The hotel is located in the airport, with convenient transfers, good facilities, and hygiene and safety.

Great for overnight transit or as in my case when you arrive very late from an intercontinental trip

From the airport, exit C and walk through the parking lot. There is a free car to the airport. The lady driving the car is beautiful and good at braking.

The hotel service is OK, the location is good, less than 100 meters from the terminal, the breakfast is average but in line with the European four-star hotel standards. The hotel facilities are a bit old. Our room did not have a walk-in shower, so the bathtub was slippery.

The hotel is 100 meters from the airport. The breakfast is rich with many varieties and the environment is good, but the quilt is small.

Very convenient just other side of the road from airport with direct access, quite rooms and very clean, I will definitely recommend this hotel when travelling by plane early morning to have a good night of rest

Very friendly stuff, they helped us a lot when my wife got sick, they allowed us make a late check out without any charge. Room was clean and quiet. Definitely suggest it!

The hotel room is quite big, and it is close to the exhibition, which is very convenient. There are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, but Europeans basically don't open on weekends, which is a bit inconvenient

The hotel is in a good location with a large shopping mall nearby, as well as Rewe and Lidl. The room is spacious and the breakfast is quite rich. There are four automatic coffee machines placed in front and back. The hotel also has a swimming pool, gym and sauna.

I had a good stay, the room was spacious with big, comfortable beds. Overall it was very clean with a nice bathroom. The breakfast included was very fulfilling with great selection.

I used it well. I recommend it for business trips!^^

The facilities are relatively old. The so-called double bed room is two single beds put together. Slippers need to be collected separately at the front desk.

The room is small, southerners don't know how to use heating, there is no air conditioning, and the door is actually opened with a key. I haven't encountered this for many years. The hotel may be a bit old, and it's not good. The surrounding environment is good and quiet

Hotel is new and looks good. Nice bed and good pressure on taps. Food wise the buffet for breakfast was nice. Just one issue please add German sausages to breakfast.

Very good located hotel in the middle of the city. We stopped here just for one night on our way to southern Germany. Hotel definitely feels like a 5 star hotel. Room and amenities were all very nice and the breakfast as you can expect for a 5 star hotel. Great location for train station, Opera house and shops and restaurants. Beautiful reception area with fresh flowers and plants throughout. The staff were delightful, and the bar was cosy and intimate with charming bar staff.

Lovely hotel full of history and artifacts but no kettle nor teas/ coffees for a Superior Deluxe room !!! After talking to reception ,they gave us one to stop us going on about it .Only Executive rooms get a kettle and tea/ coffee!! Lovely cosy bar .Lovely fresh flowers

Fuss free location, near to city center with Christmas market. Road side parking available. Pity that the hotel does not provide any water.

Clean and tidy. The shower head had to be held by hand. The bed was average. Overall OK. Very well located.

The front desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The bed is big enough for a comfortable sleep. The sanitation is also good. There is a large lawn at the door with tables and chairs for leisure. Very comfortable.

Really good hotel, conveniently located (near the City Hall) and with a nice breakfast buffet and a little gym and sauna room. However, I wish I could have used the sauna in the morning (Service: 4/5) and also I don’t understand why duvets don’t cover the feet. It’s very annoying because the cold gets in and wakes me up (Rooms: 4/5)

Sauna is off early 9pm, while reception said 10pm. There are not willing to prolong it even if they started it on demand only at 8. Fitness room with low celling, cannot run in thread mill. Breakfast great, rooms rather small.

Perfect place to explore Hannover. Right across the road from park land behind the city hall (Rathaus). Easy 20 minute walk to the main station Hannover Hbf. Perfectly located for all the city with U bahn stations nearby and plenty of restaurants too including a sushi and steak house all within ten minutes walk. The food in the hotel was great, both for breakfast and dinner.

I booked this hotel for the convenience of watching the game. It's a little expensive, including breakfast and parking. It's next to the city hall building and the park. It's a long way to eat, but not too far.

The room is big and everything else is satisfactory. It is close to the train station and there is a very delicious Chinese restaurant nearby, which is highly recommended. The price/performance ratio is high, but it is a bit close to the road and a bit noisy in the morning

The hotel is centrally located, but doesn’t have much amenities. The breakfast is ok, but not much variety. The restaurant in hotel was not open, but many food choices nearby. There isn’t any fitness center or sauna in hotel. The rooms are dated and try not to get a room right behind the train station because those trains run all day and is a little noisy.

