The hotel is located in the airport, with convenient transfers, good facilities, and hygiene and safety.

Great for overnight transit or as in my case when you arrive very late from an intercontinental trip

From the airport, exit C and walk through the parking lot. There is a free car to the airport. The lady driving the car is beautiful and good at braking.

The hotel service is OK, the location is good, less than 100 meters from the terminal, the breakfast is average but in line with the European four-star hotel standards. The hotel facilities are a bit old. Our room did not have a walk-in shower, so the bathtub was slippery.

The hotel is 100 meters from the airport. The breakfast is rich with many varieties and the environment is good, but the quilt is small.

Very convenient just other side of the road from airport with direct access, quite rooms and very clean, I will definitely recommend this hotel when travelling by plane early morning to have a good night of rest

The hotel room is quite big, and it is close to the exhibition, which is very convenient. There are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, but Europeans basically don't open on weekends, which is a bit inconvenient

The hotel is in a good location with a large shopping mall nearby, as well as Rewe and Lidl. The room is spacious and the breakfast is quite rich. There are four automatic coffee machines placed in front and back. The hotel also has a swimming pool, gym and sauna.

I had a good stay, the room was spacious with big, comfortable beds. Overall it was very clean with a nice bathroom. The breakfast included was very fulfilling with great selection.

The facilities are relatively old. The so-called double bed room is two single beds put together. Slippers need to be collected separately at the front desk.

The room is small, southerners don't know how to use heating, there is no air conditioning, and the door is actually opened with a key. I haven't encountered this for many years. The hotel may be a bit old, and it's not good. The surrounding environment is good and quiet

Very good located hotel in the middle of the city. We stopped here just for one night on our way to southern Germany. Hotel definitely feels like a 5 star hotel. Room and amenities were all very nice and the breakfast as you can expect for a 5 star hotel. Great location for train station, Opera house and shops and restaurants. Beautiful reception area with fresh flowers and plants throughout. The staff were delightful, and the bar was cosy and intimate with charming bar staff.

Clean and tidy. The shower head had to be held by hand. The bed was average. Overall OK. Very well located.

The front desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The bed is big enough for a comfortable sleep. The sanitation is also good. There is a large lawn at the door with tables and chairs for leisure. Very comfortable.

Really good hotel, conveniently located (near the City Hall) and with a nice breakfast buffet and a little gym and sauna room. However, I wish I could have used the sauna in the morning (Service: 4/5) and also I don’t understand why duvets don’t cover the feet. It’s very annoying because the cold gets in and wakes me up (Rooms: 4/5)

Sauna is off early 9pm, while reception said 10pm. There are not willing to prolong it even if they started it on demand only at 8. Fitness room with low celling, cannot run in thread mill. Breakfast great, rooms rather small.

Perfect place to explore Hannover. Right across the road from park land behind the city hall (Rathaus). Easy 20 minute walk to the main station Hannover Hbf. Perfectly located for all the city with U bahn stations nearby and plenty of restaurants too including a sushi and steak house all within ten minutes walk. The food in the hotel was great, both for breakfast and dinner.

The rooms are clean and well presented and at a reasonable price too, however the lack of air conditioning has been a bit of an issue as it has been 36°C. Yet, the staff were very happy to provide a fan and were very apologetic. Check in was so easy and the staff also can speak English pretty well if your German isn't up to scratch. It was a shame that the bar and restaurant weren't open due to Coronavirus...

This is my second visit to Hannover as well as Hotel Loccumer hof. Really enjoyed breakfast and stay for 5 days . Being a vegetarian there was limitations for me to choose from the available food items. Very good location and everything like Railway station,Tram station,shopping mall ,city centre are very close by. Nice English speaking staff very helpful. Very much recommended.

Staff were very friendly, parking was secure. The room was clean and reasonably spacious however did not have an iron or air-conditioning. The free small welcome drinks were a nice touch. Breakfast costs extra and was the usual continental selection. Overall an okay but very basic business hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, but doesn’t have much amenities. The breakfast is ok, but not much variety. The restaurant in hotel was not open, but many food choices nearby. There isn’t any fitness center or sauna in hotel. The rooms are dated and try not to get a room right behind the train station because those trains run all day and is a little noisy.

