The overall room size was quite good – spacious enough to be comfortable for a holiday stay. The location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and the charming city center.

However, there were a couple of areas for improvement. The pantry area inside the room could be better equipped. Adding a bread toaster would be a small but very helpful upgrade for guests who prefer to prepare light meals or breakfast in-room.

Overall, a good stay with room for a few practical improvements.

Overpriced for the quality offered. The hotel room was neither child-friendly (protruding screw near the door, sharp edges on the wall bed) nor comfortable (uncomfortable bed, bright and disruptive LEDs, noisy fridge, air conditioning turns off automatically at night). There were also mold stains in the bathroom. At the main entrance, there is a strict no-stopping zone and no short-term parking available for loading or unloading – we had to park outside in a residential area about 300 meters away. The front desk staff, however, was friendly. Unfortunately, not worth €334/night for two adults and a toddler.

The room was on the street, and the noise from opening the window made it hard to sleep. It was very stuffy without it! I couldn't stand it on the second night and wanted to check out a day early, but was ruthlessly refused! The bed was small and uncomfortable, and there was even blonde hair on it! The hotel cost over 1,000 or 2,000 yuan, but no one changed the towels or took out the trash! Choose carefully!

No issues! There is a Kaufland opposite, and the Aparthotel itself is very easily reachable by tram with a stop immediately outside the door. The surrounding area is a bit sterile but it's not far to go into the city. Staff very helpful.

Great stay. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen I didn't make full use of but all the basics were there. The bed folds into the wall to create a large open space with a sofa. Lots of storage space. Location great: tram and supermarket across the road. Short ride to the city centre. A bakery and another supermarket are in the neighborhood.

Excellent and reasonably-priced hotel. Perfect for holidays in Freiburg as it's right next to the main Tram 2 stop (Eugen-Martin-Straße) giving easy access to the centre.
Lots of local grocery stores, which is great for stocking up the included kitchen.
Everyone was very helpful and the rooms well-stocked (bring your own nespresso pods though).
Sure, the rooms are a bit small, but once you realise the beds go up into the wall(!) you'll have plenty of space.
Nice lighting, good number of sockets (power outlets), lovely towels, and the all-important Air Conditioning - for Freiburg is super hot in the summer and super cold in the winter.
Extra points for a decent number of clothes hangers and TVs to which you can attach your own devices for streaming (the WiFi was fast enough for HD)

The hotel is very clean, you can cook, the kitchenware is complete, there is a large supermarket next to it, it is very convenient to buy things, it is very close to the bus station, it is convenient to travel, there is a second-hand market within a few minutes' walk, it is also very interesting to go shopping

I liked the location, because it’s close to tram. Supermarket Kaufland is close to the hotel, around 5 minutes walking from hotel.
Unfortunately I was sad because of no-cleaning policy, but since it’s apartments, it’s acceptable.
On 2nd day there was a fire alarm in the whole hotel, so we has to go outside and wait. We couldn’t understand the reason of fire alarm.
The room is small, maximum for 2 people.
Utilities are provided. But you need to buy nespresso capsules for coffee machine.
You can stay in this hotel until 5 days, in my opinion.
