Solid hotel with convenient location to downtown Mannheim. Rooms are clean and spacious, but a bit outdated. Enjoyed the sauna though missing any place to lie down for some relaxing.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Mannheim for a business trip and had an excellent experience! The location is ideal, right in the city center and conveniently situated within a small mall that includes good shops, a pharmacy, and a supermarket

Convenient transportation, about 1km from the train station, a long walk, many restaurants around, there is also a water tower nearby, which is a landmark building in Mannheim, the room is quite large, and the breakfast is also very rich

The rooftop restaurant offered fantastic views, making dining a pleasure, and the breakfast was outstanding with plenty of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help

The fact that there is a rooftop bar in the same building and offer buffet in the morning is just amazing

We had a very nice experience here. Parking can be reached easily, but it is better to mark it as target and not the hotel itself. In front of the hotel you have the tram line so the city is very easily reached

Excellent place for travelers staying overnight but need to ketch an early train next morning. The management of this place is smooth and efficient. I will stay again there if I need to stop over Mannheim for a night

We travel full time and can not recall a hotel stay being flawless, and this one was! It’s in a great location being right next to the train station, super comfortable beds and sheeting, no fragrance on the linen nor towels which is so welcoming, decaffeinated capsules for I room Nepresso machine, esthetically pleasing decor throughout and a super kind staff

Located centrally next to train station. Parking rate is 25 euro per night. Breakfast choices is decently with variety. Stayed for 2 night business purpose.

There was much thought put into the design and furnishing of rhe rooms. The bar and restaurant was excellent snd food delicious. The morning breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options

I am so pleased with the customer service of this hotel. I wanted to just visit Rheingalerie across from the hotel the other day with my two daughters and we realized we had forgotten our bike locks

I did not want to go all the way back home so I went into Moxy and asked for help and they made the biggest effort and locked our two bikes into a separate room out in the back even though we were not even guests there

The rooms can be better. The service is good. The location is very very good. I recommend people who come to Ludwigshafen to reserve in this hotel. I am in the hotel with my family. The children are very happy.

A cancelled flight from Frankfurt airport, so it was a short notice stay in Mannheim and just for one night. The hotel was perfect for being just behind the train station, basically one can reach it underground

We went for a concert, which was steps away. The hotel was welcoming, with a beautiful, spacious lobby with bar. The staff were very friendly. Found the room to be quaint and clean

We selected the Deluxe room, but discovered to our grief that there was a problem with the bed. We got immediately upgraded to a better room and spent a very pleasant stay there

I work in IT, so WiFi is huge consideration for event planning and the hotel was able to accommodate free, fast network access for presenters and all attendees with no bandwidth issues

The venue is very comfortable with plenty of space for large groups. On-site catering/service is wonderful, and restaurants onsite for individual meals as needed

The breakfast is excellent with a good choice of things to eat. You can even get a bag for some extras for on the road. The location off the highway is great for an stop in the journey

We stayed last minute 2 nights for a family emergency, location near the Klinikum Ludwigshafen, directly at Ebertpark was a big plus for us, so was the possibility of same day cancellation and late check in (24h reception)

Free to use quality coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby and a fantastic 7€ breakfast. WiFi worked well and if you don't feel like going far, there is a Chinese restaurant in the adjacent building

I wouldn’t say that the room floor was 100% clean and walking on it barefooted was not pleasant. In the lobby, guests can enjoy a complementary coffee and snacks bar. There were also an open bar serving alcoholic drinks

the bread is incredible! Even Yoga courses are offered, which are fun. In the summer it's very nice to sit outside at the Rhine and enjoy great drinks from the bar. Only the fire alarm seems to be quite sensitive

It started well with the staff changing our room as the one selected was way too warm. The location is good, in the center. The code to enter back to the hotel at night did not work. We got lucky some guests let us in

So I was not at the Gartenstadt for happy reasons and I ended up staying there almost a month. First, the people who own and run the hotel could not possibly have been kinder or more helpful
