It was a good stay for one month. The staffs are nice except some staffs, clean hotel, good breakfast, very decent according to the price, have overall construction or upgradation work throughout weeks, a little bit noisy for that. But it was good overall. Btw they will charge you security deposit of 10 euro for fan in summer, and city tax 3.5 euro per night.

The faucet was broken, which was inconvenient, but other than that, I am satisfied with everything. The small kitchen, bathroom, dining table, and desk are all good.

The price/performance ratio is completely acceptable, and the location is very good, as it's only a few minutes' walk from the city center. All in all, I'm completely satisfied.

A verynice 3 Star hotel, should really have 4 Stars, everything is very clean, as far as i could see is that the rooms all New and and very clean, the staff were very friendly and the Restaurant did a very good job, also respect to the cleaning firm, they do a very good job. The town Karlsruhe is in a 30 minute walking distance or a 10 minute drive with a Tram. I was there in 06.24 on a Seminar.

I spent a week here on business. The room was great for a business trip, the staff super friendly and helpful. Public transport downtown is good to grab something to eat.. I enjoyed it. And the seminar room well equipped and luckily had a fully functional AC.

Quiet location near the forest, yet accessible with public punching means of transport. Decent food, good conference hotel with a limited but perfectly adequate Sport- & Wellness area.

The hotel is pretty new (I lived several times on separate building, didn't know anything about main building). The rooms are cosy and you could have a balcony for the fresh air, for my family is it quite crucial to have. The breakfast is really good, even if you come close to the end of it. Only issue is the end time - 9:30 on workdays. It is not too comfortable due to the fact of arriving usually...

I think it is important to remember what you are buying here. It is listed as a 2 star hotel. - The ac mostly worked on the first floor, though it was not too hot - the shower had warm water - this is really really close to the tracks, and those on the first floor can not safely open their windows as there is a concrete walkway outside the rooms - the beds were not that comfortable, but not horrible...

Centrally located hotel, 2 minutes from main station, close to food outlets and all the trams, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and functional, what more do you want ? 😄

This is just an OK hotel. You’re not happy to stay here, but it serves the purpose. Check in process was just fine, staff is also nice. The issues that I’ve faced: - no complimentary water in the room and no fridge. It’s really not a stretch to buy a small bottle of water for the guest - there are no tissues in the room - the shelves are not really cleaned, mine had a big layer of dust on them - there...

I was truly impressed by the comfort and cleanliness, as well as how quiet the hotel was considering its proximity to the Hauptbahnhof. The staff upholds the quality that's come to be expected as with any other Accor Hotel chain.

Super satisfy! We stayed during Chrismas market time for five days. Use Karlsruhe as our hub. Location is great, next the train station but quite in the room. Room is neat and clean. Breakfast is generous buffet. We love the waffle! Still try to figuring out what kind of batter they use it. Thank you 🌷 Ibis! Five stars plus!

Hotel is located next to the train station directly at the street but its not noisy. Breakfast is ok - but nothing special.

Please be aware you must know the code for the locked front door and no one at the front Desk except certain hours. I was not aware of a 'code' and had to wait for someone to SEE ME standing at the door to let me in. It is a very nice Hotel and directly behind the train station. I will stay there again next time I'm back in my home town.

Great value for money! Rooms are of course quite simple and maybe not as clean as in facilities with higher standards, but the hotel is sufficient for a couple of nights when visiting relatives or for business trips. We didn't have breakfast in this B&B but in another one and it was okay. You'll get what you expected.

Nice spot in Karlsruhe. Easy to find and nice accommodation. Recommended, even though the room was a little dirty on the carpet and curtains.

The hotel was fine, the ambience can be better! I was staying there during a hotel renovation I assume! The hotel is very helpful at times of necessities. Had some issues with keycard and electricity which the hotel team helped me with and also during the checkout they considered making a discount as well as I had such experience!

Good budget place, clean spacious rooms, average breakfast including gluten and lactose free options. I am giving 3 starts because most of the rooms are facing main road and you can hear public transport, cars and I had that pleasure to hear drunk crowd as well.

German style hotel close to the castle and the city center. The rooms are clean and simple. The staff was helpfull. Recommended their breakfast. It is wide with different fruits, bakery and sausages.

Nicely decorated place and really nice reception service. My room was even ready earlier than check in. Having to carry my food from the restaurant to my room was a bit annoying but the food was good so I didn't mind so much.

Good location. Nearby the main trainstation and not far from historical center. Be aware of wild animals sounds from the zoo, if you like to sleep with open windows.

Nice place to stay exactly opposite the railway station. Top floor apartments recommended which are two-storey attic style rooms and enough space to sleep 4 to 6 people. Great for family stay.

Good and cheap place if you just want a place to sleep. The room we had was a 3-bed room with al the necesarry things like a toilet, sink, and a shower. Small but practical!