It is a few hundred meters away from the train station and you can walk there, which is very convenient. There are many restaurants around. The breakfast is rich, well received, satisfactory, and recommended.

The location could not be better, the staff is extraordinarily cooperative and attentive and the rooms are just right! The right size, clean with comfortable beds and furniture! Exactly what you are looking for in a hotel, with the advantage of two car parks...

This is wonderful hotel. What stands out is the service. I was in Hannover for the fair so mostly in hotel from late evening to very early morning. The front desk is manned by Toni and Leonardo David Valencia during this time. They had a perfect balance of professional efficiency and personal care. They made my stay stand out.

Incredible hotel! The rooms are very cozy, clean, and luxurious. Breakfast is good, a beer in the evening in the lounge is something to remember (especially if watching the footbal match). But the greatest asset this hotel had was the staff: ultra friendly, ready to support you with any wish you have. I highly recommend!

Thank you very much for the hospitability and kind service. We had a long weekend with the family in Hannover (with one toddler), and we were impressed by the service and friendliness of the staff. The rooms were nice and clean, and the common areas on the ground floor really inviting. The location of the hotel was OK, with a small child it could have been a bit more central, but the public transportation...

It's an OK hotel, but very noisy, so I recommend bringing ear plugs for a good sleep. Also, during my stay, half of the electical plugs were not working. Also, only body soap available, so if you need anything above that, bring it with you

Nice clean hotel. But unless you have business going on at the Hanover Messe or Emerson, there is not much else going on there. Rooms and service are nice. Decent breakfast but expensive.

The girl that welcomed us at the reception was outstanding. The basic room was just fine for one night. The location isn't interesting at all from a tourists point of view, but decent public transfer to the city center makes up for it.

We were on a business trip and booked it at short notice. It cost more than 400 euros during the exhibition. We were pleasantly surprised that there was Japanese instant noodles for breakfast. The room was small and the hygiene was poor. The service was OK.

We booked this room at short notice for an exhibition. The room was not big and clean enough, and we were complained about it countless times after we came back. However, there was a Kebap restaurant next door, and we had three meals there, which were delicious. It was the only highlight.

I booked a hotel for my friend. We arrived in the early morning. There were no rooms available online. The manager on duty saw that my friend had a foot injury and let him check in early. It was very heartwarming. I like the manager. 👍👍👍👍

Booked the hotel during Hannover Messe in early April. It's quite cold in the room. Telephone didn't work. I put on a “not disturb” sign in at 8am and removed it at 9am, so they didn't clean my room at all... There is no fridge, or slipper. Breakfast is good.

Good hotel, there was clean and nice room, the hotel staff helped to sort out the rules during the coronavirus in advance. I want to note that it is usually very cold in hotels, but it was warm and comfortable in the hotel. I didn't like breakfast but maybe it is better in not coronavirus time.

I stop here frequently when traveling north of Prague. For us, a family of 4, it is perfect. For a reasonable price we can use almost an entire floor (two separate rooms and two bathrooms). Much less expensive than a traditional brand hotel.

Good price and good location next to the U-bahne and the gardens. Center only 10 min away with the train. Has a little outside area with tables you can use and a fridge where you can put your food if needed. We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious, but smelled on some word air refresher. Free parking and some of the personal speaks English. All in all good stay and relaxing atmosphere

The hotel is not the newest and some of the ameneties are rather dated. For example the shower shares the same floor as the bathroom. As in the drain is in the middle of the bathroom floor. My second time to stay at a Best Western Hotel (other time was in Yangon, Myanmar). Was not disappointed.

Nice place, room was nice and clean. Breakfast room is a bit outdated, however breakfast was nice. Staff was nice. The noise from the bar across the street is loud and annoying.

Very close to the city center and all restaurants and shopping places are easily accessible. Rooms are bigger compared to German standard. They have good carpet. Cleanliness could have been improved. Rooms were having dust and cleaning staff did not turn up during one day. Free tea and coffee at reception all day. Breakfast is decent, but not outstanding though with same menu 365 days.
