Where to stay in Lubeck

No space to park motorcycle. Front desk tried their best to help , no result. Ended up by 'parking' next to main entrance which is against fire fighting rules.....

We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist, and the room was everything we could expect: Nice and clean, good air-conditioning and a comfortable bed. The location is perfect, just a few hundred metres from the city gate, and very quiet in the evening.

I was pleasantly impressed by the beautiful rooms with a nice design. The breakfast was of good quality, although it happened a few times that either eggs, bacon and other things were missing. The kitchen should keep up with the customers :) Good location within walking distance of main attractions.

We got a good sized quiet room which was much appreciated. Unfortunately the parking was full, and the parking garage nearby was quite expensive. Also the location right next to the bus and rail station made the traffic in front of the hotel a bit scary when you arrive by car. Very nice staff, perfect walking distance to old town.

The hotel is very well located close to the train station, and the walled city (city center) We were there for 2 Nights weekend trip. The staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly. A couple of drinks in the hotel bar before going to bed and a small chat with the colleges was intersting. House keeping need to step up their game a bit :) .

Close to the station and literally in the middle of the city. Nice view and service. Recommended. Best breakfast in town.

Just passing through Lübeck for one night. Good location, staff friendly, breakfast very basic. Rooms with no air-conditioning, and need to be “refreshed” soon, although they were clean.

Perfect room for the price range. Clean, modern, quiet. Only thing to mention is the carpet rug. It was nice and clean, but we prefer no rug as it is easier to keep clean from bacteria and dirt. Reception is good, nice service. Parking just below the building for 20€/day.

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was big and very clean, and supplied with a range of toiletries. Breakfast was excellent with many options of good quality food. Wifi was very fast. The restaurant in the hotel was very nice that serves delicious dinner. In short, it was a pleasant place to stay for an enjoyable vacation

Great location, easy to arrive by car and walking distance to the old town. Green area outside of hotel. I booked an economic room, room is comfortable but a bit small, the bathroom is too small for people taller than 170 cm. Breakfast is great, food is fresh and various. Over all, for staying one night, will be great choice, for staying longer, perhaps to consider a bigger room.

Overall good experience. Room was on the small side. A casting tv would be a really nice upgrade for us foreigners. Really helpful staff at the reception. Only downside on the room was the bathroom door. Why make a Glassdoor? Not even frosted glass...

Other reviews are lying. This is great hotel. The location is 20min walk through a lovely suburbs to the city center. Rooms are clean, modern looking. Elevator is creaking and somewhat scary, but fully functionable. A CLASS staff from desk to the open night bar. Accessible public transport and secured parking. Do you want more?

1 night stopover on our way to Copenhagen. Rooms are ok. Parking costs 12 eur per day even though the app says 5 EUR. And theres no EV charger at this price.

The room was nice, silent and clean. The staff didn't know how to work; when I reported that the elevator was shaky and had stopped. It took a long while before they stopped people from using it. The parking lot is full of dubious people. I hesitated to park there. And the garage entrance is too narrow for the car...

The room is small but it has everything. The breakfast is quite nice, compared to the price. They have the parking slot for you. The elevator is a little bit loud and slow. The service is nice. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the city from the hotel.

Overall very nice place. Good location with a 20 min walk to the city center. Public parking is available, but can also be purchased for 5 euros per night behind the hotel. Rooms were clean and nice. A bit of noise from the outside, but shouldn't scare you away. Breakfast was very nice and not your usual "cheap hotel" breakfast.

Great new furnished hotel in Lübeck. I stood here overnight after a ferry trip, so having a good sleep was the main point for me. But I have also got a very warm welcome and kind personnel, a stylish room, a great bathroom and a good bed! What else could tourist desire? You can either park your car inside the hotel's territory or use the underground garage for 10eur/day.

We had a nice room but it was with transparent glass to the bathroom and the glass door to the toilet could not fully close - I much prefer a separate bathroom so remember to ask for that if you feel the same. We booked via Hotels.com and we looked for a nice room where you could bring dogs, charge our Ev, have good sleep and a nice breakfast. The room was big, clean and nice. The hotel has a good location close to the old town. We had a nice and large family room on the ground floor overlooking the garden. The double bed was good, but the sofa beds that the kids had were a bit uncomfortable. Everything was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was all we needed. We stayed one night here. It was a nice, clean place. The manager was fantastic, he was very helpful. The room was spacious. The hotel is right next to the bus and train stations, so it was convenient for travel, but we didn’t hear it from the room at all. Good location if you are with a car. Free parking on premises or the road. Booking directly is reasonably cheaper than through booking site. Beer house just 10 minutes walking - Where you should try DAB & wurst with curry.

