I stayed here one night for a trip to Hannover, and I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel had a great atmosphere and the close proximity to the airport made getting an early return flight really easy. If you're hungry, the club sandwich is great😀

Today I spent 20 min at reception just for checking in... efficiency... also, do not understand why we have to pay up front here. I’m regular customer and sometimes I do pay at the end of my stay, because like this time I’m not sure about breakfast and parking for the second night. I would have to come and pay twice, why?...

The Hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately, there are in the room with only 2 sockets. A at the table where the TV is and the other in the bathroom. Charge in the bed is not possible. At least my phone, I would like to have on the bed in the night.

The Hotel is very chic if your flight is delayed or if your something else at the airport. Unfortunately, the nights are a bit noisy due to the airplanes

All staff members I met were very kind, friendly and professional. The hotel is nice, a bit old-school (yet in a positive manner), and the facilities are clean and adequate.

Well, the hotel itself is quite ok, rooms comfortable, excellent breakfast buffet. But what they offer as internet is really somewhat off the 21st century. Incredible latency, you can't use a remote desktop or have a conference call ...

Delicious buffet breakfast. The rooms are cleaned frequently. Kind staff. Minus: before breakfast there is a noise from the dishes when everyone is sleeping, and in the shower the water pressure is very strong and not very pleasant. But 5 stars is what you need.

In the middle of nowhere. Bar/restaurant has no atmosphere. Rooms are in need of some love and care. It's fine for a stayover but when visiting the city, i would recommend a hotel closer to the center. Good breakfast and right next to a subway!

Great location for train station, Opera house and shops and restaurants. Beautiful reception area with fresh flowers and plants throughout. The staff were delightful, and the bar was cosy and intimate with charming bar staff.

Lovely hotel full of history and artifacts but no kettle nor teas/ coffees for a Superior Deluxe room !!! After talking to reception ,they gave us one to stop us going on about it .Only Executive rooms get a kettle and tea/ coffee!! Lovely cosy bar .Lovely fresh flowers

Location is excellent. Staff are friendly. However, price is high. Espresso machine should be put in the room. Old Coffee/tea machines do not meet the need any more. They have given me a fruit/sweet plate on my birth day. Thank you for the nice gesture.

The best hotel in Hanover. Well situated. Luxurious rooms but they are quite different from each other. The steaks in the restaurant on the ground floor are well worth eating and they even have a nice small pub up front.

I had a good stay, the room was spacious with big, comfortable beds. Overall it was very clean with a nice bathroom. The breakfast included was very fulfilling with great selection.

Housekeeping staff is amazing in that they wait until you remove your do not disturb sign regardless of time of day and glassware was traded out daily. We had a great stay at the hotel. Room was very clean and nice. Bed was comfortable, clean. Breakfast was good. Also it was very calm so we had a good rest. Staffs are very helpful, if you need something you can just ask and they’ll handle everything and also they’re friendly and polite. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely go back!

One of not that many hotels which is truly pet friendly and guests with cats are welcomed here, In comparison to many others who state they're "pet friendly" but in fact accept only with dogs. Really liked this hotel! It's trendy and modern, but doesn't feel "stuffy" at all. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had one minor issue that was taken care of quickly when I mentioned it to the front desk. Great location near metro entrance, with convenient parking underneath. Cederic who was at reception at night was kind friendly and willing to help find different locations we wanted to go and printed out maps and train time tables for us. He is above the gold standard. Great hotel! The check in was easy and the front desk staff was very professional. We had no issue checking in with our pup. The rooms are clean and spacious. I love the high ceilings! And the bed! So comfy that it made me look at the Sheraton Store to see how I could purchase one.

Very good hotel. Very quiet. The bed was very comfortable but the bathroom needs renovation. I went to the lounge which is unfortunately in the cellar with no windows. The selection in the lounge is very limited but OK for a Monday night. The warm food they serve was really nice. Front desk staff were very nice and competent. Definitely a hotel to go back to.

Sleepy hotel outside city center. Arrived by taxi at midnight. Door was closed and locked. Had to wait outside for 12 mins, nothing around. Google the number and tried calling. Finally opened doors. Came in hot day, greeted by €4 ish water bottle, security guard just standing there blank headed, not even helping at all when we want to park on the charging spot, also he didn't speak English. Minimalist amenities, eventho room was clean, but bathroom door was squeaking like crazy. The only thing that impress me is how fast the staff coming once we told them about the bathroom door.

Good location (less than 5 minutes from the motorway). Very nice and helpful staff. Room was spacious, quiet and - what is the most important - bed was very comfortable. We were traveling with a baby and the Hotel prepared separate travel bed so we all could get decent sleep. Next time we will also select the same hotel fire sure!

Stayed overnight to attend a concert at ZAG Arena, which is literally 200m away. Fantastic front desk staff and bar/restaurant staff. Food was absolutely delicious. Great stay!

We got everything we needed 👍🏻 Clean and nice room with TV, mini fridge, coffee machine☕ Restaurant has not big list of meals (due to summer) but there are possible to choose something classic as burgers 🍔or salad Cesar 🥗 Underground parking (extra fees).

