I have given it a 5 star, even though there were a few things not to my liking. Check in was quick and easy, staff are very friendly!! Room was small, but very clean

But because the food is not covered and cold air is circulating around, the food dries out very quickly. So that might be something management needs to address

Restaurant has a great selection of Italian food. Great ravioli and minestrone soup. Very good service and typical Italian style. Definitely, for me a place to come back again.

Wow! It's gotten rather fancy, with a much more sophisticated kitchen, although they still have some reasonable pizza and pastas. I had an incredible veal liver dish that was cooked to perfection

Nice boutique hotel. Rooms are spacious with desk and walk-in glass shower. Nice breakfast buffet and rrataurant. Easy walk to train and shopping areas. I would definitely stay here again.

Parking lots are provided and public transport is "just across the street". It's possible to sit outside, alas the restaurant and hotel is located next to a well frequented main street

The restaurant was great, breakfast had a large choice but the best thing was the excellent staff. This hotel is family owned and run and I could feel this throughout - excellent!

Excellent hotel in Ludwigshafen! The food for both breakfast and the dinner option in the attached restaurant is excellent. The (small) swimming pool and sauna are a nice touch

Overall a very nice stay. Breakfast was truly excellent, however, the breakfast room was quite crowded and made it difficult to get to the food.

As the bar stays open until 1AM there is the possibility to enjoy a late drink in the hotel. It is possible to park your car in a nearby parking garage

All perfect but for a tiny thing. I unfortunately could hear the elevator during and night which disturbed my sleep a bit. But all in all really good service and especially an outstanding breakfast

I work in IT, so WiFi is huge consideration for event planning and the hotel was able to accommodate free, fast network access for presenters and all attendees with no bandwidth issues

The venue is very comfortable with plenty of space for large groups. On-site catering/service is wonderful, and restaurants onsite for individual meals as needed

Fine hotel room. Clean. Good bed. Although the bar was closed so they wouldn't serve us. 10 minutes later they would serve the band Exodus though... Bartender is a profession of faith and I decided to go teatotal now.

Always nice to stay here. We have our Christmas party here a few times. And they take care of all of us. Made a friend in the bar tender and she is probably a life long friend.

Nice rooms with Nespresso - much better inside from what it looks from outside. Fitness options aren’t great; their “gym” opens 10:00-22:00, can buy a 7€ voucher for an external gym open 7:00-23:00.

Rooms are generally okay, but I've had wifi issues and a problem with the shower suddenly turning off and then back on at extreme heat. Staff are friendly, and breakfast is about average

while you are next door to the Mannheim main train station, you will be far away from all the hustle and bustle, and once you enter your room, the noise is completely gone giving you the feel to a very relaxing stay at this wonderful modern hotel

Holiday Inn is right next to the train station exit (too convenient!) Surprised at how new and clean and modern the room is. Breakfast is amazing! I have only positive things to say about this stay!

Great location , sort of new hotel , big , spacious and clean. However the hotel lacks of customer service touch from their staffs. Most are either hidden or nowhere to be seen during normal working hours

Why do i go there again and again? I get a warm welcome, I have a high standard of comfort although it is a fairly small hotel by the number of rooms they have (in comparison to others with 200 and more), I have an underground parking with direct access, I have shopping facilities in 50 meters distance, public transport in just more than 100 m and restaurants to go to as well

Good and modern hotel with spacious and updated rooms, and comfortable beds. Muted colors are used throughout the place which makes it a bit dull, but that is just my taste

This is a relatively new hotel. The rooms are clean and the price is reasonable. The do have a full bar and breakfast is included. The only thing I wish they had was dinner service

The breakfast is only till 9:30 and there is no bar or room service to grab a coffee. I will probably be back next year as I am confident they will adjust their service for Time Warp festival goers

Limited services during the pandemic, decent location, no basement carpark unfortunately which was a bit of an issue as the car was covered with snow overnight.

The location is a bit far from the center and there is nothing in the area. Tram is 8min walk and a 15mim ride to the center

They do have pizza which is okay but in inclement weather it would be nice to have a real sit down meal

I believe that this is one of the most stylish hotels in Mannheim. Prices are decent and quality is top notch. And you can easily stay there with friends for drinks and good food.

I was here for the first Time today for Breakfast. Noisy, scrambled eggs not quite fresh, Not very large selection of bread and rolls. Coffee and Cappuccino were good, operation in the second start, friendly and helpful

I wouldn’t say that the room floor was 100% clean and walking on it barefooted was not pleasant. In the lobby, guests can enjoy a complementary coffee and snacks bar. There were also an open bar serving alcoholic drinks

Located near the Hbf, a very chic and awesome boutique hotel. The hotel has a very nice and quiet atmosphere, the interior were smartly decorated and the staff were friendly and helpful

Small, medium and large rooms available. Priced below the actual hotel next door, the Station is more styled towards a bed and breakfast joint. Interior is stylish and clean.
