Room is big and spacious, but room doesn’t have kettle for hot water and doesn’t have a fridge. Would be awesome if the room have a kettle especially in the winter, needed hot drinks. Receptionist could have been more forthcoming greeting the hotel guests than just standing at the receptionist and glaring at the hotel guests instead. Overall our experience at Dorint hotel was alright.

Our room was very used, and it wasn't cheap. The reception should take tips from the breakfast service. The reception could be friendlier. You really do feel welcome. I travel a lot for work and I rarely see the level of customer service that I have received here. The staff here are extremely friendly and attentive. We had a very nice experience here. Parking can be reached easily, but it is better to mark it as target and not the hotel itself. In front of the hotel you have the tram line so the city is very easily reached. Very easy connection to the highway, you do not have to enter the city.

It's gotten rather fancy, with a much more sophisticated kitchen, although they still have some reasonable pizza and pastas. I had an incredible veal liver dish that was cooked to perfection. There's also a bar/nightclub in the basement.
