Nice rooms, staff is super friendly but the internet in some rooms is bad. In some rooms I didn’t even have signal for 4G.

Good beds. Nice, quiet location and nice terrace. Good restaurant. Though the service from most male employees is very crappy. The manager was walking around being cranky all the time. He bluntly wanted to send away guests because their credit card didn't work, without giving them the opportunity to check with their bank first. They forgot to enable their new credit card and after enabling it they could book, but no sorry whatsoever.
I received a wrong order from the restaurant, but got the question of In wanted to keep it. I did because I wanted some food after the long trip and I already cut the meat. They charged me the extra costs afterwards. After notifying them they still let me pay the extra.
4 Star hotel? No!!

Very tasty food and good Service. In the winter garden you can sit very nice. There is a large selection of wines and dishes.

We only spent one night in this Hotel. The staff was very friendly, a Cup of coffee, we would have been able to in the Morning nevertheless, only from 7.30 am - more Flexible in dealing with the request from the guest that would like an early leave against 6.30 - 7.00 PM and must-fail display
The bathroom of our room was very very clean , smelled but so intense to the cesspool, and sewage, that we could not use it. Upon Entering, one felt an impenetrable, unbearable Nausea. Couldn't we report this Problem, unfortunately, because the reception is not occupied between 24.00 hours and 7: 00.
Overall, I would book this Hotel never again and not recommend!

The room was completely outdated and in urgent need of renovation. The bathroom was tiny! The staff was very friendly and helpful. In the Spa area, I would not go back to the older beautician (blonde short hair) with strong Russian accent! You explained nothing, don't talk back to me and seemed listless. Friendly she was also. The Spa area was otherwise very nice & modern.

We had a smaller room, no a/c, but the hotel was very nice and had a great example of German breakfast. Found plenty of restaurants in this town on the Mosel river

Good quiet location. The rooms are furnished in a very modern. The food is good. The staff makes a professional impression.
