Nice place for a short trip

Nice location. Silent and clean bit far from downtown, but, renting a bike is very easy.

It's OK and the staff is super friendly, but the location is not the best.

Nothing wrong with this hotel for the money. A reasonable walk to the city center. Rooms are typical Mercure, bland but functional. Breakfast was ok, you can ask for omlettes which are really good. Don't pay for parking, turn right as you drive in and park for free.

Always great. Easy check in and check out. 24/7 bar and restaurant. Comfy beds, bathrooms fullh equipped with a proper hairdryer ;), shower gel, shampoo, soap. Easy access and fun entertainment in the lobby our kids like! breakfast simple but good too!

I have given it a 5 star, even though there were a few things not to my liking. Check in was quick and easy, staff are very friendly!! Room was small, but very clean. Bathroom very small, you had problems taking toilet paper of the roll. So we just took the roll off and placed it on the sink. Job done!! Trying to connect your laptop to the TV(even so we followed instructions), impossible! Breakfast...

Very nice hotel with exceptional nice and helpful staff. Very nice for short trips to the city since it has a very central location.

Very interesting and cozy place

Great hotel, clean, urban, fun. Good-sized rooms with contemporary features and plenty of sockets and USB-sockets! Very limited parking. If you have to park in the mall next door (we were told to get the car first and pick up our bags then) upon exiting you have to drive around half the city to get back to the hotel and the staff don‘t tell you that. Also they block an amount in your credit card...

The best.

Very elegant and cosy restaurant, with the beautiful interior not really visible from the outside. Italian menu, fresh and juicy. For bigger group or for dinner for 2. Do not hesitate!

Restaurant has a great selection of Italian food. Great ravioli and minestrone soup. Very good service and typical Italian style. Definitely, for me a place to come back again.

Nice boutique hotel. Rooms are spacious with desk and walk-in glass shower. Nice breakfast buffet and rrataurant. Easy walk to train and shopping areas. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in Ludwigshafen! The food for both breakfast and the dinner option in the attached restaurant is excellent. The (small) swimming pool and sauna are a nice touch. As the bar stays open until 1AM there is the possibility to enjoy a late drink in the hotel. It is possible to park your car in a nearby parking garage. Truly great hotel: Breakfast was above average, the room was modern (it seems the hotel is renovated step-by-step) and clean, the bathroom quite large. Wifi worked perfectly. No negative points at all, I can fully recommend it!

Stayed here for one night. Overall a nice family run hotel. You can park in their garage for €5 a night. Outside is next to impossible. Room was quite nice. The only downside was that the air-con was only blowing warming air. My husband went to reception and asked to be moved to a warmer room. He came back with a portable heater and a free beer from the bar. During the night my husband had to switch...

I attended an event and loved the hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern with large photographs of modern european cities on the wall. Very stylish and a very comfy bed. The restaurant was great, breakfast had a large choice but the best thing was the excellent staff. This hotel is family owned and run and I could feel this throughout - excellent!

All perfect but for a tiny thing. I unfortunately could hear the elevator during and night which disturbed my sleep a bit. But all in all really good service and especially an outstanding breakfast. Great bread, salmon, choice of sweet, meet and cheese and a tasty presentation.

I'm a big fan of the Europa Hotel and always stay there when I'm in Ludwigshafen. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, nice and clean, great dinner restaurant. Recommended for any business travelers looking for a place to stay in town - much nicer than the other hotels in Ludwigshafen!

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the superb and friendly customer service, clean modern rooms, central location and wonderful breakfast, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Radisson Blu Mannheim to any colleagues or friends. I travel a lot for work and I rarely see the level of customer service that I have received here. The staff here are extremely friendly and attentive. Ms Ann and Mr Florian have done a fanominal job with their staff and built a lasting impression with their guests. I would highly recommend this hotel whenever you are in Mannheim.

The room has a nice ambiance to it and it is air-conditioned. The breakfast bar items taste delicious, fully automatic espresso machine . The rooftop bar is a great experience to enjoy beer and good food with a view of Mannheim roofs. I highly recommend this hotel in the Mannheim squares walking area.

Good hotel - only major letdown is that you can't reserve a parking spot in advance. 2nd time that I arrive after 23 o'clock and that I had to drive in the area to find a spot, which was a terrible thing to do close to midnight.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. No Kitchen. Near to Rewe. Ideal for short stays and relax. Have Sauna, other than restaurant and Garage. Flat screen LED TVs. Double Bed rooms, small bar Fridge in room, good hiegene and cleanliness. Near to Rhein River and John Deere Factory, Mannheim.

The stay with them for 9 days was great. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and spoke good English, and Daniel, the mixologist, was a great guy to hang out with in the evenings!

The venue is very comfortable with plenty of space for large groups. On-site catering/service is wonderful, and restaurants onsite for individual meals as needed. I work in IT, so WiFi is huge consideration for event planning and the hotel was able to accommodate free, fast network access for presenters and all attendees with no bandwidth issues.

clean, but pretty loud. my room was right next to a elevator and I could hear them easily overnight and AC was broken.

Fine hotel room. Clean. Good bed. Although the bar was closed so they wouldn't serve us. 10 minutes later they would serve the band Exodus though... Bartender is a profession of faith and I decided to go teatotal now.

Great place, albeit tucked a bit hidden behind a new large residential building under construction. But the hotel itself off clean and new. Helpful staff.

Lovely new hotel near the train station, room is clean and modern and looks EXACTLY like the other Holiday Inn Express hotels we stayed in at Trier and Malta. Breakfast was good, service fast. Reception friendly and acknowledged our Platinum Status. Recommended.

