Everything OK. A fridge would be nice.

The checkin process required a code for a key box. This code was sent to a message in the app and not to my email. It was an uncomfortable arrival, as I needed to use the toilet. There was a lot of noise from the hall.

This is the best hotel with a good price. Very nice owner and very good breakfast. Very clean rooms. Overall very satisfied!

Nice, simple, little hotel. Very friendly staff. Extremely helpful receptionists. Highly recommended if luxury is not priority.

Could be a solid place, but if you told me that a heater is ok if it is only 15cm hot, and it is also the only heating is, I feel take me for an idiot. Flu.

+ good Wi-Fi (fast, stable, also in the evening, not overloaded, really small flaw=~3h re-authentication needed)
+ human mini-bar prices on the ground floor
+ quiet rooms (for the big city of Hanover)
+ clean rooms
+ non-Smoking hotel
+ Parking (unfortunately, the limited number of places)
+ metro in the vicinity
- small TV (panasonic = brutal over-scanning)
- difficult Parking (eng)
- no free minibar
- no extras like a sauna
= the floor and the doors a little old-fashioned

Central location yet quiet. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, staff friendly, Breakfast wonderful, everything you could need. At any time gladly again.

Very expensive, 150 euros per night, it is just to much for a 3 stars hotel, although position of hotel very good, close to U bahn.

I have spent in the Haus Sparkuhl 2 nights in a double room and was completely satisfied
The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. You will feel like home.

Staying at Haus Sparkuhl was exactly what I needed while visiting CeBIT. The service was friendly. Coffee, bacon, scrambled eggs, muesli, etc. for breakfast. Quiet place near to tram station.
