Spacious rooms, clean and centrally located. Excellent! Right in the quare. Walking to everything. No car needed. Train right near by. If my son makes it into Carl Benz school of Engineering, KIT, I will definitely be back

Once again a fantastic experience, we highly recommend B5, especially for longer stays or when traveling with family.

We had a fantastic stay at B5, the accommodation is brand new and very comfortably furnished. It felt like renting an apartment inside a hotel, similar to American condos and their community area. On top of that the staff was amazing, very helpful and attentive. Do highly recommend B5, also for its closeness to the zoo and playgrounds for families.

My first stay in this place:
1. Arrived at 22.30. The self-checkin machine didn’t work and could give me the card. The Notfall number was dialed and they helped to get inside by opening doors remotely, but I couldn’t grab any food as I wouldn’t get inside anyways
2. On the next day I left my backpack to walk around the city before my train departure. And when I returned to pick the backpack - nobody opened the door. Nobody picked ip the phone. Nobody picked up the Notfall number. Eventually some lady opened the door by some chance, but I missed the train anyway already.
Excuses? Of course not.
They were busy with cleaning.
Just not answering the doorbell, not picking the phone, not picking the emergency number, not being able to deliver the card with the machine at night.
This is a very poor service, sorry.

They didn't sent us confirmation from booking in time so we didn't have a booing number to get inside the hotel. We were 1 hour staying near hotel trying to get inside. Breakfast was included to price but in breakfast they were looking long time before let us in, they were calling somewhere to confirm. It's not nice.

It is perfect location for city break. Room is rather small and there was a small in the bathroom. Automatic checking went very easy. Breakfast has a good choice. Good value for money

The worst hotel I have stayed. The quilt is too short and narrow even I am 155cm. I asked to change but they gave me two short ones! It won’t work😂 Isolation is so bad I heard people were talking even a few rooms away and water flowing upstairs. So I couldn’t sleep well. However, a good environment for sleeping is what hotels should provide!