It is located in a main street, where a train rail is right in front of the hotel, so it can be a bit noisy during the night. But overall the hotel is good. The small rooms have everything what you need for a quick stop in Karlsruhe. A good price too.

Cleanish and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunetly the furniture and the carpet really old and smelly a bit. Also if you have dust allergie not recommended. Otherwise it's an ok price for the quality.

The hotel is in the middle of Karlsruhe but still offers rimms for a reasonable price. While the rooms are small, they are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also included. The staff is very kind and speaks English.

What a great little campsite! We stayed for just one night on the way back up to Calais and the location was perfect, close to the motorway. Our pitch was great, really big with water and electrics. We had a lovely meal at a little Italian restaurant that was literally 5 minutes walk. The 2 dogs were very welcome and we sat on the balcony with them. The restaurant didn’t look very special but the food...

Visited in early May. Very quiet and nice campsite, given it’s in a town and near roads/ railways etc. nice helpful staff on reception. Very clean toilet block. 5 mins walk from an Aldi, 10 mins to rail station and town centre. Recommended

I only stayed here for one night and it was fine. Sanitary facilities were clean, although the showers weren't really practical. It was a pretty small cabin, but that's only a temporary situation as the new building for these facilities is being build. The staff was really kind. There is also a nice playground for kids to entertain themselves. There are quite a bit of trees on the campsite, however...

Worst service: No conference room offered Stayed with family for a night. Suddenly need to join the client meeting on the early morning. Requested for a conference room for short duration. They politely refused and joined the client from their lobby.

Had a very pleasant stay. The room was big and clean. The only downside is that there is no desk in the room, it should be noted in case you plan to get some work done.

I liked this hotel a lot. Because I could use the gym 24 hours a day 😉 But on a serious note, the positive things: - the location is good, just roundabout a 10 min walk to be in the city - gym, a lot of cardio so they could expand more on weights. A good modern hotel in the middle of Karlsruhe. Bicyclists are able to lock their bikes in the underground parking lot. Mini bar/fridge in the room. The staff gave some recommendations for good nearby restaurants where to eat dinner.

We arrived quite late, but the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and fast, and he even offered to store my bike in a locked room—kudos to him! We stayed only one night. The room was basic but clean and spacious enough for three of us and a dog. Breakfast could be more diverse; it was very basic. The hotel’s location is good with plenty of street parking nearby...

Hotel was nice and clean, but older. Location is good if you want to be close to city center. Extra 19 Euro for parking per night so be sure to add that to the room cost. I stayed 2 nights, but my room was nit cleaned. The price for the value is okay. I would stay here again.

The rooms are fine and clean, but appear a bit outdated. Breakfast is good, but not spectacular. The trams passing by the building cause vibrations you can feel inside your room and bed.

If you are having a room towards the main street, the city train will rattle you to sleep. Considering the price per night I would have expected more.

Really nice menace to stay. The hotel and the rooms are noce, the price is good too. Just a bit expensive for the breakfast and the parking fees. But you can park your car immediatly near the hotel. You also can find the tram station just in front of the hotel.

Simple and clean rooms with Queen-size beds. The breakfast is nothing special, but everything you need is there. The hotel is far out of the city big you can get there easily by taking the Tram right in front of the hotel.

I had a good time at Star Inn Hotel. The attendants were warm and very professional in the discharge of their duties. They were always ready to provide any form of help. The rooms were spacious and very functional. I highly recommend Star Inn Hotel for visitors in Karlsruhe.

Good location near the station. Loved that our room overlooked the zoo and we could see the animals. Our own animal was well treated, good room, comfy bed, breakfast pretty good and welcoming staff on arrival. Thank you!

We payed far over 500 euros, and sadly did not get what you would expect for this price. Our room was outdated and the bathroom had some molt. The walls were not white anymore. The location is great, but it is time for some investment and modernization. We did not understand why the bar/cafe had no personal. The breakfast is absolutely not bad, but even that could have some extra attention.

Extremely convenient location when arriving by train. Very helpful staff. Loved the old world atmosphere and especially the 1914 lift! Room large and spacious. No tea or coffee but we never use those anyway.

What a wonderful well appointed hotel. Right next to the train station. The location was wonderful. I have never been in a hotel that has SO MUCH granite! WOW! The breakfast was yummy. Scrambled eggs is always a hit with me. :) And the staff, from the minute I registered to the breakfast staff were all very attentive to my requests.

Ideally located, public transport (buses and trams) were literally 2mins walk from the hotel. A lot of good restaurants nearby as well. The hotel is definitely aimed for business people or people expecting to spend most of the day out and about. Very friendly and helpful staff, good service, overall a good stay

My room is too weird, the wc toilet is in a separate tiny room without any window nor ventilation system, communicating with the bedroom, where sink and shower are right next to the entrance door, behind the bed...so if I want to wash after wc I have to walk through the whole bedroom...breakfast is good, though.
