connections. Most of the Black Forest is within an hours drive. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast served till 10am. Ate in the restaurant in the evening, set menu available. Quality of food very good and well presented. Staff very friendly and entertaining.

I was there for a long time (few months) in a single room apartment then in the inn room. It is a family owned business and a friendly environment. The staff are friendly . The nature area around the Inn is beautiful and nice if you like walking or biking. The place is easily connected by train to waldkirch (4 minutes) and Freiburg (15 minutes).

Our stay at the Hirschenstube Gästehaus Gehri was excellent. The room was very comfortable, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also really delicious (something to look forward to each morning). The location proved to be great with fun outings and good food spots in the local surroundings. Our thanks and we'll be back soon!

The rooms are modern, very clean and have everything one needs. There was a desk with two chairs, a closet and even a small balcony. The staff was extremely friendly and we were able to work in the newly created open work space. Breakfast is decent, not huge but nice options and everything was tasty.

Rooms are OK but the one I had was not as big, the bed was broken and make noise. Breakfast was very good. The bathroom was very spacious, I like the hotel and I hope I will be able to go to the renovated rooms next time. The hotel is behind the restaurant so it is more a restaurant hotel than hotel restaurant. The food i did not taste but from outside looks a great dinner place

Great nice family hotel if you are looking for big network places then this place is not for you. Staying there gives you feeling that you are visiting relatives :) Besides good breakfast You have to try restaurant. Rooms are clean and tidy - and good sized. Good recommendation from my side.

Nice quiet hotel and restaurant. Great hospitality by the owners. Rooms are clean, bathroom/shower were practically new. Rooms are comfortably furnished. The restaurant was outstanding. Great house with warm and uncomplicated service. We have been coming here with our 2 dogs for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. Kitchen 1A... good, clear menu... never had anything to complain about here either!