It is a few hundred meters away from the train station and you can walk there, which is very convenient. There are many restaurants around. The breakfast is rich, well received, satisfactory, and recommended.

The rooms are clean and well presented and at a reasonable price too, however the lack of air conditioning has been a bit of an issue as it has been 36°C. Yet, the staff were very happy to provide a fan and were very apologetic. Check in was so easy and the staff also can speak English pretty well if your German isn't up to scratch. It was a shame that the bar and restaurant weren't open due to Coronavirus...

This is my second visit to Hannover as well as Hotel Loccumer hof. Really enjoyed breakfast and stay for 5 days . Being a vegetarian there was limitations for me to choose from the available food items. Very good location and everything like Railway station,Tram station,shopping mall ,city centre are very close by. Nice English speaking staff very helpful. Very much recommended.

Staff were very friendly, parking was secure. The room was clean and reasonably spacious however did not have an iron or air-conditioning. The free small welcome drinks were a nice touch. Breakfast costs extra and was the usual continental selection. Overall an okay but very basic business hotel.

It's OK, but parking for luggage is not very convenient

The hotel is nice, the room is clean and tidy. According to the wishes, a room with a high floor and good view was arranged. A beautiful church can be seen outside the window. The service attitude of the staff is very good and polite. It is satisfactory.

I checked in consecutively without saying hello to the front desk. They would not come to clean the room or replace the drinking water.

The exhibition venue is very close and breakfast can be provided. There are McDonald's and supermarket next to it. Parking is free. Note that Hannover has a city tax of about 5% of the house price.

It's by the roadside, so it's not particularly quiet at night, but I slept soundly because I was too tired. The variety of breakfast is relatively good, but not too much, so just eat some and don't go hungry in the morning.

This is literally walking distance from the show ground. Free parking and they awarded me for not needing the house keeping service. The best part is, the rooms were clean AND the parking was free. I have gotten used to Hannover now and I really like this hotel. Every morning I enjoy the walk to the show grounds and walk back. It's perfect.

We were on a business trip and booked it at short notice. It cost more than 400 euros during the exhibition. We were pleasantly surprised that there was Japanese instant noodles for breakfast. The room was small and the hygiene was poor. The service was OK.

We booked this room at short notice for an exhibition. The room was not big and clean enough, and we were complained about it countless times after we came back. However, there was a Kebap restaurant next door, and we had three meals there, which were delicious. It was the only highlight.

Location is good and feel happy to stay in this hotel. Will stay here again in the future.

The Good • Excellent location in the heart of the old town. • Well maintained: clean, neat. • Convenient underground parking directly under the hotel (though spaces are limited). The Bad • Everything is cheap: basic Ikea-style furniture, plain finishes, and no sense of charm. • Overall, a basic hotel that offers only the bare minimum. It feels more like an Ibis Budget in a prime downtown location...

The Hotel was excellent,clean and modern, We stayed there because we went to see the Scorpions who were playing in the HvH Stadium. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped, Breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again

The location of the hotel is probably its best feature- right near the old city hall and the market church. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room had plenty of space and was very nice. The room was very average. The bed was ok but not overly comfortable. The room lacked good lighting. It could certainly use a refresh.

Good hotel, there was clean and nice room, the hotel staff helped to sort out the rules during the coronavirus in advance. I want to note that it is usually very cold in hotels, but it was warm and comfortable in the hotel. I didn't like breakfast but maybe it is better in not coronavirus time.

I stop here frequently when traveling north of Prague. For us, a family of 4, it is perfect. For a reasonable price we can use almost an entire floor (two separate rooms and two bathrooms). Much less expensive than a traditional brand hotel.

Good price and good location next to the U-bahne and the gardens. Center only 10 min away with the train. Has a little outside area with tables you can use and a fridge where you can put your food if needed. We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious, but smelled on some word air refresher. Free parking and some of the personal speaks English. All in all good stay and relaxing atmosphere

My second time to stay at a Best Western Hotel (other time was in Yangon, Myanmar). Was not disappointed.

Nice place, room was nice and clean. Breakfast room is a bit outdated, however breakfast was nice. Staff was nice. The noise from the bar across the street is loud and annoying.

Very close to the city center and all restaurants and shopping places are easily accessible. Rooms are bigger compared to German standard. They have good carpet. Cleanliness could have been improved. Rooms were having dust and cleaning staff did not turn up during one day. Free tea and coffee at reception all day. Breakfast is decent, but not outstanding though with same menu 365 days.
