Good location , big rooms and clean

Solid hotel with convenient location to downtown Mannheim. Rooms are clean and spacious, but a bit outdated. Enjoyed the sauna though missing any place to lie down for some relaxing.

Room is big and spacious, but room doesn’t have kettle for hot water and doesn’t have a fridge. Would be awesome if the room have a kettle especially in the winter, needed hot drinks. Receptionist could have been more forthcoming greeting the hotel guests than just standing at the receptionist and glaring at the hotel guests instead. Overall our experience at Dorint hotel was alright.

Old furniture, leaky windows, thin walls, and connecting rooms were provided even though we hadn't requested them. The swimming pool is no longer there, and there are no changing rooms at the sauna. Not worth the money; better to stay in a hotel. The coffee isn't hot and doesn't taste good.

Very good hotel with friendly staff from reception to Bar. We had our meals on the second floor where everyone got professional treatment for a Lady named Jacqueline Heck. The Dorint hotel can be proud of this person and Lucky to have her

By far one of the most beautiful hotels in the heart of Mannheim. The staff is extremely friendly and will always try to get you in early. Rooms are always in top cleanliness. The fact that there is a rooftop bar in the same building and offer buffet in the morning is just amazing. Definitely would come back.

We had a very nice experience here. Parking can be reached easily, but it is better to mark it as target and not the hotel itself. In front of the hotel you have the tram line so the city is very easily reached. Very easy connection to the highway, you do not have to enter the city.

Excellent place for travelers staying overnight but need to ketch an early train next morning. The management of this place is smooth and efficient. Breakfast are incredible! I loved them as well as the staff attention. It's a great place. However the decoration for the rooms is a bit old-fashioned.

I’m giving this hotel 5 stars because of the front desk associate with the long hair that checked me in and out as well as their manager when I was checking out. Unfortunately i didn’t get their names. I felt welcomed. The only thing that I would probably complain about was the clogged shower drain. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay here.

Went to Mannheim as I lived there from 1960-1962 when my Father was stationed there with the US Army. The town and surrounding area has changed in that town. Construction is all over the area and the Military Bases have been bulldozed with the Army giving the Bases the Bases back to the German Government in 1990. Still an enjoyable visit!!!

We stayed in a premium room. We checked in at midnight and it was easy to check in. Moreover, we liked the room and specially the snacks for Radisson members. The stay with them for 9 days was great. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and spoke good English, and Daniel, the mixologist, was a great guy to hang out with in the evenings!

The venue is very comfortable with plenty of space for large groups. On-site catering/service is wonderful, and restaurants onsite for individual meals as needed. I work in IT, so WiFi is huge consideration for event planning and the hotel was able to accommodate free, fast network access for presenters and all attendees with no bandwidth issues.

The location is not perfect, a bit far from the train station if you go there by walk. But the room is good, and they have free Wi-Fi.

Very pleasant stay, the receptionist was very helpful, the room was quiet and a ggos size. There were several restaurants opposite and we had a very good meal at Mai Tai. We found some free parking on the street in the place recommended by the receptionist.

A different hotel Very cozy hotel, decorated like it was in the 20s or 30s. But you have to like it. Staff was very friendly, you can have breakfast anywhere in the hotel. Rooms are also very clean. About 15 minutes walk from the BUGA. You have to look for parking spaces, but you can also book them at the hotel if you do it in time. It's definitely worth staying there.
