The checkin process required a code for a key box. This code was sent to a message in the app and not to my email. It was an uncomfortable arrival, as I needed to use the toilet. There was a lot of noise from the hall.

Booked this hotel for the HAFAS user Conference hosted by HaCon and was not disappointed. A great place. I liked the good location near the exhibition center with easy access to the city. I really liked the decor of the room, I slept quietly and very well. The service and reception staff were always friendly, knew their way around and had good tips for small excursions in the area. Gladly again.

I really enjoy staying here, clean rooms, great staff and super comfortable beds. Although the hotel is right on the street and close to the city center, the room is super quiet. The price is appropriate to the performance, always recommended.

Booked the hotel during Hannover Messe in early April. It's quite cold in the room. Telephone didn't work. I put on a “not disturb” sign in at 8am and removed it at 9am, so they didn't clean my room at all... There is no fridge, or slipper. Breakfast is good.

I stop here frequently when traveling north of Prague. For us, a family of 4, it is perfect. For a reasonable price we can use almost an entire floor (two separate rooms and two bathrooms). Much less expensive than a traditional brand hotel.

Good price and good location next to the U-bahne and the gardens. Center only 10 min away with the train. Has a little outside area with tables you can use and a fridge where you can put your food if needed. We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious, but smelled on some word air refresher. Extremely clean, fairly quiet, spacious rooms and the staff were friendly & professional. We stayed in the hostel part. The receptionists spoke good English and said the reception was manned 24/7. Comfortable beds, small tv and towels in the room. Breakfast is meant to be tasty but we ate somewhere else so cannot comment on that. Fabulous hotel even during the renovation. Rooms nice size and comfortable beds. Just perfect for our needs. Very hip. Will only stay there in the future when in Hannover.

Very clean, friendly crew, a 5 minute walk from the main station, don't think I could've found a better deal for the same price. The only problem was the noise in the morning caused by work being done on the outside of the building, but it was monday, so they're allowed to do their jobs. Just unlucky timing!

Cosy hotel in the good place. I liked the sense of old-style, plenty of wood, wide staircases, high ceilings, bay window in the room. Big room. Hotel does not provide parking. but free slot can be found nearby.

Hotel that looks a bit like a cliche of a German living room. It's cozy, staff is very friendly and handled is with care and respect even after comming back destroyed from the cool industrial gig we played at that festival. Breakfast was nice too. Everything budget friendly and professional. Not a place to hang out at the bar, however a place to sleep decently. Recommended.

As every other reviewer before me: the bar opposite the street is unbearable. Little outdated interior, nice and helpful staff.

My second time to stay at a Best Western Hotel (other time was in Yangon, Myanmar). Was not disappointed.

Nice place, room was nice and clean. Breakfast room is a bit outdated, however breakfast was nice. Staff was nice. The noise from the bar across the street is loud and annoying.

Very close to the city center and all restaurants and shopping places are easily accessible. Rooms are bigger compared to German standard. They have good carpet. Cleanliness could have been improved. Rooms were having dust and cleaning staff did not turn up during one day. Free tea and coffee at reception all day. Breakfast is decent, but not outstanding though with same menu 365 days.

Beautiful house in a quiet and very "green" location, a bright clean room with plenty of space, a generous breakfast made with attention to detail and very friendly service and all for a great price - what more could one want?

It's an OK hotel, but very noisy, so I recommend bringing ear plugs for a good sleep. Also, during my stay, half of the electical plugs were not working. Also, only body soap available, so if you need anything above that, bring it with you

Nice clean hotel. But unless you have business going on at the Hanover Messe or Emerson, there is not much else going on there. Rooms and service are nice. Decent breakfast but expensive.

The girl that welcomed us at the reception was outstanding. The basic room was just fine for one night. The location isn't interesting at all from a tourists point of view, but decent public transfer to the city center makes up for it.

Travelling with the family from Austria to Sweden we had a quick stop-over. Very convenient with nice rooms, good service and a great breakfast. The place is big, but have managed to maintain a feeling personal care.

Pillow are so flat like bed sheets very uncomfortable. Duvets for winter not summer.

always nice, great Breakfast and quiet rooms, close to fairground. The fair is in 10-15 min. to reach on foot.

The price/performance ratio fits. The breakfast buffet was extensive. I didn't use the wellness area with pool and sauna. It is also positive that there is always fresh fruit in the reception area. It was unusual that the toilet area in the room had no door, but was only divided off by a curtain.

Clean, neat. Good breakfast. Located near the center from public transport. The hotel has an elevator which was convenient. Were in room 33. Small room with two double beds. C / a small is not very comfortable, there is no hood in the c / a. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna, but we did not use them. It's hard to tell the price, but I think it's overpriced.

Hotel is okay, hotel is a bit dated, but everything is clean like it should be. There is also limited parking space, so be aware when you come by car. Breakfast is okay. If your looking for a not to expensive hotel where you just need some good sleep, this hotel will do the job.
