Good hotel - only major letdown is that you can't reserve a parking spot in advance. 2nd time that I arrive after 23 o'clock and that I had to drive in the area to find a spot, which was a terrible thing to do close to midnight.

Room is big and spacious, but room doesn’t have kettle for hot water and doesn’t have a fridge. Would be awesome if the room have a kettle especially in the winter, needed hot drinks. Receptionist could have been more forthcoming greeting the hotel guests than just standing at the receptionist and glaring at the hotel guests instead. Overall our experience at Dorint hotel was alright.

Our room was very used, and it wasn't cheap. The reception should take tips from the breakfast service. The reception could be friendlier. You really do feel welcome. Maybe that's normal in a congress hotel? The breakfast service was really heartwarming and kind. Especially Mrs. Jacqueline Heck was wonderful.

A decent hotel but a renovation wouldn’t hurt

clean, but pretty loud. my room was right next to a elevator and I could hear them easily overnight and AC was broken.

Always great. Easy check in and check out. 24/7 bar and restaurant. Comfy beds, bathrooms fullh equipped with a proper hairdryer ;), shower gel, shampoo, soap. Easy access and fun entertainment in the lobby our kids like! breakfast simple but good too!

I have given it a 5 star, even though there were a few things not to my liking. Check in was quick and easy, staff are very friendly!! Room was small, but very clean. Bathroom very small, you had problems taking toilet paper of the roll. So we just took the roll off and placed it on the sink. Job done!! If you have to park in the mall next door (we were told to get the car first and pick up our bags then) upon exiting you have to drive around half the city to get back to the hotel and the staff don‘t tell you that. My two children were greeted with cute little stuffed animals. The location is perfect to explore the area. My son and husband enjoyed the pool. At breakfast, a server gave my 3 year old a bag of toys to play with so we could finish our food and cater to my infant. The rooms are small but we only used it to sleep in for one night. Very good Hotel with great service am nice style (Renaissance). Had a room with comfortable bath tub and view to the Wasserturm (water tower). Nice location. Silent and clean bit far from downtown, but, renting a bike is very easy.

It's OK and the staff is super friendly, but the location is not the best.

Nothing wrong with this hotel for the money. A reasonable walk to the city center. Rooms are typical Mercure, bland but functional. Breakfast was ok, you can ask for omlettes which are really good. Don't pay for parking, turn right as you drive in and park for free.

Very elegant and cosy restaurant, with the beautiful interior not really visible from the outside. Italian menu, fresh and juicy. For bigger group or for dinner for 2. Do not hesitate!

Stayed here for one night. Overall a nice family run hotel. You can park in their garage for €5 a night. Outside is next to impossible. Room was quite nice. I attended an event and loved the hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern with large photographs of modern european cities on the wall. Very stylish and a very comfy bed. The restaurant was great, breakfast had a large choice but the best thing was the excellent staff. This hotel is family owned and run and I could feel this throughout - excellent!

All perfect but for a tiny thing. I unfortunately could hear the elevator during and night which disturbed my sleep a bit. But all in all really good service and especially an outstanding breakfast. Great bread, salmon, choice of sweet, meet and cheese and a tasty presentation.

I travel a lot for work and I rarely see the level of customer service that I have received here. The staff here are extremely friendly and attentive. Ms Ann and Mr Florian have done a fanominal job with their staff and built a lasting impression with their guests. I would highly recommend this hotel whenever you are in Mannheim.

The room has a nice ambiance to it and it is air-conditioned. The breakfast bar items taste delicious, fully automatic espresso machine . The rooftop bar is a great experience to enjoy beer and good food with a view of Mannheim roofs. I highly recommend this hotel in the Mannheim squares walking area.

The stay with them for 9 days was great. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and spoke good English, and Daniel, the mixologist, was a great guy to hang out with in the evenings!

The venue is very comfortable with plenty of space for large groups. On-site catering/service is wonderful, and restaurants onsite for individual meals as needed. I work in IT, so WiFi is huge consideration for event planning and the hotel was able to accommodate free, fast network access for presenters and all attendees with no bandwidth issues.

This is an excellent business hotel but also has flexibility for families. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Good for a stopover. Breakfast was great - they also supplied details of an excellent Italian for dinner a ten minute walk from the hotel.

Really great hotel. Spent there two nights for work, and was wondered by the high quality of the staff, the amenities, and the touches. Everything was BASF-branded though, quite strange in its own way! Also, the gym was extra small. But everything else was wonderful, and the selection of cheeses for breakfast, incredible! Hotel is a little dated but still nice. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has enough variety. Awesome fitness center, but the „Sauna area“ is just a small cabin and a shower. Still nice to have it and everything is open even in corona times. However, access is restricted and you need to register at the desk.

This is a normal hotel of this branch. Rooms are clean and went through some renovation recently. There is a tiny gym on a top floor open from 8am till 10pm.

The staff at the hotel were just amazing! They were very helpful and kind. I needed to practice my presentation for a congress, so I kindly requested for a place I could practice. The staff were kind enough to spare the conference hall at the hotel, additionally gave me a laptop and a projector and even set-up. I am very grateful.

Holiday Inn is right next to the train station exit (too convenient!) Surprised at how new and clean and modern the room is. Common area is well designed. Breakfast is amazing! I have only positive things to say about this stay!

Good hotel sitting just by the central station so the location is perfect. Easy access to town both by foot as well as by tram. An added bonus is that the hotel gives its customer a free tram card for the stay. Great initiative! The rooms have good standard and the price is ok. Be wary of there is a fair going on since the price tends to go up during these. Overall recommended.

Good and modern hotel with spacious and updated rooms, and comfortable beds. Muted colors are used throughout the place which makes it a bit dull, but that is just my taste. The breakfast is pre ordered and has a full warm and cold selection. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking at garage is very reasonably priced. 15 min walking distance from city center.

This is very close to the Airport (across the street) and a train station (right below it) so is very convenient for the first and last nights in Germany. The rooms were very nice, including USA and UK direct outlets in addition to the European standard. The rooms were quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative I can think of is the open air hallway to the rooms on the other side...

For a Business stay its fine. But the Rooms are very small, the building and infrastructure is old. For the price i definitely except more then this Hotel is offering. And don´t Park your Vehicle in the Hotelparking place...

Limited services during the pandemic, decent location, no basement carpark unfortunately which was a bit of an issue as the car was covered with snow overnight.

This is a relatively new hotel. The rooms are clean and the price is reasonable. The do have a full bar and breakfast is included. The only thing I wish they had was dinner service. They do have pizza which is okay but in inclement weather it would be nice to have a real sit down meal.

Located near the Hbf, a very chic and awesome boutique hotel. The hotel has a very nice and quiet atmosphere, the interior were smartly decorated and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast not so good, no real choice regarding bread, rather badly organized, always something missing, also rather little capacity for two hotels. The room is missing a small table to work, a shelf for clothes would be nice, even though this hotel is "modern".

Cool Hotel. Very stylish. Class Wet Cell. Beds 1a. Parking situation underground. There is little public Parking and very expensive. The Hotel has no garage or Parking. No way for Check-in, Parking the car in/out in front of the Hotel. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Small, medium and large rooms available. Priced below the actual hotel next door, the Station is more styled towards a bed and breakfast joint. Interior is stylish and clean.
