Ibis Styles Mini-hotel

I was in Constance on business and chose the Ibis Styles mainly because of its location. As the pictures show, the view is incredible! Aldi and the DIY store instead of Lake Constance, hihi.

But I didn't care because I left the hotel in the morning and came back in the evening.

The breakfast is ok and comparable to a Motel One.

However, the room seems to me to be larger than a comparable room at Motel One. However, I was able to sleep well and it was quiet.

The hotel seems to be popular with cyclists who cycle around or along Lake Constance.

Checkin and checkout are possible both digitally and analog. Payment can only be made online by credit card, on site also by EC card.

A now familiar mode: the elevator only moves when you hold up your room card.

Otherwise it was a pleasant stay, which was also ok in terms of price. Privately, I would have insisted on the Lake Constance side, hihi.

The location is of course great, whether in terms of Aldi or Lake Constance. If you cross the main road and head towards the lake, you will not be disappointed.

L'Hosteria or the Brauhaus Konstanz is just after the Bodensee Konferenzhaus on the lakeside path.

An important point: cyclists are in charge here. So, use the footpath. Otherwise there may be clashes.

I can only recommend this place, although I didn't try out the bar in the evening. There is also a table tennis table on the terrace, as well as a small playground for children.

The staff, ambience , rooms were all amazing.

Only suggestion of improvement would be the variety in breakfast buffet and Internet speed.

I have stayed at many Ibis styles, however this style has to be my favourite. Big fan of the underwater theme! The fish decor and shapes are really fun.

Service was great and breakfast was as always with Ibis, a superb value for money way to start the day, however I would've liked the underwater theme to continue into the bedroom a bit more, it was just a really fun vibe that could've made the room a really cool place to stay.

Easy accessible, be careful with the parking spots, some owners around the hotel are a little special.

The rooms are modern, clean, and quiet.
Breakfast was good, healthy with a French touch.
There is a grocery's store nearby, and the Chinese retaurant is also a recommendation.

The rooms are very clean and very quiet. The bathroom with an open shower is modern and beautiful. The ladies and gentlemen at reception are friendly and accommodating. The location is very good, close to the Seepark industrial area, the Bodensee Forum and it doesn't take long to walk into the city. There are two bus stops. This takes you to the train station in just a few minutes. Shopping and restaurants are also nearby. Only parking is a bit problematic. I recommend using the hotel's underground car park.

We spent two days in Konstanz and stayed at the Ibis Styles. The rooms are modern and very functional. The bathroom is rather small but has a walk-in shower. WiFi is free. Breakfast buffet with everything your heart desires. There are a few (too few) parking spaces at the hotel, otherwise there is an underground car park for a fee. The staff everywhere were friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

The two of us had a family room on the 5th floor, and the room was fine; the only unusual thing to us was that there were no kettle or cups in the room. However, there was unlimited hot water available from the lobby. Although our room overlooked a highway, there was no traffic noise to be heard (with the windows closed) The stay included a Bodenseecard West for the two of us which gave free access to local transport, and there is a handy bus (number 6 - four buses an hour during work time on weekdays; fewer in the evenings / weekends - schedule posted in the lobby) which runs from two bus stops near the hotel to the centre of Konstanz (including the main train station). Copious breakfast available.