The hotel worked out very well for us. We were travelling on so needed a hotel that was easy to get to by car with easy parking and the hotel was perfect in that regard. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and up to date with a large room. It's a little bit of walk to get into the centre of Lübeck itself, but that was a trade-off we'd already made when booking.

This was an excellent accommodation that was able to fit my family of six with four young children in two separate rooms without a reservation. Beds were good.. the bad thing is you will get lost the first time you come here To search for your room , this hotel is huge 1 star off because I had to do the Covid test, where other hotels didn't even mention about it.. Love hotels, where in the morning you can go to the pool and take a dip, lie down on the warm deck chair and sit in the sauna. Then a delicious Breakfast and enjoy a Cup of good coffee. In addition, the hotel balcony and ample Parking for guests-it is a thing unprecedented in the entire country. The hotel has quite a long and winding corridors that can be lost. 5 stars! Top!

Gorgeous hotel with super nice staff. It's a kind of rural chic place with the charms of rural landscape but the rooms and service are top notch. There's a lot of small details in the rooms - wooden decorations, pictures for room numbers - that just show how carefully curated the experience there is, how caring the owners are. Very nice place in the countryside a mere 10 to 15 min from the centre of Lübeck. Nice and very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly service. Optimal location, close to the cozy shopping area, nice cafe and restaurants (Hüxstrasse and the famous Marzipane store). The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended the bar in the lobby. The lighting was warm and stylish. The whiskey sour they served was amazing, we ordered four whiskey sour one night. And the employees were all friendly and caring. It was a very nice experience.

I can only rate this hotel 5*... my wife got sick after dinner in a sushi restaurant. Next morning we overslept and we were too late for breakfast. The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk outside Lübeck with limited parking outside. The bus station is no more than 3 minutes away. The family room was not spacious, but more than sufficient for one night. The bed was a bit on the soft side. The dining area was real cozy. This hotel is dog friendly.

Hotel is located in central location with a beautiful view to a Gate and river. Was mentioned in a documents( and became a hotel soon after) before Columbus discovered America. How cool :). Fantastic stay - front desk is VERY accommodating in a very non-German way … parking is a bit rough, but the view makes up for that. The breakfast, as with pretty much any German hotel breakfast, is outstanding. Shower is SUPER slippery - careful!

This is a 3-star hotel which has all features you need. The location in the Old Town by the water is superb. Then you meet their wonderful staff which serves the customer like this was a luxury hotel and the 3-star rating changes. Natalya S earns the last star by cleaning a table for us high speed so we can sit down and have breakfast. This hotel comes highly recommended.

August 2nd 2020 for 1 night. Lovely lovely. I believe it.is refurbished. The washroom is beautiful and clean. The room is wonderful and clean with 2.single beds and 2 sofa beds. It was better than the 4 star hotels we went to in Hamburg and Berlin. The breakfast was nice.

July 2020. Room 15. One night stop on way to Berlin - fully refurbed room to high standard. Fantastic shower 💦. Room a little warm at night but fan provided which is a nice touch. Restaurant (you need to book) is very good high quality italian. The pork steaks fantastic 👌🏻👌🏻.

Very nice hotel with big and clean room, nice terrace with the view to the field and nice breakfast. There is a bug parking place available near the hotel. Also the restaurant provide a good and tasty meals for dinner. Make sure to call them or check the opening times. At Thursday the kitchen opens from 17 till 21. The price is higher than average but the meals are really big and tasty.

We had a great time at this hotel. The room was super comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious and with plenty of variety. The receptionist was super friendly, kind and helpful and made our stay even better. We will for sure stay here again!

Friendly and joyful staff! We had a 2 bed standard for 2 adults, 1 baby and a dog. The room was very big and clean. So was also the bathroom. They even setup a crib free of charge. The issue we had was upon arriving with luggage and a baby stroller we found there is no entrance without steps. Once inside they showed us a way through the bike garage to avoid the steps. The double room was quite spacious and clean, bathroom modern but for 2 people really tiny. Breakfast was great, included fresh waffles. It can be tricky to find a parking space, the hotel has some parking spaces in garage for 15 €/night.
