The environment is okay (Hannover Central Station is my second least favorite train station in Germany), but there is a disgusting smell around the train station

The receptionist at check-in was very friendly and natural. The room was a delight… everything was perfect!

Two minor notes that have nothing to do with the hotel itself, first, response on an email query to customer service took more than 2 working days which is a bit too much, second is the nearby area occupied by drunks and junkies, but that's quite easily avoidable and the people do not bother passerbys too much anyway

Amazing place. Brand new. Very friendly staff, super comfortable bed and especially the pillows and blankets. Breakfast was "so so" - for 15 EUR I would expect bigger selection. Overall experience was amazing though.

Lovely hotel full of history and artifacts but no kettle nor teas/ coffees for a Superior Deluxe room !!! After talking to reception ,they gave us one to stop us going on about it

I like it so much, the gorgeous and elegant vintage style, it’s worth walking around, the rich German Bavarian style, the golden leaves of the French plane trees, the room layout is very comfortable, the very comfortable goose down quilt is very suitable for a lazy quilt, it is warm Drink a glass of cold beer under the warm quilt, Heavenly🍺🥰

Efficient and friendly check-in, good sized bedroom and bathroom. Everything clean and as Covid-19 secure as can possibly be. Excellent quiet location, despite only being a few minutes walk from the centre

About 15minutes walk from city centre. There are a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Room and bathroom are a bit small.

The front desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The bed is big enough for a comfortable sleep. The sanitation is also good. There is a large lawn at the door with tables and chairs for leisure. Very comfortable.

The Mercure hotels usually have a high standard which this one certainly did and the breakfast was one of the best we have had- a fantastic choice of excellent quality food

However, I wish I could have used the sauna in the morning (Service: 4/5) and also I don’t understand why duvets don’t cover the feet. It’s very annoying because the cold gets in and wakes me up (Rooms: 4/5)

Perfectly located for all the city with U bahn stations nearby and plenty of restaurants too including a sushi and steak house all within ten minutes walk. The food in the hotel was great, both for breakfast and dinner

I really enjoyed the stay at the Mercure Hotel in Hannover. Great old building with moderne Interieur. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is just great. Well located in the City center next to the lake.

This is my second visit to Hannover as well as Hotel Loccumer hof. Really enjoyed breakfast and stay for 5 days. Being a vegetarian there was limitations for me to choose from the available food items

What stands out is the service. I was in Hannover for the fair so mostly in hotel from late evening to very early morning. The front desk is manned by Toni and Leonardo David Valencia during this time

The room was clean and tidy, right in the city center. The central station is 200 to 300 meters north, and various attractions can be visited to the south

There is a red line starting in front of the Tourists Information Office in Hannover, and most of the attractions can be reached by following the red line

Most polite staff of any German hotel I've previously visited. They made my group feel welcome. The rooms were warm in the winter and breakfast was ample. Great location at the Xmas market too.

In this particular hostel, the top bunk was very high and had almost no barrier and the two big windows opened freely and fully (being placed quite low in the wall), which was not ideal considering how high it was and the fact that we were travelling with children

Standard single room: + good Wi-Fi (fast, stable, also in the evening, not overloaded, really small flaw=~3h re-authentication needed) + human mini-bar prices on the ground floor + quiet rooms (for the big city of Hanover) + clean rooms + non-Smoking hotel + Parking (unfortunately, the limited number of places) + metro in the vicinity - small TV (panasonic = brutal over-scanning) - difficult Parking...

Cosy hotel in the good place. I liked the sense of old-style, plenty of wood, wide staircases, high ceilings, bay window in the room. Big room. Hotel does not provide parking. but free slot can be found nearby.

I had the Buddha room and was very satisfied - the Breakfast was also great - has a cost of 5 € for my well-Known can smear came for Breakfast and we even made a loaf of bread for the day

Very old building but rooms are furnished very stylish. Breakfast not very rich but sufficient. The Top address is certainly not in Hanover, but quite cheap for 1-2 Nights is OK.

Location is verry good, Amsterdam room is small but with a generous bathroom.

It cost was free W-LAN in the rooms, which even nowadays and even in more expensive Hotels not a matter of course. For this price (single room: 39 €, double room: 59 €) in any case, an unbeatable price/performance ratio

Unfortunately, it was something fresh (September) and at the quality you could have on some of the screws still easily turn (Just little things: black tea, pepper has been lacking, eggs were only lukewarm)

The University can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. A small drawback in the room which is not ideal darkening (relatively bright in the morning) and the lack of light at the bathroom mirror

All in all, not a bad thing, it is the cost of the Hotel (along with the blackout), but the fifth star. Nevertheless, I would stay anytime again there. Decent Hotel at a super price!

I had missed my train, and I needed somewhere to stay for the night. It was already about 11pm. I found the hotel by chance, I was greeted very politely. The hotel was very nice, very clean. I recommend it.

Price okay; area not that nice; large clean room; water, tea and coffee for free in the room; we didn't take the breakfast as it seemed rather expensive to us (10€ per person)
