Very nice and big Hotel, placed in the Middle of the Woods with a very nice View. They have also Wellness Area. The Stuff was very nice and the Rooms clean. It's also not so far from the Titisee. There is a Road trough the Woods and we walkt about 15-20 Minutes. I recommend it.

Hotel room and bathroom very clean, good and comfortable. Great view from balcony. However, food was disappointing.

Amazing hotel - great location, great views, lovely people and nice pool. We stayed in the holiday apartment and its size and layout was perfect for us. We could opt into breakfast and dinner if we wanted, but the local village and nearby lake town of Titisee has lots of options too. Would recommend

Nice stay at Sporthotel, this was our second time. Rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Accommodations are too, nice and big swimming pool, sport and play room as well. Breakfast is good, staff helpful and friendly. I would just miss a lift to rooms for arrival and departure with luggages. Prices are also reasonable up to be. We will come back for sure.

This is a haven for walkers. The surrounding area is stunning. The views on clear days are truly spectacular. You can see the alps . Also the feltberge . With eye you can just see the cable cars going up and down this hill.

The food was great - traditional German food. The service wasn’t the best. The waiters could have been more friendly and music was missing. But overall it was a nice experience

We came in pretty late on a Sunday evening for dinner and were delighted to find them still open! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, despite our language barriers. Food was traditional and very good. An honest local business that I’d highly recommend!

A very cost hotel, with big and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was very good and the dinner, even though a bit expensive, was nice as well. The best part was the fact that with your stay you get the all-access Black Forest card which gives you free access to the ski lift and the Therme as well. An amazing deal :)

The hotel is really cozy and clean. The staff is really nice and helpful. The wellness area normally is not working and one should request them to start the sauna whenever he wants to use it. The pool was not working at all. Breakfast is good but it needs more variety. The red black forest card is a big bonus.

Very pleasant place and clean. The staff was unusually sensitive and helpful. To give some examples: One of us wanted the Soya milk for the coffee and they arranged it, they gave us a small refrigerator which helped us a lot. They kept the room clean tidy every day. They even folded our children clothes. Breakfast was excellent- varied and fresh.

Best hotel if you want to relax and go hiking in the Black Forest. Staff is very friendly, the breakfast is super good and the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the bathroom is very nice. There is a very good relation between price and quality. We always come back to this hotel.

I came to Kappel by bus and saw the sign for the inn/hotel open. When I asked the boss personally whether I could get a coffee before my tour as a non-house guest, I received a friendly answer, but of course I could. We stayed here for a holiday with many children. The services offered by the hotel were great, they provided lunch and breakfast and the rooms were all very personalized.

Very friendly owners and a pretty good breakfast buffet. Plenty of bread, meat, cheese, tea, coffee, cereal, yogurts, fruits and veggies. Just don't expect to be able to check-in (if you have a reservation) or get a room before 5 as the place will be locked up.

Arrived here early and had a quick look around town while waiting for it to open. Nice clean and tidy town with a couple of steep hills. Got into the guesthouse and found the was no lift so had to drag my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. Huge room with double beds, lots of windows, TV, solid old furniture and a traditional style feel. Breakfast was good with loads of choice.

Okay place. A really old building but a quite cozy place. Good proximity to the bus stop and train station.

The room was a bit kitsch but the bed was nice (even though it was two single beds next to each other). A wonderful getaway hotel nestled in Black Forest near Titisee but tucked away from the more touristy lake - front. Very clean, wonderful decor, excellent breakfast eith an array of local breads and cheese.

Nice comfy place to stay, a little remote but depends on what you're looking for. Rooms are big enough, cellular network coverage is horrible but the have free wireless for the guests. Close to the Titisee lake and Badesparadies pools. Recommend to have a car, otherwise you have a few mins walk to the bus stop.

The hotel is nice, and clean and the staff are super friendly, the included breakfast is a buffet and has a good variety of food to choose from. We just stayed for one night before going camping so it is great that the hotel is close to the train station and has a lot of flexibility

Incredibly clean. Modern bathrooms finished in fine detail. Extra space for suitcases which we've been sorely lacking thru most of Europe!

