Lovely hotel. Perfect location. We travelled by train and then took the tram. Stayed for two nights. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious enough for two adults and a 3-year-old.
The famous Zoo is 5 min walk from the hotel.
The staff is very nice and even the vegan guests can find something to eat at their very generous breakfast table. We enjoyed the trip very much and would choose them again. ;)

Nice, clean and modern hotel in a safe, central area of the city, at walking distance from the old town and central station. All the amenities everywhere, not big, but very well organized and pleasant. The room was big enough and with everything you need: tea and coffee facilities, good and functional storage space, couch , spotlessly clean, good quality products in the bathroom, well maintained furniture, safe, fridge, green options for helping nature. Breakfast was very good and tasty with fresh and good quality cold and savoury products, a large choice and never missing anything. Very nice and efficient staff, quiet and comfortable everywhere. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Leaving a review only to let the management know they *must* deep clean the bathroom in the room we stayed - 206. The bathroom reeked of cat urine and the shower appeared to have moldy tile. I wasn’t planning on using the shower so I used the provided soap and cleaned up the shower a little but the smell still persisted. We didn’t stay a minute longer than necessary in that bathroom - the door stayed closed. We left the windows open in the room. Everywhere else was very well cared for and sanitary, so I’m hoping this was just a fluke. Everyone was very nice who we spoke with.

We stayed for 2 nights as a family. The hotel was conveniently located within 1 stop from the main train station, by public transport. We were lucky to get an early check-in. The room had a comfortable queen size bed which was small for us, since we had our 3.5 year old son accompanying us. There was a led tv, electronic safe, a small refrigerator, an electric kettle and a hair dryer in the room. There were half a dozen towels in the bathroom. The AC worked normally and the taps had hot water. Overall, we had a nice and pleasant stay.

Its a design Hotel. The room space and bed size are enough for 2 adults. The shower design is a bit lack of practical. Water flood out may caused by glasses door open and close.
If one is sitting on the toilet for business and at the same time someone open the toilet door, sure will hurt the knees.

Friendly service, clean rooms but tiny blankets that barely cover you so if you move at night you expose your limbs, freeze and wake up. Also their solution to the issue was to suggest an additional tiny blanket... Really noisy in the morning which woke me up. I would recommend this place only for heavy sleepers or the good location.

We really liked this hotel very friendly and accommodating but maybe another trip to the the city as we arrived to late to go exploring, only problem for us was that parking was not available in the hotel garage they said originally when I booked that it was full but on arrival I checked this with the receptionist however the situation was skirted around with no direct answer and I can usually tell when I'm being fobbed off. A public one was suggested

Overall a good place, and nice, helpful staff. Hotel is clean and have a regular cleaning service which if you dont want to, you can cancel at any time through a system installed in a room connected with a tablet. On the tablet you can find useful information about the city in both English and German
