Perfect for train trips as it takes 2 minutes from your room to the platform. Rooms are in line with what you'd expect for the price. Staff was great and very helpful. This is probably the nicest HGI I have ever stayed in. Was upgraded to a deluxe room (hotel disgression) with my diamond membership. Had a room on top 12th floor with view over the Hbf. The staff throughout were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was a good size king bed, good lighting and with well placed electrical and USB sockets. The stay with them for 9 days was great. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and spoke good English, and Daniel, the mixologist, was a great guy to hang out with in the evenings!

The venue is very comfortable with plenty of space for large groups. On-site catering/service is wonderful, and restaurants onsite for individual meals as needed. I work in IT, so WiFi is huge consideration for event planning and the hotel was able to accommodate free, fast network access for presenters and all attendees with no bandwidth issues.

Very elegant and cosy restaurant, with the beautiful interior not really visible from the outside. Italian menu, fresh and juicy. For bigger group or for dinner for 2. Do not hesitate!

Great food and very friendly personnel. They are open to extraordinary food orders and provide meals not found on their menu upon request. The price range is from mid to high. Parking lots are provided and public transport is "just across the street". It's possible to sit outside, alas the restaurant and hotel is located next to a well frequented main street.

Room is big and spacious, but room doesn’t have kettle for hot water and doesn’t have a fridge. Would be awesome if the room have a kettle especially in the winter, needed hot drinks. Receptionist could have been more forthcoming greeting the hotel guests than just standing at the receptionist and glaring at the hotel guests instead. Our room was very used, and it wasn't cheap. The reception should take tips from the breakfast service. The reception could be friendlier. You really do feel welcome. Maybe that's normal in a congress hotel? The breakfast service was really heartwarming and kind. Especially Mrs. Jacqueline Heck was wonderful.

Good hotel sitting just by the central station so the location is perfect. Easy access to town both by foot as well as by tram. An added bonus is that the hotel gives its customer a free tram card for the stay. Great initiative! The rooms have good standard and the price is ok. I stayed at Hotel Holiday Inn for 4 nights with family during my recent Mannheim visit. The hotel location is superb with a direct entry to the Mannheim Hbf South entrance. I’m giving this hotel 5 stars because of the front desk associate with the long hair that checked me in and out as well as their manager when I was checking out. Unfortunately i didn’t get their names. I felt welcomed. The only thing that I would probably complain about was the clogged shower drain. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay here.

Limited services during the pandemic, decent location, no basement carpark unfortunately which was a bit of an issue as the car was covered with snow overnight.

This is a relatively new hotel. The rooms are clean and the price is reasonable. The do have a full bar and breakfast is included. The only thing I wish they had was dinner service. They do have pizza which is okay but in inclement weather it would be nice to have a real sit down meal.
