Fairly close to the city centre, within walking distance if you don’t mind a bit of a stroll, or easily accessible by public transport. The staff provided excellent customer service, even helping us get a drink from the mini fridge, and the prices were reasonable. The beds were comfortable, and check-in was straightforward. The only minor drawback was the size and design of the shower.

Location is great. Very close 5 mins walk to central station.
The room is very outdated and they put me in an attic room, then I asked to change because it reeks cigarette smells. Then they put me in a non-smoking room, the room has some other odd smells too. And the carpet was dirty, not a great place to stay. Bed was very thin.

The hotel was warm, quiet, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city. A great place to relax after a long day!

Great location close to Friedrichstraße station in the center of Berlin.
A little bit older finish in the rooms. But everything was clean and in working order.

No room safe. Wifi spotty at best. While location is great and rooms are clean, theft of items from room and staff lack of empathy or acknowledgement left very sour feeling about whole hotel experience. At minimum could have apologized for what happened to me or offered complimentary breakfast. Maybe there are language and cultural barriers but felt like they were protecting their own as no comments as to what they would do on their end re housekeeping staff. UPDATE: wine from bar fridge was comp’d

We had stayed there for three nights. Very nice hotel. Very good staff. Particularly one staff named Garida went out of the way to get us few things very quickly. We will highly recommend this hotel. Very good location, near to many eating places, excellent hospitality

I made this reservation only for the bathtub that was mentioned in the description, there was none. Crappy room, not perfectly clean, broken stuff, beeping sound all night, no internet at all during the whole stay and way to expensive for what it is, save your money!

Hotel is in a good location and fairly central. Near to a lot of bars and restaurants and train stations. Rooms that overlook the street can be noisy. There is no air conditioning but you do get a fan. Breakfast is quite expensive for what it is. No option to just buy tea or coffee rather than a full breakfast. They offer storage space to leave luggage which was a bonus.Very helpful in allocating rooms to let us stay in rooms near each other and in providing a room with a bath when requested.

The hotel is very cozy and beautiful, located in a very convenient area from which you can quickly and easily reach most important places and attractions. Our room was clean, quiet, and had a large beautiful window. We were very satisfied and will happily book a room at this hotel again.

I really enjoyed my stay in Martas Albertshof hotel.
The staff was very helpful and welcoming from the start, my room was ready before the check in time and I was offered access to it even without asking. An ability to just lie down and rest on a soft hotel room bed was a great feeling after my early flight that day.
The room was cosy and clean. The breakfast buffet was totally worth it and it had vegetarian snd vegan options.
The location is very good. It’s just beside the Friedrichstrasse railway station and river Spree, so it’s easy to use public transport or just walk to many Berlin landmarks.
Honestly, my favourite Berlin accommodation so far. :)
