THE WORST IBIS I HAVE STAYED!!!
VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Service is pretty bad. The people during the day at reception are normal, average service. But there’s a guy at night that is quite rude and not helpful at all.

They advertise that they have parking, but don’t specify that it has additional cost. First time I get charged on an Ibis for parking.
They oversell the spaces and sometimes you are not able to park even after paying the daily fee.

Our room has spiders webs, that can tell you how good is the cleaning service.

The bed only has a duvet and mattress cover, not even proper bedsheets. They barely make the bed. Just extending the duvet…
For a double bed and 2 guests they ONLY provided 2 pillows in total.
We asked for more pillows and the guy at reception told us the don’t have more. Didn’t even apologize or offer us an alternative. We are staying for a week and sleeping with 1 single pillow (and a very thin one) is quite uncomfortable.

The bathroom in the bedroom is weird. Is a cabin, feels like a portable toilette. And again the cleaning here is a problem.

There’s only 2 energy outlets in the room. And they are not close to the night table.

The breakfast is alright. But everyday the same. After a couple of days you can get tired but that’s normal/expected.

I know the hotel is an economic alternative, but is not really “that cheap” for the service they are providing.

I have been to HOSTELS that are way cleaner and comfier than this. And for a fraction of the price and of course with friendlier staff.

Room not cleaned, even no towels available. Very bad service.

Rooms are basic, only plugs on the opposite side to the bed, no shampoo only body wash, not good sound proofing between neighbouring rooms. Room service barged in early this morning then haven't been back since I went out so I have soggy towels. It's near (ish) to the station but there are much better places to stay for the price they charge.

I had very poor experience with them. Room - not good at all. There was no locker, no slippers, small tight room with an comfortable feel. Bathroom was neat. No minibar, no electric cattle, no water bottle. Breakfast was too limited without any friendly staff there. Everything couldn't be a problem if they charge a reasonable rent. They are charging too high, as equal to some excellent but average hotel in Germany. In return, I got just disappointment. The only plus point of this hotel is that it is easy for travellers to reach main Railway Station and Bus station. I shall never come back to this hotel. I don't recommend others too.

Deutsche Bahn put me up here because my train got cancelled/delayed. Its a 2 star for a reason. Nothing I would pay money for myself. It feels like a youth hostel but the worst bit was how dirty and old the bathroom was. I think I stayed in 139, please check the toilet there! Its really yellow stained and smells of urine. The large mirror in the room had lots of stains from previous guests, which looked like squeezed pimple splashes. Eeeeeek!!! Anyway, the guy at check in was friendly and they store my luggage which was nice. if you need a budget hotel close to the airport and are not fussy about cleanliness, this might be for you...
