It’s very convenient, close to hbf. Quite big room. Quiet too.

Nice building on a nice spot. Staff was friendly. The room facility, like bathroom was outdated and strange. Plastic shower and no locks or doors for the bathroom. Overall was oke.

I think it is important to remember what you are buying here. It is listed as a 2 star hotel. - The ac mostly worked on the first floor, though it was not too hot
- the shower had warm water
- this is really really close to the tracks, and those on the first floor can not safely open their windows as there is a concrete walkway outside the rooms
- the beds were not that comfortable, but not horrible
- the one outlet was a real pain. It is far away from the bed
- it was an easy walk for an early morning train

Centrally located hotel, 2 minutes from main station, close to food outlets and all the trams, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and functional, what more do you want ? 😄

Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Service was very good very nice staff at the front desk. Breakfast is great and the young lady responsible for breakfast is awesome she is very young polite friendly and very professional. Very nice stay

We were assigned a room with a broken air conditioning system, and after a sunny day the temperature on the top floor was well over 30° when we arrived. When we pointed this out, they just said that no other rooms were available because they were fully booked - but at that time three room categories including ours were still being sold online.
Instead, we were offered a soft drink as compensation. In order to be able to sleep at all, we had to leave the window open overnight - and that right next to the train station, with train noise and platform announcements.
We later discovered that the hinges on the bathroom door were also bent, so that it could no longer be closed.

This is just an OK hotel. You’re not happy to stay here, but it serves the purpose.
Check in process was just fine, staff is also nice. The issues that I’ve faced:
- no complimentary water in the room and no fridge. It’s really not a stretch to buy a small bottle of water for the guest
- there are no tissues in the room
- the shelves are not really cleaned, mine had a big layer of dust on them
- there are only 2 power plugs in the room and they are far from the bed
- the AC is really old, loud and inefficient
- shower water temperature. It varies every second so you need to watch out. One moment it will be cold, next very warm so have to be careful
Breakfast is ok with fresh vegetables and fruits and there is a 24/7 restaurant/bar on ground floor, which is beneficial. Also you can’t beat the location- it’s very beneficial if you travel via train and the distance from city Centre is perfect for a walk.