Great facility when visiting the Hannover fair. The sky bridge access makes this a super convenient location as hotel or parking location.

3 of us in 3 rooms staying on a Sunday night. Arrived to find bar and restaurant closed. The single member of staff could not even get welcome drinks as the All app had failed. Please make it very clear when booking what facilities are available on what days.

Ok room for the price, but no cold water in the bathroom tap, it was hot to the point that it was unusable. There was also a tap in the mini-bar, but the water was barely cold there as well. The coffee machine did not work.

Overall, the Fora Hotel is a nice place to stay. The rooms are spacious and some even have a kitchenette. There is also a private parking garage, the staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. However, our hair dryer didn't work properly, which was a minor inconvenience. The main reason for my 3 star rating is the 18.90€/person breakfast. It was the worst I've ever had in a hotel. Nothing was covered...

We got one of the large renovated rooms. (6th floor). The reception at the front desk was very friendly, hardworking and helpful. The room was very clean and modern. Despite the existing air conditioning, we found the room too warm. But you know this from hotels ;-) The bathroom was a bit small but had a large modern rain shower. Apparently the drywall under the sink on the wall was not completed....

The hotel is centrally located, but doesn’t have much amenities. The breakfast is ok, but not much variety. The restaurant in hotel was not open, but many food choices nearby. There isn’t any fitness center or sauna in hotel. The rooms are dated and try not to get a room right behind the train station because those trains run all day and is a little noisy.

This is wonderful hotel. What stands out is the service. I was in Hannover for the fair so mostly in hotel from late evening to very early morning. The front desk is manned by Toni and Leonardo David Valencia during this time. They had a perfect balance of professional efficiency and personal care. They made my stay stand out.

Incredible hotel! The rooms are very cozy, clean, and luxurious. Breakfast is good, a beer in the evening in the lounge is something to remember (especially if watching the footbal match). The location is great - downtown, so you can walk everywhere and do not need to use the public transportation (during Covid very positive). Also everything is close by, stores, grocery, you name it. Only downside could be during the weekend facing the street - teenagers are loud and showing off their cars (we have all been there).

Absolutely great, very clean, quiet at night, dog friendly, really recommend. They give you a discount if you park your car in the big garage in the Novotel spots, fresh set of sheets etc, very clear instructions! One thing is that the rooms are quite pricey, depends on the type, but not too pricey, and the breakfast is a bit too expensive in my opinion😬

Always good quality. A bit more expensive than others, but definitely worth it. Also they are some of the few hotels left, that offers smoking rooms, which often still smell nice even though. Their breakfast is always great. I tend to use the chain of hotels as the quality is equal no matter which hotel you choose (and in any country for that matter). I definitely recommend Novotel.

Nice parking, clean and neat rooms, well connected , situated in the city. No Bar or restaurant at the moment due to covid! Recommended hotel.

Efficient and friendly check-in, good sized bedroom and bathroom. Everything clean and as Covid-19 secure as can possibly be. Excellent quiet location, despite only being a few minutes walk from the centre. We will definitely choose to stay here again when back in Hannover.

I stayed in this Mercure hotel for one night. Staff was friendly at all times! The room was not too spacious, but it was clean and very quiet, which is much more important to me! I personally didn‘t like the sordid surroundings of the hotel, but it‘s not Mercure’s fault.

The breakfast is really very good, as most tourists write. If you are vacationing here in the summer, be aware that there are no refrigerators in the rooms. So, be careful with perishable products. The shower stall is not for my size))). But, in general, everything is of good German quality, perfect order and excellent sound insulation. Liked.

I enjoyed my stay at Mercure very much. The hotel is renovated not long ago. The lobby is decorated tastefully and the rooms have a nice atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the central train station and the centre of the city so everything you want is within walking distance.

Comfortable, clean and tidy. There is a car parking on the back of the hotel - 12€ per day. Coffee/ tea is for free for guests. The room had an A/C and a heated floor in the bathroom.

A nice hotel with a cosy lobby/lounge/bar/breakfast area. Very nice breakfast. We had a small room, but it had all we needed and a nice bed. Indeed a stylish place. It adjusts the industrial look of some other place which is quite common. We just have been out there to join a DJs night. So no comments on the hotel. The room was clean and cosy, there is a railway quite close to the hotel which can be heard although not very loud from my room. The shower can be adjusted to become really hot which is a plus! The Hotel came into the years. The hall was decorated to new year's eve-neutral, which is to say, the tables were nicely covered. Lighting, cold, and plenty of food, but there's a lot of air would be still up. Service was young and very prudent. We had a nice evening, as the guests selection agreed at our table.

Everything was very good, beds are comfortable, room was clean, lots of parking places. Complimentary bottle of water and variety of tea/coffee was also good. The only thing which could be better - the floor in the bathroom, it was colder than ice, otherwise the hotel, room and equipment were superb.

Travelling with the family from Austria to Sweden we had a quick stop-over. Very convenient with nice rooms, good service and a great breakfast. The place is big, but have managed to maintain a feeling personal care.
