Great hotel! Great rooms, great beds! Good price and very nice employed people. Speaking very good English. Only negative thing is the price of the parking garage. €18 for 1 night. Thats why 4 stars!

Great place, albeit tucked a bit hidden behind a new large residential building under construction. But the hotel itself off clean and new. Helpful staff.

Clean, good location but the street feels unsafe at night. Comfortable beds, strong wifi, good breakfast. No house slippers available at the hotel.

Lovely new hotel near the train station, room is clean and modern and looks EXACTLY like the other Holiday Inn Express hotels we stayed in at Trier and Malta. Breakfast was good, service fast. Reception friendly and acknowledged our Platinum Status. Recommended.

Overall everything was very good, the only negative thing we personally found was that the underground car park seemed to cost a fortune, which was really very expensive. Considering that you are staying overnight in the hotel as a guest, we would prefer to consider free parking next time.

The waiter was impatient, had poor English, was indifferent, and was not polite when asking about city tax.

The location is not perfect, a bit far from the train station if you go there by walk. But the room is good, and they have free Wi-Fi.

Very pleasant stay, the receptionist was very helpful, the room was quiet and a ggos size. There were several restaurants opposite and we had a very good meal at Mai Tai. We found some free parking on the street in the place recommended by the receptionist.

If you like individual design, then this is a great hotel. Nice location, nice staff and the rooms are nice. It's great that there are raspberry candies in the room. Really nice stay.

A different hotel Very cozy hotel, decorated like it was in the 20s or 30s. But you have to like it. Staff was very friendly, you can have breakfast anywhere in the hotel. Rooms are also very clean. About 15 minutes walk from the BUGA. You have to look for parking spaces, but you can also book them at the hotel if you do it in time. It's definitely worth staying there.

Good hotel with fare price and break fast was also good......

The room was small, and it was particularly expensive for those two days, maybe because of some meetings. The room is shabby. If other hotels were not more expensive, I would definitely not stay here. It is clear that water is provided for free, but the front desk pretends to be stupid without asking. After asking, he still pretends to be stupid. Isn’t this guy just full of food?

The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, which is great for Mannheim. By car you have to use the hotel's own garage for 15 euros or use the underground car park at the main station. The hotel isn't the most elegant, but it's perfectly fine for an overnight stay right next to the train station. The rooms are OK, clean, but noisy (the windows seal well) and without air conditioning...

Nice old city part, sunny a lot off students, good and interresting city. Barok Schloss closed due to renovations, a pitty.

Great location, 2 min from the station. Very friendly people. We had a big, spacious room with comfortable bed. Great value! Had a minibar, good fridge. Balcony is a nice extra, but not a great view: just over the city roads. But good for a smoke. Breakfast was delicious, with smoked salmon.

Conveniently located near the central train station of Mannheim the hotel is not fancy but at least it is fairly priced compared to other hotels who offer little more for much higher charges. The reception works from 6 AM and closes at night. WIFI is available everywhere and breakfast is available at an extra charge.

Rooms clean and comfortable with good wifi. The room did have a suspicious looking hole in the roof over the bed and one in the bathroom? Hotel at busy junction so quite noisy. Agoda said free on site parking. It was neither free or on site. It cost 12 euros for the night and 20euros deposit at reception for the parking permit. The parking structure is about 150 meters from the hotel. The self serve...

A hotel very close to Mannheim train station. Initially we got a room close to the roof, but the manager was very kind and changed it for us. Impeccable cleanliness in the room and in the restaurant. With the Wi-Fi signal it is more difficult, in our room on the 4th floor it was not at all. I hope they will solve this problem in the future.

The hotel is centrally located and reasonably priced. Breakfast is very rich for the price and recommend. Service is very direct and no nonsense. I am not sure what the level of English of the personnel is. Also the hotel had been clearly a smokers hotel and you can still smell that.

Good service and good food! The service was fantastic! Our family checked in pretty late and they offered us a special treatment allowing us to order a quick dinner after working hours! Great restaurant in the hotel which is located in downtown area and very convenient for walking and going to anywhere.

We were stuck in a bad situation with a broken car on a national holiday, where we had to wait for someone to pick us up from multiple hours away. The hotel allowed us to rest in our room during the day free of charge, many hours over the usual check out time, for us to be comfortable with our baby while waiting. An extremely nice gesture! Very clean and nice room with excellent service.

Starting with the good: the hotel has a really friendly staff, is clean and the rate is reasonable. Coming to the downside: the hotel is located in a bad part of Mannheim (and that's saying much since Mannheim is a bit slumish everywhere), old, without AC or even a refrigerator and right beneath a red light district.

Despite the somewhat "special" environment, I felt in the Hotel comfortable and would book it again. Unfortunately, there is not in the vicinity to be really something cozy for dining and drinks. Since this is the only kebab stalls and sports bars with the appropriate audience. Because you have to walk about 15 minutes towards the city center. The Hotel offers Parking 2 garages but they are quite narrow...

No elevator is a big minus. 4 floors with no elevator. Internet access? The singal is there, but no Internet connection. Tried from different devices. Central heating is also off. No kitchen instruments at all, at least u should have an electronic watercooker. For this price, I think you should get something better.

very good hotel, great location

The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. But the hotel itself could use some renovations. The carpet in the hallways is very dirty, and the desk in the room that I stayed in has water rings on it and the drain plug in the sink in the bathroom doesn't have a release button to open the drain plug.

The telephone is not working, the television has no signal and the room smells like mold.

In the center of Mannheim, you can find a public parking lot yourself. There is an underground parking lot about 300 meters away. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and the room is pretty clean.

It was very clean and pleasant, it is in the city and you can get around very well with public transport
