Worst service: No conference room offered Stayed with family for a night. Suddenly need to join the client meeting on the early morning. Requested for a conference room for short duration. They politely refused and joined the client from their lobby.

It was a very satisfying stay with a clean and bright room and a free minibar.

Had a very pleasant stay. The room was big and clean. The only downside is that there is no desk in the room, it should be noted in case you plan to get some work done.

The Leonardo Hotel in Karlsruhe offers good value for the price. We were a bit disappointed upon arrival to find that despite booking a double bed, we were given two single beds instead. We were told by staff that a double bed was only a "wish" and not a guarantee. We couldn't easily push the beds together because of the fixed console in the middle. On the bright side, the location is quite convenient...

Towards the end of my trip, I left some clothes and shoes here and totally forgot my beloved floral hair tie. So sad! Overall, the hotel was quite good, seemingly a corporate-rate hotel or similar. This was the most affordable night of my trip (I didn't book breakfast; if I had, it would probably be the second most affordable). Everything met my expectations, and the transportation was convenient.

We stayed there for 2 nights with breakfast. The room was big and nice. It’s showing its age a little bit but that’s not a deal breaker. It’s nice that it’s in a walking distance to center. There are parking spaces in front of the hotel and also there is a closed parking place next to the hotel but that doesn’t belong to the hotel so charges might change. We rather had the car in front of the hotel...

Very good location, right next to the market square. All facilities are complete. There is a hotel parking lot and a place to charge electric cars. The parking fee when I went was 15 euros per night. The minibar in the room is free.

Very close to the palace, convenient for travel. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic, the hotel has a parking lot for easy parking, the room is small but relatively complete. It is recommended to turn on the air conditioner when staying in summer, there are fried rice and meatballs

A verynice 3 Star hotel, should really have 4 Stars, everything is very clean, as far as i could see is that the rooms all New and and very clean, the staff were very friendly and the Restaurant did a very good job, also respect to the cleaning firm, they do a very good job. The town Karlsruhe is in a 30 minute walking distance or a 10 minute drive with a Tram. I was there in 06.24 on a Seminar.

I spent a week here on business. The room was great for a business trip, the staff super friendly and helpful. Public transport downtown is good to grab something to eat.. I enjoyed it. And the seminar room well equipped and luckily had a fully functional AC.

It is listed as a 2 star hotel. - The ac mostly worked on the first floor, though it was not too hot - the shower had warm water - this is really really close to the tracks, and those on the first floor can not safely open their windows as there is a concrete walkway outside the rooms - the beds were not that comfortable, but not horrible...

We were assigned a room with a broken air conditioning system, and after a sunny day the temperature on the top floor was well over 30° when we arrived. When we pointed this out, they just said that no other rooms were available because they were fully booked - but at that time three room categories including ours were still being sold online. Instead, we were offered a soft drink as compensation....

A good modern hotel in the middle of Karlsruhe. Bicyclists are able to lock their bikes in the underground parking lot. Mini bar/fridge in the room. The staff gave some recommendations for good nearby restaurants where to eat dinner.

We arrived quite late, but the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and fast, and he even offered to store my bike in a locked room—kudos to him! Hotel was nice and clean, but older. Location is good if you want to be close to city center. Extra 19 Euro for parking per night so be sure to add that to the room cost. I stayed 2 nights, but my room was nit cleaned. The price for the value is okay. I would stay here again.

The rooms are fine and clean, but appear a bit outdated. Breakfast is good, but not spectacular. The trams passing by the building cause vibrations you can feel inside your room and bed.

3 star at best. Rooms are really dated. Bed was good, pillows terrible. Staff were friendly, location, right next to train station, so 15/20 mins walk to centre, bur ideal to move on your next leg of a trip. The lift is the best part of the hotel, built1928 - a national treasure, supposedly.

Even though the property is a bit older, it is clean, in good shape and very spacious. Reception staff was very kind and supportive.

We payed far over 500 euros, and sadly did not get what you would expect for this price. Our room was outdated and the bathroom had some molt. The walls were not white anymore. The location is great, but it is time for some investment and modernization. We did not understand why the bar/cafe had no personal. The breakfast is absolutely not bad, but even that could have some extra attention.

It was a good stay for one month. The staffs are nice except some staffs, clean hotel, good breakfast, very decent according to the price, have overall construction or upgradation work throughout weeks, a little bit noisy for that. But it was good overall. Btw they will charge you security deposit of 10 euro for fan in summer, and city tax 3.5 euro per night.

Berliner Hof was, of course, a must-see for me as a Berliner. But everything was really great. I particularly like the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at reception and at breakfast. Rooms are quite disappointing. First one I was given smelled like sewage clearly some bad job with the canalization. I changed rooms , smell was better but no blackout curtains, if you can’t sleep with sun or light good luck. Service is good except there is no normal water?? 5€ for normal water and sparkling water is free… Im not staying for long but thought worth sharing. Not very satisfied with this...

It's a little far from the station. There was a table next to the bed so it was easy to put your luggage. I didn't use it, but there was a clothes warmer. The floor was wobbly and dented, so I'm worried about safety in the future.

Stairs squeak. At night I couldn't move quietly in bed because the bed squeak was so terrible and unbearably loud. Speaking of the bed; I had paid extra for a big bed and I got a small bed. Not the toilet was pleasant, because who wants to see the previous person's urine in the toilet??????? Hands off, hands off, hands off.

We had a fantastic stay at B5, the accommodation is brand new and very comfortably furnished. It felt like renting an apartment inside a hotel, similar to American condos and their community area. It is located in a main street, where a train rail is right in front of the hotel, so it can be a bit noisy during the night. But overall the hotel is good. The small rooms have everything what you need for a quick stop in Karlsruhe. A good price too.

The service is just great! A room was made available to us already in the morning without needing to ask. Breakfast isn't the most lavish ever, but there's an excellent tea selection, my husband liked the coffee too, and fresh baked goods, hot sausages, eggs and bacon.
