The room was Very smart clean and modern and definitely Very Comfortable. Great central location. Is value for money and simply great place to stay.

Had amazing stay here. Having wholesome breakfast and the view from the window was just like a hollywood set.

Good breakfast, very clean rooms. Hower had trouble finding a parking spot as the hotel parking was full.

Breakfast was amazing! -1 star because they claim to have on site parking, but in reality their parking garage is way too small for the amount of rooms the hotel has. We had to drive around 20 minutes to find on street parking and finally had to park in the city parking garage.

Hotel is nice and so is the breakfast. If you are driving a non-Tesla EV, you will be disappointed by the fact that this hotel only has Tesla chargers.

Hotel is close to town centre and very clean. Staff is kind and helpful.

Hotel was nice and clean, but older. Location is good if you want to be close to city center. Extra 19 Euro for parking per night so be sure to add that to the room cost. I stayed 2 nights, but my room was nit cleaned. The price for the value is okay. I would stay here again.

The rooms are fine and clean, but appear a bit outdated. Breakfast is good, but not spectacular. The trams passing by the building cause vibrations you can feel inside your room and bed.

Clean, service ok. Breakfast ok. It should be renovated soon.

Friendly staff. Room was tidy and clean. The interior is stuck somewhere in the 80s. The bed was very soft. The bathroom in general is out of shape. The shower couldn’t keep temperature. If you are having a room towards the main street, the city train will rattle you to sleep. Considering the price per night I would have expected more.

Leonardo Karlsruhe ist perfectly located in walking distance of the central station. The team is very friendly and helpful, the hotel in excellent condition. I highly recommend it and will come again soon.

Great value for money Center of the city, close to main shopping area. Decent terrace for outdoor dining, or drinks. Rooms are good size and clean. Nice views from upper floors. Motivated staff make stay pleasant. Two areas of improvement: 1. Bathrooms, especially showers need renovation. 2. Create more safety by adding one or two lights in the parking area. We used the modern sauna and fitness area for an extra charge (normally it's included but now, they offer it exclusively to you for a certain time span and you are basically alone there and can be in a safe and clean environment). Great rooms (bed, AC, bathroom), breakfast and service. Unfortunately could hear the construction outside the window easily along with hammering in the rooms but nothing insane.

Location location location. Right in centre of town. Polite efficient staff. Older but clean rooms. Family rooms (incl sink, microwave, coffee machine). Fitness room, sauna, comprehensive breakfast with cooked and continental selections. Complimentary mini bar with basic drinks and snacks. Wifi patchy.

Nice central location with nostalgic elevator- perfect when arriving by train but hotel also hosts private (paid) parking. Unique are the rooms overlooking the Zoo ( also a must see !) You can hear the animals when windows are open :) With all this said, the breakfast was a big miss! Neither quality nor service were up to par. Please improve hospitality of breakfast staff.

I had a great experience at this hotel! A real 4* hotel with all that comes with a quality service! The room has a classic elegant deco, very clean and nice. Bathroom was also very cleaned and big (for European standards). Maybe the comments from other people related to room and bathroom size has to do with NorthAmerican standards. Nice four star hotel! Good relation Quality/price! Reconditioning an old classical building has been successful. Accommodations are in line with a luxury hotel. Nevertheless... The breakfast room is too far from the buffet facilities. The breakfast buffet could be more in line with international cooking ... ciboulette (chive) in the eggs is not a classic practice. Boiled eggs were overcooked; eggs...

The location of the hotel was my main reason for staying here, though I was expecting a lower-end hotel because of this. On the contrary, the hotel was wonderful. Clean rooms, great amenities, and friendly staff. I would gladly stay here again.

Booked two rooms. The rooms are pretty good but the AC is a bit too loud. Check-in takes far too long, booked via Booking.com app. The process should be a lot faster than it currently is.

For the price, this was a great stay! Our room was very clean, had a small balcony and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and the staff was friendly. Our dog also really enjoyed the park & zoo right outside the hotel

Close to the main railway station, comfortable bed lacked a fridge. The staff were really very friendly and good at providing information.

The hotel is pretty new (I lived several times on separate building, didn't know anything about main building). The rooms are cosy and you could have a balcony for the fresh air, for my family is it quite crucial to have. The breakfast is really good, even if you come close to the end of it. Review for the bar area: New Hotel. With a bar, delicious drinks and a small (but fine) menu. Not cheap, but according to the ambience and quality. Very cozy and with an outside area. We liked it very much.

Supposedly a brand new hotel in a convenient spot for transit. Rooms are luxuriously furnished and there is a nice restaurant which serves very tasty cocktails. Fun fact: the bartender invents cocktails himself and is very enthusiastic when his cocktail (Caramel Colada) is well received. The industrial estate has yet to be built up somewhat, so that the immediate surroundings are not attractive, but...

The hotel is very clean and very nicely decorated. In addition, the house is family-run and the kitchen is also highly recommended. The employees are very accommodating, of course friendly and personable. And the boss exudes personality and helpfulness. Gladly again!

Good breakfast, nice suite. If you use the bubble bath keep in mind that about 30-40mins the thing starts a cleaning procedure or something. It started to make a lot of noise for about 5min.

The friendliest and most helpful staff in all of Karlsruhe. Single/two person rooms are modest size without being cramped. Bathroom and shower are spotless and modern. Bed is comfortable and reasonably sized even for middleweight Americans. Lights and power are activated by inserting your room key in a box by the inside of the door, which is just interesting and different, not a downside. Free breakfast...

The staff was really kind and the room was just perfect and quiet

Only some issues with the bathroom, mainly the tap was old, and the tiles joints were a bit dirty. But otherwise the rooms in themselves are nice, with a kinda sober and modern decoration. I would probably book it again next time I get in Karlsruhe.

Had a two night stay in room 103. Good value for money and there is in-building secure parking. The receptionists on site were very helpful when my credit card booking initially failed. The hotel is clean and well built. Rooms are good with a decent size bathroom and decent beds, TV and free WiFi. The hotel hallways are all tiled so it can be noisy when people enter their room or speak in the hallways...

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Decent rooms, unfortunately noisy due the tramline in front of the hotel. No air-conditioning in the rooms so temperatures can be uncomfortable. Breakfast was reasonable. Small private parking available for 9 euro/day. Stayed for 3 nights with friends while visiting the Hockenheim F1 grand prix. Approximately a 20min. drive to the circuit.
