The hotel is pretty new (I lived several times on separate building, didn't know anything about main building). Worst service: No conference room offered Stayed with family for a night. Suddenly need to join the client meeting on the early morning. Requested for a conference room for short duration. They politely refused and joined the client from their lobby.

Had a very pleasant stay. The room was big and clean. The only downside is that there is no desk in the room, it should be noted in case you plan to get some work done.

Because I could use the gym 24 hours a day 😉 But on a serious note, the positive things: - the location is good, just roundabout a 10 min walk to be in the city - gym, a lot of cardio so they could expand more on weights. A good modern hotel in the middle of Karlsruhe. Bicyclists are able to lock their bikes in the underground parking lot. Mini bar/fridge in the room. The staff gave some recommendations for good nearby restaurants where to eat dinner.

We arrived quite late, but the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and fast, and he even offered to store my bike in a locked room—kudos to him! We stayed only one night. The room was basic but clean and spacious enough for three of us and a dog. Breakfast could be more diverse; it was very basic. The hotel’s location is good with plenty of street parking nearby...

Hotel was nice and clean, but older. Location is good if you want to be close to city center. Extra 19 Euro for parking per night so be sure to add that to the room cost. I stayed 2 nights, but my room was nit cleaned. The price for the value is okay. I would stay here again.

The rooms are fine and clean, but appear a bit outdated. Breakfast is good, but not spectacular. The trams passing by the building cause vibrations you can feel inside your room and bed.

Friendly staff. Room was tidy and clean. The interior is stuck somewhere in the 80s. The bed was very soft. The bathroom in general is out of shape. The shower couldn’t keep temperature. If you are having a room towards the main street, the city train will rattle you to sleep. Considering the price per night I would have expected more.

Good location near the station. Loved that our room overlooked the zoo and we could see the animals. Our own animal was well treated, good room, comfy bed, breakfast pretty good and welcoming staff on arrival. Thank you!

We payed far over 500 euros, and sadly did not get what you would expect for this price. Our room was outdated and the bathroom had some molt. The walls were not white anymore. The location is great, but it is time for some investment and modernization. We did not understand why the bar/cafe had no personal. The breakfast is absolutely not bad, but even that could have some extra attention.

Extremely convenient location when arriving by train. Very helpful staff. Loved the old world atmosphere and especially the 1914 lift! Room large and spacious. No tea or coffee but we never use those anyway.

What a wonderful well appointed hotel. Right next to the train station. The location was wonderful. I have never been in a hotel that has SO MUCH granite! WOW! The breakfast was yummy. Scrambled eggs is always a hit with me. :) And the staff, from the minute I registered to the breakfast staff were all very attentive to my requests.

The people in the restaurant were also lovely and the atmosphere downstairs was good. They did little extra bits around the reception area like a free sweets bar, which I found super cute. We stayed there for 2 nights with breakfast. The room was big and nice. It’s showing its age a little bit but that’s not a deal breaker. It’s nice that it’s in a walking distance to center. There are parking spaces in front of the hotel and also there is a closed parking place next to the hotel but that doesn’t belong to the hotel so charges might change. We rather had the car in front of the hotel...

It's a shame I did not catch all their names. But everyone at the reception during my stay was helpful, polite and friendly. Things work at his hotel, so there is no problem whatsoever with the stay. Location is great too, accessible and yet quiet. The morning coffee in the reception and the candy bar are nice touches. Appreciate those too.

After having stayed at the Leonardo hotel in Munich (which is quite modern) we decided to stay at their Karlsruhe hotel on our way back from holiday. Good breakfast, very clean rooms. Hower had trouble finding a parking spot as the hotel parking was full.

Breakfast was amazing! -1 star because they claim to have on site parking, but in reality their parking garage is way too small for the amount of rooms the hotel has. We had to drive around 20 minutes to find on street parking and finally had to park in the city parking garage.

Hotel is nice and so is the breakfast. If you are driving a non-Tesla EV, you will be disappointed by the fact that this hotel only has Tesla chargers.

Booked two rooms. The rooms are pretty good but the AC is a bit too loud. Check-in takes far too long, booked via Booking.com app. The process should be a lot faster than it currently is.

For the price, this was a great stay! Our room was very clean, had a small balcony and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and the staff was friendly. Our dog also really enjoyed the park & zoo right outside the hotel

Good breakfast, nice suite. If you use the bubble bath keep in mind that about 30-40mins the thing starts a cleaning procedure or something. It started to make a lot of noise for about 5min.

The friendliest and most helpful staff in all of Karlsruhe. Single/two person rooms are modest size without being cramped. Bathroom and shower are spotless and modern. Bed is comfortable and reasonably sized even for middleweight Americans. Lights and power are activated by inserting your room key in a box by the inside of the door, which is just interesting and different, not a downside. Free breakfast...

The staff was really kind and the room was just perfect and quiet

Only some issues with the bathroom, mainly the tap was old, and the tiles joints were a bit dirty. But otherwise the rooms in themselves are nice, with a kinda sober and modern decoration. I would probably book it again next time I get in Karlsruhe.

Had a two night stay in room 103. Good value for money and there is in-building secure parking. The receptionists on site were very helpful when my credit card booking initially failed. The hotel is clean and well built. Rooms are good with a decent size bathroom and decent beds, TV and free WiFi. The hotel hallways are all tiled so it can be noisy when people enter their room or speak in the hallways...

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Decent rooms, unfortunately noisy due the tramline in front of the hotel. No air-conditioning in the rooms so temperatures can be uncomfortable. Breakfast was reasonable. Small private parking available for 9 euro/day. Stayed for 3 nights with friends while visiting the Hockenheim F1 grand prix. Approximately a 20min. drive to the circuit.
