Great hotel! Great rooms, great beds! Good price and very nice employed people. Speaking very good English. Only negative thing is the price of the parking garage. €18 for 1 night. Thats why 4 stars!

Great place, albeit tucked a bit hidden behind a new large residential building under construction. But the hotel itself off clean and new. Helpful staff.

Lovely new hotel near the train station, room is clean and modern and looks EXACTLY like the other Holiday Inn Express hotels we stayed in at Trier and Malta. Breakfast was good, service fast. Reception friendly and acknowledged our Platinum Status. Recommended.

We stayed last minute 2 nights for a family emergency, location near the Klinikum Ludwigshafen, directly at Ebertpark was a big plus for us, so was the possibility of same day cancellation and late check in (24h reception). Very friendly staff at the reception as well as the lady in the breakfast room. Comfy and big room with an excellent bed and bathroom. Nearby at walking distance was a good restaurant. The breakfast is excellent with a good choice of things to eat. You can even get a bag for some extras for on the road. The location off the highway is great for an stop in the journey. I will stay there again...

Great little hotel, large varied breakfast. I was surprised to find my bread had been freshly cooked only moments before I ate it, it was delicious. Kind staff, would definitely recommend.

The room was clean and had a nice bathroom. The breakfast had a variety of foods. But there was no free WiFi and the staff at the reception was mostly working slow.

It started well with the staff changing our room as the one selected was way too warm. The location is good, in the center. The code to enter back to the hotel at night did not work. TWICE. 2 different codes. We got lucky some guests let us in. Bathroom are ok. Cleaning ok.

Great location, 2 min from the station. Very friendly people. We had a big, spacious room with comfortable bed. Great value! Had a minibar, good fridge. Balcony is a nice extra, but not a great view: just over the city roads. But good for a smoke. Breakfast was delicious, with smoked salmon.

Conveniently located near the central train station of Mannheim the hotel is not fancy but at least it is fairly priced compared to other hotels who offer little more for much higher charges. The reception works from 6 AM and closes at night. WIFI is available everywhere and breakfast is available at an extra charge.

Rooms clean and comfortable with good wifi. The room did have a suspicious looking hole in the roof over the bed and one in the bathroom? Hotel at busy junction so quite noisy. Agoda said free on site parking. It was neither free or on site. It cost 12 euros for the night and 20euros deposit at reception for the parking permit. A hotel very close to Mannheim train station. Initially we got a room close to the roof, but the manager was very kind and changed it for us. Impeccable cleanliness in the room and in the restaurant. With the Wi-Fi signal it is more difficult, in our room on the 4th floor it was not at all. I hope they will solve this problem in the future.

Starting with the good: the hotel has a really friendly staff, is clean and the rate is reasonable. Coming to the downside: the hotel is located in a bad part of Mannheim (and that's saying much since Mannheim is a bit slumish everywhere), old, without AC or even a refrigerator and right beneath a red light district.

Despite the somewhat "special" environment, I felt in the Hotel comfortable and would book it again. Unfortunately, there is not in the vicinity to be really something cozy for dining and drinks. Since this is the only kebab stalls and sports bars with the appropriate audience. Because you have to walk about 15 minutes towards the city center. The Hotel offers Parking 2 garages but they are quite narrow...

No elevator is a big minus. 4 floors with no elevator. Internet access? The singal is there, but no Internet connection. Tried from different devices. Central heating is also off. No kitchen instruments at all, at least u should have an electronic watercooker. For this price, I think you should get something better.

Good service and good food! The service was fantastic! Our family checked in pretty late and they offered us a special treatment allowing us to order a quick dinner after working hours! Great restaurant in the hotel which is located in downtown area and very convenient for walking and going to anywhere.

We were stuck in a bad situation with a broken car on a national holiday, where we had to wait for someone to pick us up from multiple hours away. The hotel allowed us to rest in our room during the day free of charge, many hours over the usual check out time, for us to be comfortable with our baby while waiting. An extremely nice gesture! Very clean and nice room with excellent service.

We stayed at this hotel as a stopover for our train trip Berlin - Paris. Short walk from the train station. I made the reservation ahead by internet and was expected upon arrival. The people were very nice and everything was quite excellent. I especially liked the way they served breakfast to the table and what they brought. I had a nice talk to the Hotel manager, she told me the story about a Painting in the lobby that was connected to her father who ran the Hotel before.

We stayed here for 2 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay here! The room was really nice and clean. Also the food and drinks were really good, we could enjoy it on their little green terrace, which had the feeling of a garden.

Super friendly staff, loved the Bier garten and relaxed atmosphere. The food here is always too notch and has been very well prepared and presented. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are in seckenheim.

We have played in the Restaurant by the wine growers in the Celebration of our Wedding. The Service and the food were just perfect, our wishes were all fulfilled. In the Winter, very nice in the fireplace room and in the summer, perfect to unwind on the terrace. We are certainly looking at this year, one or the other time over :)

Great hotel and very afford. Very multicultural centre and I would describe it as the centre for excellence. The Jesuits and other Catholic organizations are running lots of programs and offer beautiful workshop from all aspects of like. I loved our two workshops that were running concurrently: character and citizenship formation, and Storytelling.

The Akademie Heinrich Pesch Haus surprised in a good way I had never been to this establishment and only heard of it it's location is not very good as it is a little hard to find and there is no real scenery but it's mostly quiet and that's an aspect I look highly of.
