The front desk service was very good, and they also gave me free drink coupons. I tasted free German beer on the night I checked in. I went to Bonn the next day and asked the front desk to help me call a taxi. The breakfast was also very rich, with hot milk

Hotel is in a quiet area at the moment there are some construction works at the road outside and you have to take a dtour to go the old city. The view from the room is perfect you can see the old castle on the hill. The people at the reception will give you a map and explain what you can do in the area. There is an underground parking for 13 euro per day.

Simply fantastic. We were here for the first time four weeks ago and absolutely had to come back today. This hotel was a wonderful sanctuary a little removed from Bad Elms. Beautiful 42 hiking trails offered history and hiking. The owners were amazing! This hotel is in a wonderful position overlooking the Rhine, our room was large with a balcony overlooking the river and it was so relaxing just sitting there watching the boats going up and down the river. The staff were really nice and provided a good service plus the food was good and we enjoyed a wine tasting evening in the cellar room.

The staff greet the guests in a friendly manner, check the vaccination status and also carry out tests. You don't have to say anything more about the sauna itself, as everyone knows what a great sauna landscape awaits guests there. The steam rooms are also great. I wish if lift goes to all floors. Since I had carry up heavy luggages by steps from ground to the 1st floor and another steep steps ffom the highest floor for the lift on the 3rd floor to upper floor where the room was located, I twisted and injured my knee. We spent three nights at the hotel. The entire property is very well maintained, and the location is excellent especially during meals, as the view of the Rhine is absolutely stunning. I stayed with my young family of 4 for one night on our road trip down to Tuscany. What a unique experience to stay in such a wonderful castle. We loved the food especially the spaghetti. The garden is beautiful and the room is clean and comfortable. It has a swimming pool but no gym.

Beautiful 4 stars big Park Hotel. The hotel is not far from city center. You can enjoy the private beautiful park which connected with the public bicycles and walk path ways along the Ahr. You will get beautiful sceneries with big beautiful winery gardens at the side of Ahr. The clean air at the park can give you new spirits and energy during staying at the hotel.

Fine 3star hotel to stay when you are on one night business trip. Room was clean, newly renovated and equipped. If you do not have own car it is possible to call hotel to arrange shuttle service from train station for 3e, otherwise it is 1,6km walk to to hill. Our room was facing the Danube River. It had two balconies! Very spacious and comfortable. Dining was excellent! You need to make reservations as well. Staff was friendly and professional.
