If you want to spoil yourself, you should check out Hotel Halm, it is gorgeous. The hotel has been around since 1878 and has been very well maintained. The rooms are large, ceilings high and beds comfy. Service was exceptional, and the breakfast buffet was amazing.

A very nice hotel with a lot of charm located right in front the Konstanz train station. We had a room with a seating area and a nice view over the lake. There is a large car park nearby.

It was an amazing experience for our family trip. The beautiful old hotel has a great location, wonderful rooms and very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is a must. Definitely would come back!

All in all a great hotel. Konstanz is quite expensive and the hotels are no exception- Hotel Halm still surprised me with old fashioned charm and beautiful interior. The staff was very friendly though they forgot to restock the shampoo - when I mentioned that the staff was very apologetic and friendly.
I was also welcomed with a welcome drink. Umbrellas were available for guests.
The room itself was a superior double room plus with lake view and it was amazing!
It’s not the most modern but I thought it was a nice blend between old fashioned and clean and well maintained.

The hotel staff were super and friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, right across from the train station.
Negatives were the bed, the mattress was too soft and with the split in between the two mattresses , felt like I was going to slip right into it.
Cool oldschool hotel though, with the lobby and the reception area.

Everything is good, but the expected materials such as tooth brush, toothpaste, and sandals are not supplied. The staff members at the front desk are friendly and very helpful though.

One of the best hotels that I‘ve stayed at! The rooms are very spacious and clean, their selection at breakfast is amazing, and the hotel is in a great location (across the train station, very practical).
However the best part of the Hotel are the employees. Some the nicest and most helpful workers I have ever come across! (Especially the young man at the reception desk, Mr. Colak)

Stayed here for three nights this week and would highly recommend this wonderful old style hotel. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable with modern bathrooms. No issue with noise despite proximity to the train station. Breakfast an absolute highlight... rare to get such a good hotel breakfast experience these days!

Had a lovely 2 nights stay in this hotel. It's very convenient as it's literally right across the train station and short walking distance to the Imperia and the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is spacious and clean and the bed is comfortable. They only do the cleaning every 3 days, so if you want to have your room cleaned, you will have to fill up a form and give it to the reception before 11 am. Unfortunately, on my last night the Weihnachtsmarkt was closed due to the bad weather. But luckily, glühwein and some biscuits were offered at the hotel lobby.
