We had a very comfortable stay even if for just one night. Large rooms and bathrooms. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Stayed here for 4 nights and could only use the sauna once as the staff kept saying the sauna is not working, however, the sauna was working but only one person keeps the keys to the switch board. It was quite frustrating 😒

The rooms are hot like hell. No aircon only fans. Staffs are very slow and made mistakes all the time. Wrong checkin, overcharged us, then when you ask for refund. Their process is hell long. This can’t do, that can’t do. Will not stay here again and won’t recommend to anyone.

Reached out almost a month in advance about a booking issue and was told to follow up later — which I did, twice. Then: silence. No reply until after my stay, when I called, only to be told, flatly, “nothing we can do.”

Not a single reference to the previous exchange, just complete indifference. It felt less like a policy issue and more like they were stalling until they didn’t have to care anymore.

Even the feedback I submitted right after was completely ignored. Unreliable, indifferent. Never again.

It is a very nice hotel. The stuff is nice, but not all of them speak English. Only problem I had was with the parking, whixh there is a little of for free, there is a garage, but it is paid.