Verrückt nice hotel with pretty big Skis on the Outsider. Its located near the train Station in neustadt but you want bei disturbed by anybody nois. The Food is althought verry good and the meat is from a local butcher.

Location of the hotel is great. Right at the lake with a private beach. Breakfast is great and the personnel is helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and well kept.

Lovely little place to stay, beautiful views. Very short walk away to the Lake. Little difficult with language as we didn't speak any German but not a problem.

Excellent stay. Guest is very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean, well furnished including all kitchenware. View on the black forest is amazing. The guest offered us a card to access free attractions around such as free ebikes renting, free boat tour on the lake, 1.5h free acceas to Badesparadies swimming pool, etc. Definitively recommend it for a stay in the black forest.

We booked a room for 2 adults and a kid. Although we got the double room it was very small for a family and for a travel bed. We asked for a bigger one but unfortunately it was full house. We asked for a lake view, there was no view.

A gorgeous gem in a romantic area. Great accomodations and an absolutely top notch spa facilities for guest use. The sauna, infrared room, steam bath, salt bath, dip chamber etc etc, 2 pools and a floating dock on the lake. Just wow. This is the only place to stay on the water and it is gorgeous

Absolutely beautiful hotel here at Titisee right in the opposite of the train station. Very cosy and very comfortable. The staff is very helpful. Though check in starts at 1500h, they checked us in early at 1130h because we were cold (it was very cold, -1°C, when we arrived). I stayed for 2 nights. Cafe Heck is the most welcoming and friendly hotel I've ever stayed at. Everyone who worked there treated me like an old friend. Genuinely lovely people. The rooms were modern and large, the WiFi was good, the breakfast was superb and it is situated a 30 second walk from the lake. I highly recommend Cafe Heck to anyone visiting Lake Titisee.

A nice place to relax after a walk at the Lake. Hard to miss this place to and return from the lake. Environment is comfortable and the staff is friendly. Wonderful experience! The cuisine is marvelous and staff very friendly, competent and conscientious. Rooms have a beautiful view and kept in excellent state. The private beach on the lake provides a secure way to enjoy the fresh water lake.

Really great place, a warm welcome, very reasonable price - 120 Euro for a complete apartment for 3 of us, after being quoted 530 Euro at a place just around the corner this was welcome news. Located just a few minutes walk from the heart of Titisee, this is the perfect place for touring. Great breakfast and a garage to store our bikes in too.

At first, we were disappointed that we were given a studio uphill from the beautiful house pictured here, but soon found out that it was a new elegant and spacious room overlooking the lake with our own terrace. Very modern hotel rooms located outside of the busy tourist area. Staff are very friendly and attentive.

It was ok. Food was great. Room temperature was pretty cold the first day and the water wasn't hot, but it got better the next day (after we mentioned it). No soap in the bathroom. Pillow and towels smelled smoky/not good. Easy reachable with public transportation.

Not expensive, so if you're looking for cheap place to set out from, it's about ideal. The only minor issues I've noticed were: 1, the attic rooms get rather hot on warm summer days; 2, the mattresses were far too soft for my liking; 3, they dont really speak English, the young man spoke some English, but the old lady didn't, as for the others I suspect it to be somewhere in between. A clean, cosy, warm hotel with huge luxerious rooms with a great shower for decent prices. The bed was also nice and clean, the view was wonderful. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very nice and luxurious. Only downside is that it is quite some distance from the nearest points of interest by foot. By car it's very doable :)

Definitely good value for the price. We stayed here because we had friend‘s wedding near by. The room was simple but quite spacious and breakfast was solid. We also had dinner and the portion was huge. Service was okay but not so friendly. It looked like a dog friendly restaurant.

Stayed here overnight on our way to Italy. Friendly staff, good food and good drinks. Nice, Clean and Big rooms. Great location with amazing nature view. We were 2 adults and 3 children, the suite we got was split to 2 big rooms, with fully equipped kitchen. Great and welcoming staff.

We stayed here just for one night, but it was very nice. Rustic and peaceful, close to Badeparadies (5.5 km) and to the Feldberg Ski Resort (20 km), it was just what we were looking for. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly and kind.
