We booked via Hotels.com and we looked for a nice room where you could bring dogs, charge our Ev, have good sleep and a nice breakfast. The room was big, clean and nice. They had put two beds, bowls etc for the dogs Super friendly staff. But they only had two charge places and they were occupied, so we couldn’t charge our car. Loved the beds so nice! Love hotels, where in the morning you can go to the pool and take a dip, lie down on the warm deck chair and sit in the sauna. Then a delicious Breakfast and enjoy a Cup of good coffee. I always stay here as the staff are very friendly and accomodating. The dining area is great and so is the spa/pool area. You will not be disappointed staying here, whether for a weekend getaway, a business trip or anything else.

Just passing through Lübeck for one night. Good location, staff friendly, breakfast very basic. Rooms with no air-conditioning, and need to be “refreshed” soon, although they were clean.

Perfect room for the price range. Clean, modern, quiet. Only thing to mention is the carpet rug. It was nice and clean, but we prefer no rug as it is easier to keep clean from bacteria and dirt. Reception is good, nice service. Parking just below the building for 20€/day.

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was big and very clean, and supplied with a range of toiletries. Great location, easy to arrive by car and walking distance to the old town. Green area outside of hotel. I booked an economic room, room is comfortable but a bit small, the bathroom is too small for people taller than 170 cm. Breakfast is great, food is fresh and various. Over all, for staying one night, will be great choice, for staying longer, perhaps to consider a bigger room.

A lovely hotel, best beds and pillows I have ever had in a hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke perfect english for us. Breakfast had everything you wanted and we came away full everytime. I only was in the hotel for one night. It was a pleasant hotel for this one night. However, guests are directed to and from their rooms via the 2 small lifts. There are stairs, but those are explicitly marked as "Only for emergencies". Especially in this Covid period staircases should be better fit for use on a regular basis.

The hotel worked out very well for us. We were travelling on so needed a hotel that was easy to get to by car with easy parking and the hotel was perfect in that regard. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and up to date with a large room. It's a little bit of walk to get into the centre of Lübeck itself, but that was a trade-off we'd already made when booking.

The hotel was ok. The rooms was acceptably clean, however there was a quite noticeable cobweb in a corner of the room and some of the poweroutlets had quite a lot of dust in them. The hotel wasn't expensive and had free parking. All in all the hotel was quite decent.

Lies just outside of Lübeck centrum, so it's very easy get to when coming to Lübeck. The hotel itself was very quiet and nice, with a good staff that could speak both german and english. The breakfast the day after was also good, consisting of bread, müsli, eggs and so on.

The hotel has a good location close to the old town. We had a nice and large family room on the ground floor overlooking the garden. The double bed was good, but the sofa beds that the kids had were a bit uncomfortable. Everything was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was all we needed. On the plus side is the very nice and helpful staff at the desk. Free parking on the street is possible, the hotel garage comes with a fee. The breakfast is ok but not great. The negative side is that the hotel and the rooms are pretty old, altough they are clean. For that it is one of the cheaper hotels in Lübeck it is worth the money.

Well located for the train station. Short walk into Lubeck. Room was quiet. The single room was quite small but more than adequate. Bed was comfortable and the shower facilities were fine. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. The stay as a whole was very good value.

Gorgeous hotel with super nice staff. It's a kind of rural chic place with the charms of rural landscape but the rooms and service are top notch. 1 night stopover on our way to Copenhagen. Rooms are ok. Parking costs 12 eur per day even though the app says 5 EUR. And theres no EV charger at this price.

The room was nice, silent and clean. The staff didn't know how to work; when I reported that the elevator was shaky and had stopped. It took a long while before they stopped people from using it. The parking lot is full of dubious people. I hesitated to park there. And the garage entrance is too narrow for the car...

Great new furnished hotel in Lübeck. I stood here overnight after a ferry trip, so having a good sleep was the main point for me. But I have also got a very warm welcome and kind personnel, a stylish room, a great bathroom and a good bed! What else could tourist desire? You can either park your car inside the hotel's territory or use the underground garage for 10eur/day.

Hotel is located in central location with a beautiful view to a Gate and river. Was mentioned in a documents( and became a hotel soon after) before Columbus discovered America. How cool :). This is a 3-star hotel which has all features you need. The location in the Old Town by the water is superb. Then you meet their wonderful staff which serves the customer like this was a luxury hotel and the 3-star rating changes. Natalya S earns the last star by cleaning a table for us high speed so we can sit down and have breakfast. This hotel comes highly recommended.
