The walk into the city was a bit long, but the old town with all its beautiful facades made up for it. It had a pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel is located very close to the motorway, yet it is quiet, which makes it ideal for an overnight stay on the way by car to somewhere (otherwise it does not look like an area with lots of tourist attractions)

The hotel isn't the best address for romantic visits, but for business meetings. I was a participant in a business workshop, so I only know the seminar rooms, information desk and lunch

The seminar rooms are absolutely ok with a great welcome service. Coffee was always available, not only when we had a break. The service employees at reception desk are very helpful, professional and charming

Lunch: All workshop participants had a choice of 3 meals for lunch, which we ordered before lunchtime. But a surprise, we could taste everything, so I can suggest the lunch, too

It exceeded expectations for a budget hotel. Staff interaction was always friendly. It was odd that there was no refrigerator in the room. Our large bed was simply two single beds pushed together

Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel has its style - pretty nice inside. Underground parking was handy, too. Breakfast is very good with lots of choices.

There was no attempt to bridge the gap between the beds with some sort of connector. Linens were clean and nice with no strong detergent smell

The location was a great for walking around town and the university, but terrible for parking. The hotel has 2 lots one to the north, the other to the west

Stayed for 1 night on our way home from vacation. Very decent family room and decently priced. Only missing a refrigerator in the room therefore 4 stars… other wise 5 stars. Very friendly and helpful receptionist.

We arrived after dark and it was a bit uncomfortable driving around back of the building, but once we found our way it was just fine. Would certainly stay here again!

Rooms are small, but clean and well built. The service is on point. There is no kitchen for serving big meals, but there's a small kitchen that works overnight serving sandwichs.

We were visiting Jena for a sporting event and also wanted to travel to Leipzig so this hotel was ideal. For once Accors description was accurate, the venue is indeed in central Jena but was not at all noisy

The Papiermühle doesn't just offer its own beers and liqueurs, but also traditional and local cuisine. It is definitely one of the best places to eat in Jena

It's nicely located, my room and bathroom were spacious yet warm. The stuff was really helpful. The only minus I can point to is pillows. As for me, they were too big and stiff. But overall I enjoyed my stay!

Pension is conveniently located next to Jena West train station, but close to the city center. Rooms are large and clean, place is calm, service is great
