4 star hotels in Koblenz

Ok to stay a night if passing through. In my previous stay I enjoyed it especially the breakfast. This time around not so much. Looks like the breakfast was reduced maybe due to corona. Stayed here now 4 nights and was a little disappointed. Also the evening dinner buffet is not good. I recommend going out to another location.

Nice view if you are on top. Breakfast is very divers. Dinner is very disappointing. The area is very nice and the hotel had a beautiful garden. A lot of parking space. Rooms are ok.

The loviest, coziest, and the most charming hotel I ever stayed at. In this age of corporate hospitality, CONTEL stands out as a home away from home. With a beer garden, cute underground parking, and lots of beautiful art, it makes you feel like you are at your own home. Rooms are so beautifully decorated. It also have a lovely restaurant offering yummy food.

Lovely hotel. Great beer garden, food is good, breakfast is nice, parking is ok. Only not picking issues would be the mattress is too firm but that is subjective. I always stay here when coming to Koblenz.

An amazing place close to city and near Mozel river! It have a nice facilities around - hair dresser, restaurant. Huge likes - free hotel parking (very nice one with wide parking places). Bathtub in room - wow! It’s extremely rare to find in hotels. Big water bottle in every room complimentary. Hotel stuff are helpful and very welcome.

A good hotel, quiet, the Mosel River is nearby, you can walk along the path along the bank in the evening. A good restaurant, excellent German beer. The rooms are modest but cozy. The service is not intrusive. Everything is strictly German.

Good hotel that is currently undergoing some refurbishing. The breakfast offers a good selection of nice food for a smooth start into a new day. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house. Very quiet place.

It was a last minute booking but every moment I had here was excellent. The location is perfect, you have vineyards at the back and riverbank in front for a relaxing walk. Very clean and very very friendly, highly recommended!

Another repeat visit. Excellent food as usual and staff very friendly and helpful, though some newer staff were very nervous and need to relax and senior management seemed less focused on guests than previously. Some staff struggling with communication too. Disappointed we were refused a jug of tap water (for which we would happily have paid) as it is far better for the environment that bottled...

Great hotel at a great location. We spent a night there and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Clean rooms with a comfortable bed (bigger than usual). The view from the room on the river is fantastic (see picture). Strong recommendation!

Great location next to the river. If you are interested in an 8km walk or run then you are directly next to the water and can walk or run along the river path to the railway bridge (about 3 km from the hotel) and then cross over onto the other side of the river and head back on the other side for 3km then back over on the road bridge which brings you directly back to the Hotel. (About 8 km total distance...

Your standard Mercure experience. Clean rooms and they were quiet as well. The location was very average and the elevators do not work well making some folks nervous. Great views of the river and city from the rooms depending on which side you are on.

A great place for events. For family trips too.

A family-run hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet (a real cook making omelettes for guests). Old-fashioned in the positive sense. Good parking, a little walk over the Rhine bridge to the city centre. Friendly staff.

Decent hotel, in a quiet location, extra charge for breakfast, the breakfast as lots of choices and is good. Decor in most rooms dark, our friends room was wood panelled, odd! Overall good standard.

Had a corporate event at the hotel. Very attentive, helpful staff, themed rooms, kept very tidy. Premises and surroundings are very beautiful.

Staff very friendly, Breakfast was very good. The single room in the budget design hotel ZWO unfortunately, the Design of a single room in a hostel with a small plastic cell as a bathroom. Because I expected more.

We were two for an Overnight stay there, and were, by and large, very satisfied! The reception staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room was ok. It was a chilled mini-bar. In the shower you put the half bathroom under water. A shower curtain or similar would have been desirable. Breakfast buffet was great!

Superfreundliches Personal ....

Hotel is brand new and they are still working on little things and details. The exterior is still a work in progress. Something is missing here and there on the facade. But the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very tasty 😋. Unfortunately, the drinks at the bar were a bit watery. The passage from the hotel to the thermal baths is awesome

A new, really nice hotel. At the moment there are still cuts to be made, as not everything is finished. The bar staff also needs to get used to it a little better. But this is made up for with a lot of friendliness and good humor. The rooms are well equipped and big enough. If you don't like sleeping completely flat, you should get a second pillow straight away. The food and drink selection are excellent...

New hotel, some work is still going on inside and outside, construction noise (we could bear it ; ), very nice rooms, modern, stylish, practical. Very friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner with a large selection. Bathrobe walk !!! to the thermal baths, which are modern and very well maintained. We will visit this hotel and the thermal baths again and can only recommend our short break (5 for 4).

The hotel is really nice, the bar, the rooms, the restaurant, everything is very, very nice. The food is delicious and there really is something for everyone. The staff in every department was really nice and helpful. The access to the thermal baths was absolutely amazing! Everything is totally uncomplicated and highly recommended! We will be back!

Facilities are newly furnished, up keeping is great even for a small town

Nice small boutique hotel with very high standards. Get the upgraded room for a very small bump in price and you will get your own sauna :). Also the on-site restaurant is worth trying with a small menu, medium high prices but high quality dishes.

We stayed at this hotel only for one night. We booked junior suite for 145 euros and it’s definitely worth it. Room is bigger and price difference with the standard room is not that huge. We booked a room without breakfast and in fact it’s served only until 10 am. We had a nespresso coffee In the room And it was quite ok. Milk is available on request. There was no bathrobe and house shoes but I’m convinced...

Stayed here a year or so back. Nice place, excellent parking and very friendly staff/owners. The hotel food is good, not inexpensive but well done all the same. Not really a place for children, and nicely close to Koblenz.

We just made a one night stop on our way and it is very nice little hotel, good size rooms, comfy bed and nice breakfast. Recommend it.

Fantastic hotel with beautiful view of the river Lahn. One of the best serviced hotel. You will be made to feel royal by everyone in the hotel. I think credit goes to the management to have such super customer friendly culture unheard of at German hotels. Special thanks to Jawed who takes extreme care of guest needs. Stopped here to watch the final Wimbledon 2023 game. We didn't stay in the hotel as such, but sat at the bar, ate and had some local wine. The service is great, the food and drinks were excellent. Great atmosphere. Hotel Heinz is well designed inside and outside and the grounds are pretty too. Plan to actually stay there one day.

A very scenic location. I enjoyed going for a walk around the forests in the hotel's vicinity. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant meals I had were terrific. I very much liked the grilled meat selection.

Such a relaxing and wonderful place. Numerous saunas & even one outside, that was my personal favorite. A great place to getaway for a quiet, peaceful & calming experience. They have beautiful forest trails too. Just no coffee machine in the room 🙈👼

Still no jaccuzi after so many years, icy cold pool and restroom way too much bright and without relaxing music.... but I liked a lot the new sauna outside

Amazing place with great food and a relaxing spa area. Despite some surprisingly early unannounced window cleaning and some hiccups with service in their restaurant we had a very enjoyable stay and would visit again.

Best hotel in and around Koblenzs from location, atmosphere, food, drinks, spa and most of all to the hospitality of the team. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous location coupled with beautiful rooms would have been enough. Throw in the incredible restaurant on site coupled with an aperitif on the outdoor terrace overlooking the water. Absolutely stunning, can’t wait to return.
