Very nice hotel. Good quality breakfast, good coffee and tiny yard-garden for rest.

Central location, very modern, very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast selection was excellent. Shower was....quite complicated and couldn't fit under it very well.

Really great place to stay. Magnificent location. Great breakfast. Only issue I have is that there was two separate mattresses instead of a large single one for couple bed.

Comfy beds, bathrooms fullh equipped with a proper hairdryer ;), shower gel, shampoo, soap. Easy access and fun entertainment in the lobby our kids like! breakfast simple but good too!

Excellent hotel in Ludwigshafen! The food for both breakfast and the dinner option in the attached restaurant is excellent. The (small) swimming pool and sauna are a nice touch

Overall a very nice stay. Breakfast was truly excellent, however, the breakfast room was quite crowded and made it difficult to get to the food.

As the bar stays open until 1AM there is the possibility to enjoy a late drink in the hotel. It is possible to park your car in a nearby parking garage

All perfect but for a tiny thing. I unfortunately could hear the elevator during and night which disturbed my sleep a bit. But all in all really good service and especially an outstanding breakfast

I work in IT, so WiFi is huge consideration for event planning and the hotel was able to accommodate free, fast network access for presenters and all attendees with no bandwidth issues

The venue is very comfortable with plenty of space for large groups. On-site catering/service is wonderful, and restaurants onsite for individual meals as needed

Excellent hotel with very well equipped rooms with all the conveniences. Even a small ironing board with iron. From the hotel you are within 10 minutes by foot to the centre of Mannheim.

Wow! It's gotten rather fancy, with a much more sophisticated kitchen, although they still have some reasonable pizza and pastas. I had an incredible veal liver dish that was cooked to perfection

Parking lots are provided and public transport is "just across the street". It's possible to sit outside, alas the restaurant and hotel is located next to a well frequented main street

pro: family business (?), no chain. close to the Congress centre, the train station 1 min away. Good Breakfast! cons: outdated and dilapidated rooms. Keys must be handed in when you leave, even if you get only one Pizza

Rooms clean and comfortable with good wifi. The room did have a suspicious looking hole in the roof over the bed and one in the bathroom? Hotel at busy junction so quite noisy. Agoda said free on site parking

A hotel very close to Mannheim train station. Initially we got a room close to the roof, but the manager was very kind and changed it for us. Impeccable cleanliness in the room and in the restaurant

With the Wi-Fi signal it is more difficult, in our room on the 4th floor it was not at all. I hope they will solve this problem in the future

Small Family-Run Hotel. I was very friendly with me probably felt the room was newly renovated and on the whole everything was clean have received.

We were stuck in a bad situation with a broken car on a national holiday, where we had to wait for someone to pick us up from multiple hours away

The room had a good size (deluxe room reservation) and again, was clean. Shower water pressure was good, the bed was our only complaint during our stay

Room is big and spacious, but room doesn’t have kettle for hot water and doesn’t have a fridge. Would be awesome if the room have a kettle especially in the winter, needed hot drinks

We had a very nice experience here. Parking can be reached easily, but it is better to mark it as target and not the hotel itself. In front of the hotel you have the tram line so the city is very easily reached

Good hotel sitting just by the central station so the location is perfect. Easy access to town both by foot as well as by tram. An added bonus is that the hotel gives its customer a free tram card for the stay

The hotel location is great, just beside the main train station. Room (Business Plus) is very good with panoramic view on Mannheim. Breakfast is very good with good variety

I am a Platinum Elite member of IHG. This hotel used to be cool to stay at. Easy check in, clean rooms, good service. I stayed both for family and business travel past 5 years. This weekend we had a different experience

I stayed at Hotel Holiday Inn for 4 nights with family during my recent Mannheim visit. The hotel location is superb with a direct entry to the Mannheim Hbf South entrance

Receptionist was extremely unexperienced and slowly. Room was large and nice. Drinks and Dinner was good but nothing special.

I was expecting a total dump for 43 euros but we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed one night on the last leg of a cycling trip and were very comfortable

I would suggest double locking bicycles at the side of the hotel just for peace of mind as it is dark and not a very busy part of the city

I didn’t want to get out of the bed or the shower early in the morning. We left at 6 so didn’t try the breakfast

This is a relatively new hotel. The rooms are clean and the price is reasonable. The do have a full bar and breakfast is included. The only thing I wish they had was dinner service

The breakfast is only till 9:30 and there is no bar or room service to grab a coffee. I will probably be back next year as I am confident they will adjust their service for Time Warp festival goers

Limited services during the pandemic, decent location, no basement carpark unfortunately which was a bit of an issue as the car was covered with snow overnight.

The location is a bit far from the center and there is nothing in the area. Tram is 8min walk and a 15mim ride to the center

They do have pizza which is okay but in inclement weather it would be nice to have a real sit down meal
