We are business travellers who have stayed at the hotel every year for the past 7 years. The hotel and its staff always offer the same consistently high standard. We shall return again next year!

Absolutely stunning view in the big hall — they nailed that design! Huge hotel just at the airport. Rooms were comfy and big enough. The bathroom was pretty modern too

Breakfast is also delicious because of a wide diversity of options

We had a great stay here with our two kids. The family room had a lot of space and even a little sofa for the children to sit and watch cartoons. The staff gave us extra blankets and were very helpful with directions

Very convenient just other side of the road from airport with direct access, quite rooms and very clean, I will definitely recommend this hotel when travelling by plane early morning to have a good night of rest

Sleepy hotel outside city center. Arrived by taxi at midnight. Had to wait outside for 12 mins, nothing around. Google the number and tried calling. Small room, bed is not double. Water was not hot enough for a shower

I’ve been so impressed with how friendly everyone has been in Hannover that this stands out like a sore thumb. Location is perfect if you want to go to the HCC but there’s not much else around here

The hotel service is good, the breakfast is good, and it is the quality of a traditional chain hotel.

The facilities are relatively old. The so-called double bed room is two single beds put together. Slippers need to be collected separately at the front desk.

It was in the central part and access was truly great. The hotel was clean and nice staffs.

Secondly, the hotel room is clean and tidy. The super large TV, although I have never watched it, feels very cool. The whole wall is made into a display screen style including the TV, and two speakers are also installed

The subway entrance is right at the door, which is really convenient. The hotel is good in all aspects and the price is right. It may be the most cost-effective in this area. There is also a sauna and a gym

First of all, the location of the hotel is very good. It is a ten-minute walk from the city center. The subway station is right in front of the hotel, and it takes ten minutes to get to the train station

I think the sound effect is very good. Third, the restaurant is very large. Three-line fish is served for breakfast every day with mustard sauce. Finally, the table in the lobby is big enough

Turn right and walk a few minutes to the public laundry room. Next to the laundry room is the bar and restaurant. It is very comfortable to have a beer in the bar while doing laundry

Efficient and friendly check-in, good sized bedroom and bathroom. Everything clean and as Covid-19 secure as can possibly be. Excellent quiet location, despite only being a few minutes walk from the centre

Good rooms and friendly service. Location is pretty central, breakfast spread is good enough.

The front desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The bed is big enough for a comfortable sleep. The sanitation is also good. There is a large lawn at the door with tables and chairs for leisure. Very comfortable.

The receptionist employee Amro was very helpful, understanding and so kind. Even though we needed to arrive the hotel before our check-in, Amro tried to do his best to help us

You are greeted very friendly at reception and there is everything you need in the room except for a fridge:)

Rooms were a bit oldschool, but clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and you should try it out even if you are not staying at the hotel. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area

Hotel has several buildings based on what kind of room you chose. Plenty of car parking spaces for 5€ per stay. Street parking in front of hotel is free. Wifi speed was not good and wooden floor was noisy when walking

Really nice location for overnight stay if you don’t want to enter the city. Restaurant in house was good, they greeted us with best service. Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable bed

Overall a decent hotel for stay over. We stayed here with family & booked one room for 3 adults & 1 room for 2 adults. The room size was decent & was neat n clean

This was my fourth time that I booked this hotel. The reason is that the hotel is very centrally located near the main station of Hannover. The rooms are neat, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Ok room for the price, but no cold water in the bathroom tap, it was hot to the point that it was unusable. There was also a tap in the mini-bar, but the water was barely cold there as well

From the outside, not necessarily visible, but from the inside a very modern and clean Hotel. Excellent rooms with upgraded amenities and plenty of room (double room). Everything was very clean and well maintained

Convenient location from highway and Hannover fairgrounds- nice dining options nearby. The hotel was very quiet. Breakfast buffet with eggs and waffles made to order was awesome.

No major wear and tear visible, carpet looks like new. Food very tasty, but a little expensive - although price/performance fit. Spaghetti Bolognese, there is not but for 10€. But veal cutlets for about 20€ is totally ok

The rooms are a bit small, but they are clean and the windows open wide, which is a plus. The only downside is that you have to reserve parking in advance, but they don't give you enough notice in advance

I want to note that it is usually very cold in hotels, but it was warm and comfortable in the hotel. I didn't like breakfast but maybe it is better in not coronavirus time

Nice place, deliciuos kichen. Quiet noisy street so in hot nights no possibility to open the window but they're installing AC, so problem solved soon.

I recently stayed at Mercure medical park for business. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean

It was small room but with second bed . Many decorations inside to make the eyes turn to them as for me it was too much. Basic things were present .

They have the gym and bar in case you want to spend time in the hotel. The pool is closed in the winter time. The restaurant is closed during the holiday time. You need to check it when you want to spend time there

It seemed like a lot of families stayed there, and the best part was using the pool. They were very friendly!

The hotel is in the city centre, but you cannot hear a thing when the windows are closed! It's peace and quiet inside the bedroom. You can leave your suitcases with them until your check in time

The best thing about this hotel is the location, right opposite the main train station - but you can't hear in the room. Service friendly, rooms clean with slight signs of wear and tear

The bathroom area was my favourite part, the layout is very clever and the shower box itself is amazing, the water flow, the lights/music inside, it was my favourite part

The hotel room is quite big, and it is close to the exhibition, which is very convenient. There are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, but Europeans basically don't open on weekends, which is a bit inconvenient

Over the time the price rose for more than 50%, being fully booked at the time of our stay, so act accordingly if you know your travel dates

Staying second time time and will be back again. Great clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, have a bar and a restaurant for dinner as well. Sauna, jacuzzi, gym and swimming pool is always a hit for us so 5 ***** from us :)

A nice and clean room had. From the road was heard in the night. The Breakfast buffet was very tasty with a wide selection. There were even waffles for even baking. I was very pleased.

This hotel is near the airport. The facilities are a little old, but the service is OK. It can be used as an alternative for guests who have nowhere to stay during the war

The room was clean, tidy and spacious. It was closest to the terminal C exit. You only need to walk straight ahead two blocks vertically. It will take at most ten minutes to get there after leaving the airport

It was my first time staying here. I arrived alone in the middle of the night. It was really the first choice for convenience and safety. It was very cost-effective and there was no extra charge for check-in

Comfortable, clean and tidy. There is a car parking on the back of the hotel - 12€ per day. Coffee/ tea is for free for guests. The room had an A/C and a heated floor in the bathroom.

The only thing that I noticed which is not so great, is that there are no signs in the hallways pointing towards the elevators. And with all the hallways looking the same, it was a bit hard to find

We had booked 2 rooms for 2 adults each: one room was ready and the other made up for just 1 person with no towels at all. That took a while to sort out, which was inconvenient as the guests wanted to shower
