The employees are very friendly. They have good varieties in breakfast. The rooms are kept clean and tidy always. I stay here regularly and even a new employee knows me. They take of their customers very well.

Realy nice friendly staff at the bar and in perticular at night. Cederic who was at reception at night was kind friendly and willing to help find different locations we wanted to go and printed out maps and train time tables for us. He is above the gold standard. Its definitely a great place to crash. Its location is perfect for the Expo and the facilities are everything one would need. The Wi-Fi speed was even adequate for Netflix streaming. The prices for the bar are a bit steep, but they didn't seem to mind people bringing their own libations to be consumed in the makeshift beer garden outside. The elevator is a tad scary, but it always got me to my destination...

Rooms were small but clea, and the beds are comfy. Note that in a 2 beds room the beds are seperated. Which is cool for friends who travel together, but unfortunate for couples. Breakfast is included but we didn't try. So I can't comment on the quality.

The room was clean and cosy, there is a railway quite close to the hotel which can be heard although not very loud from my room. The shower can be adjusted to become really hot which is a plus! Very nice hotel. You can feel that the owner it starting his best to make as best experience as possible. Of course you can feel the COVID crisis, but I Had good overall experience. Although the hotel is located in the suburbs, a little far from city centre, but the tram station is just opposite the hotel, barely 15 mtrs away. You can reach city centre within 15 minutes. The owner of the hotel is polite and helpful, and so are the other emplyees. Breakfast is good.

Parking in the yard, the rooms are ok, but everything is a bit dated and worn. The Wi-Fi of the Hotel is very slow. The reception is on the top floor - the Elevator goes only up to the floor below.

The girl that welcomed us at the reception was outstanding. The basic room was just fine for one night. The location isn't interesting at all from a tourists point of view, but decent public transfer to the city center makes up for it.

Booked the hotel during Hannover Messe in early April. It's quite cold in the room. Telephone didn't work. I put on a “not disturb” sign in at 8am and removed it at 9am, so they didn't clean my room at all... There is no fridge, or slipper. Breakfast is good.

I stay here a couple of times a year, normally just for one night. It’s a bit basic, but the shower is good and the breakfast is always a pleasure. I ate at the bar once, but the food is limited - I now pop to the hotel next door for evening meals. There’s a waffle machine at breakfast, which makes up for the limited hot food available.

I stop here frequently when traveling north of Prague. For us, a family of 4, it is perfect. For a reasonable price we can use almost an entire floor (two separate rooms and two bathrooms). Much less expensive than a traditional brand hotel.

Very clean, friendly crew, a 5 minute walk from the main station, don't think I could've found a better deal for the same price. I was There for a lonely Travel of few days In Hannover. Thé staff is Kind and careful, they all are Friendly and smiling people, the room in my case, was a single room, really nice, clean and decorated. I found this Place calm and relaxing, is so close to thé main station and bus stop to arrive everywhere, is close to à supermarket and a public Garden really nice too.