Good location 10 minute walk from some excellent cafes and bars, and the town centre. Fairly quiet neighbourhood. Very quiet room, with good shower. Good WiFi throughout. Very helpful and polite staff. Good car park and reasonably priced.

Very welcoming and friendly service. Comfortable rooms which are clean and safe in these days. The check-in was extremely helpful with the paperwork that is required now and provided us with guidance to find a great dining out experience. Well recommended by me.

Nice and elegant place! Friendly staff, equipment in the big room includes kettle and desk, phenomenal breakfast (only thing which I missed a bit was sweet pastry like croissants/muffins), but otherwise still very decent choice not only for business trip :) full recommendation

This is an excellent business hotel but also has flexibility for families. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Good for a stopover. Breakfast was great - they also supplied details of an excellent Italian for dinner a ten minute walk from the hotel.

We had a super relaxed experience in the hotel, everything was thought of; full mini bar, bottles of water everywhere. Really great hotel. Spent there two nights for work, and was wondered by the high quality of the staff, the amenities, and the touches. Everything was BASF-branded though, quite strange in its own way! Also, the gym was extra small. But everything else was wonderful, and the selection of cheeses for breakfast, incredible! Highly recommended.

Hotel is a little dated but still nice. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has enough variety. Awesome fitness center, but the „Sauna area“ is just a small cabin and a shower. Still nice to have it and everything is open even in corona times. However, access is restricted and you need to register at the desk.

Great location, close to everything (park, local hair cut, supermarket, drug store, restaurant....), spacy and elegant lounge area, very friendly, professional reception team, they went out their way to satisfy our needs. We realized that we forgot our smartwatch 2 hours later after checked out, we gave receptionist a phone call and she went directly to search for it. 5 minutes later she gave us back...

Really great place to stay. Magnificent location. Great breakfast. Only issue I have is that there was two separate mattresses instead of a large single one for couple bed.

This is a normal hotel of this branch. Rooms are clean and went through some renovation recently. There is a tiny gym on a top floor open from 8am till 10pm.

The staff at the hotel were just amazing! They were very helpful and kind. I needed to practice my presentation for a congress, so I kindly requested for a place I could practice. The staff were kind enough to spare the conference hall at the hotel, additionally gave me a laptop and a projector and even set-up. I am very grateful.

Holiday Inn is right next to the train station exit (too convenient!) Surprised at how new and clean and modern the room is. Common area is well designed. Breakfast is amazing! I have only positive things to say about this stay!

Great location , sort of new hotel , big , spacious and clean . However the hotel lacks of customer service touch from their staffs . Most are either hidden or nowhere to be seen during normal working hours . It was also raining but they don’t provide any umbrella .

Great rooms. Rooms facing the inside opposite the offices don't have privacy. Located near the centre and railway station. The breakfast spread is food and the restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful. One of the reception staff could be more polite

The friendly staff welcomes you to a ideally located hotel air conditioned hotel. Walking distance from the city transport hub. Restaurants near n walking distance as well as discount supermarkets. Parking in P5 is 24€ whilst a bit further is parking for 4€ per day.

Had a great stay in this hotel. Easy to walk anywhere, near many restaurants, central area. Clean and simple room with friendly staff! Really recommended!

Just what you need, really practical!

The hotel location is great, just beside the main train station. Room (Business Plus) is very good with panoramic view on Mannheim. Breakfast is very good with good variety

Good hotel sitting just by the central station so the location is perfect. Easy access to town both by foot as well as by tram. An added bonus is that the hotel gives its customer a free tram card for the stay. Great initiative! The rooms have good standard and the price is ok. Be wary of there is a fair going on since the price tends to go up during these. Overall recommended.

I travel a lot because of my job and sometimes end up in very bad hotels... This one was perfect for business travelling!!!! REALLY SURPRISED!!! The attention given was just perfect and the staff (reception, cleaning) was just so helpful and friendly! I'm will definitely repeat. The room was very spacious, clean and silent (ideal for business travel) and right in the town centre. TOTALLY RECOMMEND

Good and modern hotel with spacious and updated rooms, and comfortable beds. Muted colors are used throughout the place which makes it a bit dull, but that is just my taste. The breakfast is pre ordered and has a full warm and cold selection. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking at garage is very reasonably priced. 15 min walking distance from city center.

Location is a plus if you are on a business visit with offices nearby. Staff could be more courteous.

This is very close to the Airport (across the street) and a train station (right below it) so is very convenient for the first and last nights in Germany. The rooms were very nice, including USA and UK direct outlets in addition to the European standard. The rooms were quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative I can think of is the open air hallway to the rooms on the other side...

For a Business stay its fine. But the Rooms are very small, the building and infrastructure is old. For the price i definitely except more then this Hotel is offering. And don´t Park your Vehicle in the Hotelparking place...

Limited services during the pandemic, decent location, no basement carpark unfortunately which was a bit of an issue as the car was covered with snow overnight.

This is a relatively new hotel. The rooms are clean and the price is reasonable. The do have a full bar and breakfast is included. The only thing I wish they had was dinner service. They do have pizza which is okay but in inclement weather it would be nice to have a real sit down meal.

It's okay not great but manageable

New business hotel still needs another week to get everything sorted. Service and staff was polite and attentive. The rooms are clean and functional. The breakfast is only till 9:30 and there is no bar or room service to grab a coffee. I will probably be back next year as I am confident they will adjust their service for Time Warp festival goers. Excellent food, staff were friendly and approachable. We came in a large group which I'm sure made us challenging but service was quick and food was well cooked, tasty. I would highly recommend this place, I will certainly be going back if I'm in the area again!
