We were in the restaurant for dinner and it was amazing! Very tasty, delicious, nice menu and very nice and attentive (and also high professional!) service. Live piano music in the bar. Children get a small gift to be busy while they are waiting.

Charming and quiet hotel in one of the best spots in Harzen for mountainbiking and gravel cycling. Staff is nice, and food is some of the best I had in all of Germany.

This hotel makes me finally realize what drives me crazy. We ordered dinner at 7:00, and we waited until 9:00 for our main courses. Is this a five-star hotel? Who rated it five-star? Not to mention the fact that the food wasn't very good.

Clean, friendly and all facilities available. Great place a base for hiking and cycling. Prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for. Nice view from restaurant over pond.

Excellent location by the lakeside. The rooms were comfortable. But the absence of fans an d ACs in the room was uncomfortable in this hot weather.

I Would give 5 stars if the Restaurant was up to speed, unfortuantly we had a bad experience with a one hour waiting time (we left as my temper is quite high after waiting one hour)But for sure I Will come back, this is one of the most relaxing hotels I ever visited in Europe. 5 stars for the area, city, and the hotel (without the restaurant.)Look forward till next time then the restaurant, and waiters are up to speed😉By the way, the Swan, is very friendly and polite so go give him/her some bread and company:)

Wow! Amazing hotel! Excellent location, big rooms, awesome restaurant for both breakfast and dinner, incredible staff. Loved it... See you next week!
