The best hotel in Hanover. Well situated. Luxurious rooms but they are quite different from each other. The steaks in the restaurant on the ground floor are well worth eating and they even have a nice small pub up front.

Delicious buffet breakfast. The rooms are cleaned frequently. Kind staff. Minus: before breakfast there is a noise from the dishes when everyone is sleeping, and in the shower the water pressure is very strong and not very pleasant. But 5 stars is what you need.

It's an OK hotel, but very noisy, so I recommend bringing ear plugs for a good sleep. Also, during my stay, half of the electical plugs were not working. Also, only body soap available, so if you need anything above that, bring it with you

Nice clean hotel. But unless you have business going on at the Hanover Messe or Emerson, there is not much else going on there. Rooms and service are nice. Decent breakfast but expensive.

The girl that welcomed us at the reception was outstanding. The basic room was just fine for one night. The location isn't interesting at all from a tourists point of view, but decent public transfer to the city center makes up for it.

I stayed here one night for a trip to Hannover, and I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel had a great atmosphere and the close proximity to the airport made getting an early return flight really easy. If you're hungry, the club sandwich is great😀

Today I spent 20 min at reception just for checking in... efficiency... also, do not understand why we have to pay up front here. I’m regular customer and sometimes I do pay at the end of my stay, because like this time I’m not sure about breakfast and parking for the second night. I would have to come and pay twice, why?...

Really liked this hotel! It's trendy and modern, but doesn't feel "stuffy" at all. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had one minor issue that was taken care of quickly when I mentioned it to the front desk. Great location near metro entrance, with convenient parking underneath. Good hotel, there was clean and nice room, the hotel staff helped to sort out the rules during the coronavirus in advance. I want to note that it is usually very cold in hotels, but it was warm and comfortable in the hotel. I didn't like breakfast but maybe it is better in not coronavirus time.

Nice place, deliciuos kichen. Quiet noisy street so in hot nights no possibility to open the window but they're installing AC, so problem solved soon.

I have stayed here once or twice a year for a couple weeks at a time for a few years now, and everything is always perfect. This hotel really deserves the 5 stars. Big shout out to Araya and Tobias, always professional, always friendly - they are veritable hospitality experts. Tam in the restaurant delivers Michelin star service, and the food is always fantastic.

I stayed in this Mercure hotel for one night. Staff was friendly at all times! The room was not too spacious, but it was clean and very quiet, which is much more important to me! I personally didn‘t like the sordid surroundings of the hotel, but it‘s not Mercure’s fault.

This is wonderful hotel. What stands out is the service. I was in Hannover for the fair so mostly in hotel from late evening to very early morning. The front desk is manned by Toni and Leonardo David Valencia during this time. They had a perfect balance of professional efficiency and personal care. They made my stay stand out.

Incredible hotel! The rooms are very cozy, clean, and luxurious. Breakfast is good, a beer in the evening in the lounge is something to remember (especially if watching the footbal match). But the greatest asset this hotel had was the staff: ultra friendly, ready to support you with any wish you have. I highly recommend!

Not a fan of the restaurants nearby or location but I would say it is very safe at least. The room is very decent and clean, which is more than can be said about some other hotels in Hannover. However my reason for preferring this hotel is that the staff are incredibly friendly and competent.

The rooms are clean and well presented and at a reasonable price too, however the lack of air conditioning has been a bit of an issue as it has been 36°C. Yet, the staff were very happy to provide a fan and were very apologetic. Check in was so easy and the staff also can speak English pretty well if your German isn't up to scratch. It was a shame that the bar and restaurant weren't open due to Coronavirus...

This is my second visit to Hannover as well as Hotel Loccumer hof. Really enjoyed breakfast and stay for 5 days . Being a vegetarian there was limitations for me to choose from the available food items. Staff were very friendly, parking was secure. The room was clean and reasonably spacious however did not have an iron or air-conditioning. The free small welcome drinks were a nice touch. Breakfast costs extra and was the usual continental selection. Overall an okay but very basic business hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, but doesn’t have much amenities. The breakfast is ok, but not much variety. The restaurant in hotel was not open, but many food choices nearby. There isn’t any fitness center or sauna in hotel. The rooms are dated and try not to get a room right behind the train station because those trains run all day and is a little noisy.

Absolutely great, very clean, quiet at night, dog friendly, really recommend. They give you a discount if you park your car in the big garage in the Novotel spots, fresh set of sheets etc, very clear instructions! We had a great stay at the hotel. Room was very clean and nice. Bed was comfortable, clean. Breakfast was good. Also it was very calm so we had a good rest. Came in hot day, greeted by €4 ish water bottle, security guard just standing there blank headed, not even helping at all when we want to park on the charging spot, also he didn't speak English. Minimalist amenities, eventho room was clean, but bathroom door was squeaking like crazy. The only thing that impress me is how fast the staff coming once we told them about the bathroom door.
