We stayed for two nights in a two room suite and brought our dog. The hotel is dog friendly and the room was suitable (vinyl floor). I did think however that for the price the suite, although spacious, was somewhat basic. No coffee maker, no slippers in the bedroom (although these were provided at reception on request). I was also not a fan of the single basin master bathroom. Furnishings veer towards dated. However, all of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The spa area is amazing, They are in the process of building an outdoor swimming pool, so the view to the back at the moment is affected, and there was some noise until the weekend began. The food in the restaurants and the wine list was very good.

Had a lovely stay for work in hotel heinz, breakfast and dinner were very nice, employees in the restaurant were very friendly.
Though something went wrong in the reservation from our travel agency, when I changed my booking to stay an extra night.
I do dtay regularly in the area, and this was the first time in hotel heinz…
I do travel all over Europe and Americas, have been in India regularly and never ever I had a receptionist so yelling at me. Pointing out her finger at me, screaming it was all my fault, …
Apparently I had now 2 rooms booked on my name , which they found out the morning before the last night, nevertheless they wanted me to pay the 2 bookings and on top could not control her emotions. This is unseen. We were considering to have our customers stay there, though we don’t want them exposed to such a terrible customer experience.
Now we are waiting on a response on an email from our travel agency. Let’s see what happens…

Stopped here to watch the final Wimbledon 2023 game. We didn't stay in the hotel as such, but sat at the bar, ate and had some local wine. The service is great, the food and drinks were excellent. Great atmosphere. Hotel Heinz is well designed inside and outside and the grounds are pretty too. Plan to actually stay there one day.

A very scenic location. I enjoyed going for a walk around the forests in the hotel's vicinity. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant meals I had were terrific. I very much liked the grilled meat selection.

Such a relaxing and wonderful place. Numerous saunas & even one outside, that was my personal favorite.
A great place to getaway for a quiet, peaceful & calming experience. They have beautiful forest trails too. Just no coffee machine in the room 🙈👼
