Hairs on Towels, dirty Bathroom, quite old floor, no available parking spot. Its a good hotel with a good pricing, for one night stays all good but I wouldnt want to stay here for a week.

Comfortable room, average service.

This is my second stay this year. This GHotel is really nice. The family suite is cozy, there is free parking, and I like the breakfast very much.

Calm hotel in calm area of Hannover. As vegan, I appreciate quite good vegan choices for breakfast! This is very unusual in Germany. The hotel is taking care of sustainability, using eco-certified cosmetics, and bio food for breakfast. Tea&snack corners in the corridors are nice to have during the day. Rooms have a little kitchen with a refrigerator. The room is perfectly clean.

The front desk staff was not very professional. The room was small, but the cleanliness and facilities were good. The breakfast was good.

Grandiose place with many rooms and nice garden. Kind service, huge restaurant, plenty breakfast. Close to the highway with lot of parking places. Ideal for transit

Travelling with the family from Austria to Sweden we had a quick stop-over. Very convenient with nice rooms, good service and a great breakfast. The place is big, but have managed to maintain a feeling personal care.

Pillow are so flat like bed sheets very uncomfortable. Duvets for winter not summer.

This was the simplest stay of my trip, a pared-down version in every way. However, the location was great: just 200 meters from the train station and about 2 kilometers from the city hall area, making it convenient for commuting and not far from the city center. Bad review. This hotel is too old. The old-fashioned mechanical keys are similar to those in domestic guesthouses, and the keys are hung on the wall. It's close to the train station at the back. I won't take photos.

It is close to the train station and has a rich breakfast. But there are homeless people around, so I'm a little worried about safety.

The sound insulation is very good, and soundproof glass is installed on the exterior wall facing the main road. I didn't book the hotel's breakfast, so it's convenient to walk 200 meters to the train station and buy food at the 24-hour chain store.

This place was amazing. We had an unexpectedly very long travel day and the staff made it so easy and fun to check in, told us where we could still order food. This place turned a tough situation into a good time. Rooms are clean and quiet and bed is comfortable.

Spent one night en route from Italy to Denmark with the family. The hotel is in a very quiet location and easily accessible from the autobahn. Very good hotel, if you just need a place to stay on the way. Easy to get to from the motorway, a small grocery store opposite the hotel, a larger Rewe 500 meters away. The hotel has been renovated, the rooms have good soundproofing and air conditioning. The breakfast was really good, e.g. yoghurts and fruit salad were kept in the fridge! Staff is extraordinarily friendly and rooms comply with a 3 stars hotel. Service rated with two stars due to their policy for environment protection: it’s perfectly changing towels and bed covers every two days according; it is debatable to assume that cleaning the room every two days is protecting the environment rather than giving the property the possibility for saving money.

i stayed in a little room with very steep ceiling, bathroom in which i could barely stand to reach the toilet and shower (i'm 174cm).it was during a main exhibition so the rate was really high in my opinion. But I can say the restaurant is ok afterall I enjoyed a couple of good meals and also breakfast was fine.

The Hotel was excellent,clean and modern, We stayed there because we went to see the Scorpions who were playing in the HvH Stadium. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is probably its best feature- right near the old city hall and the market church. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room had plenty of space and was very nice. The room was very average. The bed was ok but not overly comfortable. The room lacked good lighting. It could certainly use a refresh.

I stay here a couple of times a year, normally just for one night. It’s a bit basic, but the shower is good and the breakfast is always a pleasure. I ate at the bar once, but the food is limited - I now pop to the hotel next door for evening meals. There’s a waffle machine at breakfast, which makes up for the limited hot food available.

This is a great small hotel. Great breakfast and very clean. It would be nice to know there is no air conditioning. They provided a fan and I was comfortable, even in July.

The hotel is only short walk from the main train station. There are several restaurants and bars nearby but the hotel was quite quiet. I booked a small single room but I didn't feel cramped in it. It was equipped with usual travel amenity. I had a pleasant stay here. Please note that the room access is by a different entrance from the reception. (still on the same street)

Very nice welcome. we didn’t have the green environment card for our car, and the staff organised one for us within one hour. Nice and clean room, between the old town and the big city forest. 15 minutes walk to the old town and 5 minutes walk to the forest. We had a very nice stay.

Room what to say when you are out the front is definitely too loud even with the window closed is, of course, on the main road in front of the door. The curtains to darken the rooms were in a state of disrepair, a Shame. The bed are ok, but I think many of you will be too soft. I stop here frequently when traveling north of Prague. For us, a family of 4, it is perfect. For a reasonable price we can use almost an entire floor (two separate rooms and two bathrooms). Much less expensive than a traditional brand hotel.

Good price and good location next to the U-bahne and the gardens. Center only 10 min away with the train. Has a little outside area with tables you can use and a fridge where you can put your food if needed. We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious, but smelled on some word air refresher. I like the service and the room. Everything was very clean and the checkin (online) was very easy. I would classify this place as an INN rather than a hotel. It would be better (and safer) if there were more restrictions to the doors that lead to the rooms.

Very nice hotel. You can feel that the owner it starting his best to make as best experience as possible. Of course you can feel the COVID crisis, but I Had good overall experience. Big room, quiet and very clean

Although the hotel is located in the suburbs, a little far from city centre, but the tram station is just opposite the hotel, barely 15 mtrs away. You can reach city centre within 15 minutes. The owner of the hotel is polite and helpful, and so are the other emplyees. Breakfast is good.

My second time to stay at a Best Western Hotel (other time was in Yangon, Myanmar). Was not disappointed.

A great place. I liked the good location near the exhibition center with easy access to the city. I really liked the decor of the room, I slept quietly and very well. Stayed here for two nights just before Christmas. We were on the top floor in a comfortable, recently renovated room with a small balcony. The location was convenient to the city center and we were able to park our car across the street in the parking garage with a reduced rate from the hotel. Very friendly staff. Recommended.
