Very good hotel with friendly staff from reception to Bar. We had our meals on the second floor where everyone got professional treatment for a Lady named Jacqueline Heck

The Dorint hotel can be proud of this person and Lucky to have her

Excellent hotel, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Polite staff. A varied breakfast buffet. The rooms have a minibar, kettle, coffee machine, TV. Pleasantly surprised greeting from the hotel on my birthday.

I was expecting a total dump for 43 euros but we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed one night on the last leg of a cycling trip and were very comfortable

I would suggest double locking bicycles at the side of the hotel just for peace of mind as it is dark and not a very busy part of the city

I didn’t want to get out of the bed or the shower early in the morning. We left at 6 so didn’t try the breakfast

The rooftop restaurant offered fantastic views, making dining a pleasure, and the breakfast was outstanding with plenty of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help

I stayed at NH Hotel for a week during my recent Mannheim business visit. The hotel is located a bit away from the city center, but the accessibility is not an issue due to the frequent tram connections

Good hotel sitting just by the central station so the location is perfect. Easy access to town both by foot as well as by tram. An added bonus is that the hotel gives its customer a free tram card for the stay

As a overnight guest you will get a free ticket for public transport. Wi-Fi is for free and works fine. I travel a lot on business and the Intercity Hotel is a quite good place to stay

Right at the main station. rooms are comfy and clean. breakfast was good enough. you can get shaver or cream etc from reception. at night time, the other side of station is very dark and deserted.

while you are next door to the Mannheim main train station, you will be far away from all the hustle and bustle, and once you enter your room, the noise is completely gone giving you the feel to a very relaxing stay at this wonderful modern hotel

I stayed at Hotel Holiday Inn for 4 nights with family during my recent Mannheim visit. The hotel location is superb with a direct entry to the Mannheim Hbf South entrance

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with no complaints at all. Clean bath and bed with TV, kettle and wall mounted AC control panel. They have the nicest English speaking staff. Complimentary breakfast was really good

The location is a little hard to find, but is very good in location as you are really close to the hbf. The rooms are spacious, nice, and clean. The service was very fast and helpful.

This is a normal hotel of this branch. Rooms are clean and went through some renovation recently. There is a tiny gym on a top floor open from 8am till 10pm.

This place is very near to Mannheim city center. There is a park very near which has fountain and other celebrations during summer. The hotel is also very good and helpful staff

I have ordered two other dishes in differnt days and they were not good. So the problem was not with an isolated choice, but in general. The chicken salad was just the worst thing I have ever eaten in a restaurant

The breakfast is only till 9:30 and there is no bar or room service to grab a coffee. I will probably be back next year as I am confident they will adjust their service for Time Warp festival goers

This is a relatively new hotel. The rooms are clean and the price is reasonable. The do have a full bar and breakfast is included. The only thing I wish they had was dinner service

Limited services during the pandemic, decent location, no basement carpark unfortunately which was a bit of an issue as the car was covered with snow overnight.

The location is a bit far from the center and there is nothing in the area. Tram is 8min walk and a 15mim ride to the center

They do have pizza which is okay but in inclement weather it would be nice to have a real sit down meal

I work in IT, so WiFi is huge consideration for event planning and the hotel was able to accommodate free, fast network access for presenters and all attendees with no bandwidth issues

The venue is very comfortable with plenty of space for large groups. On-site catering/service is wonderful, and restaurants onsite for individual meals as needed

The service is very courteous and friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed daily if you like. The interior is getting on in years and could be modernized, my room had a bathtub with shower wall.

Why do i go there again and again? I get a warm welcome, I have a high standard of comfort although it is a fairly small hotel by the number of rooms they have (in comparison to others with 200 and more), I have an underground parking with direct access, I have shopping facilities in 50 meters distance, public transport in just more than 100 m and restaurants to go to as well

We stayed last minute 2 nights for a family emergency, location near the Klinikum Ludwigshafen, directly at Ebertpark was a big plus for us, so was the possibility of same day cancellation and late check in (24h reception)

Wow! It's gotten rather fancy, with a much more sophisticated kitchen, although they still have some reasonable pizza and pastas. I had an incredible veal liver dish that was cooked to perfection
