A lovely hotel, best beds and pillows I have ever had in a hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke perfect english for us. Breakfast had everything you wanted and we came away full everytime. The hotel is situated in the heart of Lübeck which was perfect for us visiting the Christmas Markets, would definately recommend 👍

In the middle of Lübeck with easy access by car if you reserve a parking space with the hotel. Rooms are nice and modern, and it seemed they dampend the church bells, giving us a good morning. Breakfast was very nice. Very friendly staff.

Very clean, cosy rooms. Friendly service and super central location (not very difficult in Lübeck though :D)! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Beds were good.. the bad thing is you will get lost the first time you come here To search for your room , this hotel is huge 1 star off because I had to do the Covid test, where other hotels didn't even mention about it.. ( for my work I travel everyday to a new hotel )

Love hotels, where in the morning you can go to the pool and take a dip, lie down on the warm deck chair and sit in the sauna. Then a delicious Breakfast and enjoy a Cup of good coffee. In addition, the hotel balcony and ample Parking for guests-it is a thing unprecedented in the entire country. The hotel has quite a long and winding corridors that can be lost. 5 stars! Top!

Just passing through Lübeck for one night. Good location, staff friendly, breakfast very basic. Rooms with no air-conditioning, and need to be “refreshed” soon, although they were clean.

Perfect room for the price range. Clean, modern, quiet. Only thing to mention is the carpet rug. It was nice and clean, but we prefer no rug as it is easier to keep clean from bacteria and dirt. Reception is good, nice service. Parking just below the building for 20€/day.

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was big and very clean, and supplied with a range of toiletries. Breakfast was excellent with many options of good quality food. Wifi was very fast. The restaurant in the hotel was very nice that serves delicious dinner. Great location, easy to arrive by car and walking distance to the old town. Green area outside of hotel. I booked an economic room, room is comfortable but a bit small, the bathroom is too small for people taller than 170 cm. Breakfast is great, food is fresh and various. Over all, for staying one night, will be great choice, for staying longer, perhaps to consider a bigger room.

Overall good experience. Room was on the small side. A casting tv would be a really nice upgrade for us foreigners. Really helpful staff at the reception. Only downside on the room was the bathroom door. Why make a Glassdoor? Not even frosted glass...

I only was in the hotel for one night. It was a pleasant hotel for this one night. However, guests are directed to and from their rooms via the 2 small lifts. There are stairs, but those are explicitly marked as "Only for emergencies". Especially in this Covid period staircases should be better fit for use on a regular basis.

Nice hotel not far away for the center of Lübeck. The room was OK, even though the bathroom seems quite outdated. The air conditioning didn’t really manage to cool down the room, but it was also very hot (30 degrees) outside. Nice and helpful staff, and for the price I would defiantly come back. The parking was quite cheap (compared to other cities).

Gorgeous hotel with super nice staff. It's a kind of rural chic place with the charms of rural landscape but the rooms and service are top notch. There's a lot of small details in the rooms - wooden decorations, pictures for room numbers - that just show how carefully curated the experience there is, how caring the owners are. Very nice place in the countryside a mere 10 to 15 min from the centre of Lübeck. Nice and very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly service. The photos of the hotel and rooms on the hotel web site are very good. The service was not attentive, the were occupied with themselves more then with the guests. Breakfast mediocre. 4 days stay Quiet nice place - next to the beach and restaurants. Clean area. Several shops and restaurants only accept cash? I wounder why. The room were nice and even with a tiny sea view. Be aware of a very hard mattress in the double bed. Not good at all. The single beds had normal mattresses.

A good location with easy access to the beach. The apartment was a good size with a nice kitchen setup. The pool is amazing! There were a few minor inconveniences (not enough toilet paper, hair dryer broken, not enough trash bags) and the staff was slow to fix these. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and the location was good.

It's been a while, but it's still worth a good review. We've been there twice for several days, always in the family suite, and were always thrilled. Nice staff, great service, nice location, very close to the beach only a short walk about 100m maximum. The city center is also nearby and also the Baltic Sea thermal baths. 4 nights, positive: the breakfast is really good, negative: the shower doesn't work at all, only suitable for very slim people. The bed ... you roll out, sleep on a hillside, the staff smokes right in front of the window on the ground floor, when I left I had to discuss for 10 minutes that I had already paid for the room in advance. And of course I wasn't asked how I enjoyed my stay ... they don't...

Definitely book a relaxing massage - pure relaxation. Rich breakfast, warm welcome by the landlady. A short walk and you are on the promenade. Good value for money. Between the two houses there is a beautiful terrace and a beautifully landscaped garden, on which the loungers invite you to relax. Very well suited for a short weekend trip to the Baltic Sea.

Family excursion Hansapark with 2 nights in this great hotel. The boss welcomes each guest personally + warmly. Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the great wellness area.
