Experience, enjoy, and feel comfortable! Spend the night in modern rooms (minimum size 25 sqm, air-conditioned) with Lubeck flair, furnished with additional seating accommodations, a desk, free WLAN, a 42-inch LED TV, as well as coffee and tea utensils, and a refillable bottle of water.

Enjoy our gym and spa area with different cardio devices, a heated pool, and a sauna, which can be used free of charge by all hotel guests. Relaxing massage and beauty treatments can be booked on request and are subject to availability.

You will find a mixture of lifestyle and dining culture in the modern KOCHWERK Lubeck restaurant with an adjacent sun terrace. Due to the skillful mixture of cosy living room and British club atmosphere, it is made for a dynamic business lunch or a relaxed, enjoyable evening. Make sure to also pay a visit to our modern bar with lounge flair, offering delicious drinks. You can look forward to a varied daily breakfast buffet in our restaurant as well as a delicious meal in our restaurant from Monday to Saturday between 6pm and 9pm. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Sundays.

Hotel opened in 2012, renovated in 2003.

This year we arrived on a Sunday to be told that it was rest day and the restaurant was closed.moreover most restaurants in the city were also closed

We had been driving for 7 hours and were tired and hungry

Not acceptable for a hotel to leave it's guests to their own devices to search for food

As we did some visits it was strategic in the right place. Other then that - fire alarm during the night, not working safe in the room - there are better hotels in Lübeck.

Okay stay, but noise was an issue
Recent stay at Holiday Inn was generally okay, but there were some noticeable drawbacks that impacted the experience.

On the positive side, the hotel's location was excellent, being very close to Lübeck's charming Old Town, which made exploring easy. The pool was also a great amenity for the kids, providing a fun way for them to unwind.

However, the most significant issue was the sound insulation. Our specific room was also very close to the lifts, which contributed to the problem. Conversations, footsteps, and other activities from adjacent rooms and the hallway could be heard quite easily. This made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.

While the stay was not terrible, the noise level was a consistent problem. I would recommend this hotel for short stays or for those less sensitive to noise, but it's definitely something to be aware of.

Super friendly and helpful staff, decent rooms, decent location. Arrive at a decent time and there are a few free parking spots. There is always plenty of paid underground parking too.

Good location to the old town. Was only about a 5 minute walk. The hotel itself was nothing spectacular but it was quiet. Our balcony was really sticky when we checked in but rinsed it with water and it was fine. A really good feature is the filtered water station, both still and bubbled, that was available for free. Free onsite parking was very limited but they also have paid underground parking onsite
