Prefect for a short stay in Karlsruhe. The modern building is well designed and centrally located. Room was spotlessly clean and all the staff friendly - felt very welcome

Worst service: No conference room offered Stayed with family for a night. Suddenly need to join the client meeting on the early morning. Requested for a conference room for short duration. They politely refused and joined the client from their lobby.

Had a very pleasant stay. The room was big and clean. The only downside is that there is no desk in the room, it should be noted in case you plan to get some work done.

Very good overnight hotel of the very beautiful city of Karlsruhe. The rooms are a bit dirty and it isn’t that big. But they do have a nice bed. Service is good. I suggest staying here on your vacation to drive further the next day.

A good modern hotel in the middle of Karlsruhe. Bicyclists are able to lock their bikes in the underground parking lot. Mini bar/fridge in the room. The staff gave some recommendations for good nearby restaurants where to eat dinner.

We arrived quite late, but the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and fast, and he even offered to store my bike in a locked room—kudos to him! Hotel was nice and clean, but older. Location is good if you want to be close to city center. Extra 19 Euro for parking per night so be sure to add that to the room cost. I stayed 2 nights, but my room was nit cleaned. The price for the value is okay. I would stay here again.

The rooms are fine and clean, but appear a bit outdated. Breakfast is good, but not spectacular. The trams passing by the building cause vibrations you can feel inside your room and bed.

Friendly staff. Room was tidy and clean. The interior is stuck somewhere in the 80s. The bed was very soft. The bathroom in general is out of shape. The shower couldn’t keep temperature. If you are having a room towards the main street, the city train will rattle you to sleep. Considering the price per night I would have expected more.

Staff is kind and diligent, the room has seen better times, however everything was clean and tidy. Unfortunately my room window was facing the street side, so in the very early morning the heavy trams start passing by disturbing your sleeping

Breakfast was amazing! -1 star because they claim to have on site parking, but in reality their parking garage is way too small for the amount of rooms the hotel has. We had to drive around 20 minutes to find on street parking and finally had to park in the city parking garage.

Hotel is nice and so is the breakfast. If you are driving a non-Tesla EV, you will be disappointed by the fact that this hotel only has Tesla chargers.

I stayed here for 5 days. It was really a pleasant stay. They have wide variety of options in buffet breakfast but it's same menu everyday. They could change it on somedays. Rooms were good, they gave complimentary drinks, two alcohol and non alcohol drinks. Restaurant and Bar is available. Very less options for Vegetarian. It's near by to Durlach Train Station and Tram station.

I think it is important to remember what you are buying here. It is listed as a 2 star hotel. - The ac mostly worked on the first floor, though it was not too hot - the shower had warm water - this is really really close to the tracks, and those on the first floor can not safely open their windows as there is a concrete walkway outside the rooms - the beds were not that comfortable, but not horrible...

Really nice menace to stay. The hotel and the rooms are noce, the price is good too. Just a bit expensive for the breakfast and the parking fees. But you can park your car immediatly near the hotel. You also can find the tram station just in front of the hotel.

Simple and clean rooms with Queen-size beds. The breakfast is nothing special, but everything you need is there. The hotel is far out of the city big you can get there easily by taking the Tram right in front of the hotel.

The breakfast was good but the rooms itself could be better and the staff could be little friendlier. We were promised couple of rooms (they confirmed room #s on the phone) which were close to each other but when we actually checked in they just gave us some other rooms than promised with no apology whatsoever. Booked two rooms. The rooms are pretty good but the AC is a bit too loud. Check-in takes far too long, booked via Booking.com app. The process should be a lot faster than it currently is.

Please be aware you must know the code for the locked front door and no one at the front Desk except certain hours. I was not aware of a 'code' and had to wait for someone to SEE ME standing at the door to let me in. It is a very nice Hotel and directly behind the train station. I will stay there again next time I'm back in my home town.

Great value for money! Rooms are of course quite simple and maybe not as clean as in facilities with higher standards, but the hotel is sufficient for a couple of nights when visiting relatives or for business trips. Very strategic location! The hotel is very near to the Schloß, and also near to the city center. There's a cheap overnight parking nearby. The room is big, the bathroom is clean and large. There's just the noise of the tram passing by that might be disturbing for some people. But overall, a comfortable place to stay.

Comfortable basic rooms, a modern lift (always a plus in Germany), and a huge breakfast buffet that far exceeded my expectations. I spent a week here on business. The room was great for a business trip, the staff super friendly and helpful. Public transport downtown is good to grab something to eat.. I enjoyed it. And the seminar room well equipped and luckily had a fully functional AC.

I was traveling alone and appreciated being able to book a single room. The room was very clean and well-appointed and despite the small size it had absolutely everything one could want including a two comfortable chairs for sitting and a desk. Nice central location with nostalgic elevator- perfect when arriving by train but hotel also hosts private (paid) parking. Unique are the rooms overlooking the Zoo ( also a must see !) Very old hotel, everything a bit broken and thrown together. The entrance looks like something straight out of a horror movie. We had a theme room "mountain hut" and it was actually a great idea, but you could freshen everything up again, many broken spots in the room. But the breakfast was great and the beer was delicious!
