We are business travellers who have stayed at the hotel every year for the past 7 years. The hotel and its staff always offer the same consistently high standard. We shall return again next year!

Absolutely stunning view in the big hall — they nailed that design! Huge hotel just at the airport. Rooms were comfy and big enough. The bathroom was pretty modern too

The employees are very friendly. They have good varieties in breakfast. The rooms are kept clean and tidy always. I stay here regularly and even a new employee knows me. They take of their customers very well.

It must have been low season because it seemed to have double the amount of people as necessary in the restaurant and breakfast. The breakfast was great! The location is close to a beautiful park and the Zoo

Friendly staff, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Large parking: garage, 25 euros. They had some problems with the AC during our stay so the room was too hot.

The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. The walk to the concert was only 3 minutes. The breakfast buffet was very good for a reasonable price

The gym is ok (cardio only, but decent machines for that) and the sauna (open till 11pm and also in the morning) is good. Towels freely available at the sauna. Resting room with deck chairs looks a bit sterile, though

Hotel is new and looks good. Nice bed and good pressure on taps. Food wise the buffet for breakfast was nice. Just one issue please add German sausages to breakfast.

The IntercityHotel Hannover Hauptbahnhof Ost is new and clean. Location is excellent. The rooms are very small. For business travelers a good choice.

I like it so much, the gorgeous and elegant vintage style, it’s worth walking around, the rich German Bavarian style, the golden leaves of the French plane trees, the room layout is very comfortable, the very comfortable goose down quilt is very suitable for a lazy quilt, it is warm Drink a glass of cold beer under the warm quilt, Heavenly🍺🥰

Espresso machine should be put in the room. Old Coffee/tea machines do not meet the need any more. They have given me a fruit/sweet plate on my birth day. Thank you for the nice gesture

A good night stop on outer way thru Germany. Spacious and clean room. Nice breakfast with a lot of choices for all family members. Free parking was available even if we arrived just before midnight.

The receptionist employee Amro was very helpful, understanding and so kind. Even though we needed to arrive the hotel before our check-in, Amro tried to do his best to help us

The room is spacious and the space for one person or two is good. The breakfast does not have many options to choose from , but the service during the breakfast was optimal

The staff at the reception are not the best thing and they are not there all the time. There is no water in the room that gets refill everyday comparing to other 4 star hotels around the world

Hotel has several buildings based on what kind of room you chose. Plenty of car parking spaces for 5€ per stay. Street parking in front of hotel is free. Wifi speed was not good and wooden floor was noisy when walking

I must say it’s one of the best I’ve had, and they have absolutely everything. Bacon, eggs, cheese, cold cuts, salads, yoghurt, pancakes, homemade jams, and the list goes on - it was just hard to choose

Travelling with the family from Austria to Sweden we had a quick stop-over. Very convenient with nice rooms, good service and a great breakfast. The place is big, but have managed to maintain a feeling personal care.

This is an historical jewel, although quite young by European standards. I only stayed 16 hours, so take this review in stride

Amazing view over the Maschsee, clean rooms. Love that you can open the windows to get fresh air. It took forever to check in - we arrived on a Thursday after 21. 30 and we had to wait for 30 Minutes

Breakfast com large selection and excellent raw materials, starting from different fresh juice, not juice industry, fruit are available at: if at breakfast you offer juice of a real orange, you can be sure that the hotel is of the highest level

This was my fourth time that I booked this hotel. The reason is that the hotel is very centrally located near the main station of Hannover. The rooms are neat, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Perfectly located for all the city with U bahn stations nearby and plenty of restaurants too including a sushi and steak house all within ten minutes walk. The food in the hotel was great, both for breakfast and dinner

An absolutely magical town with a cozy Mercury Hotel is a must-see! everything is beautiful, clean, the breakfast is excellent, German quality in everything! From the train station there is a red ***** for tourists and leads through all the attractions

The hotel is located right in front of the station, so it was very easy to access the exhibition center and the central station. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean.
