I like very much. Nice hotel and not so far away from city.

Location is in heart of Mannheim,it’s in Central location and near by main station, breakfast, room service are good. Night Manager (Santosh)is awesome guy very humble, even 2nd time also visited the same hotel because of him.

By far one of the most beautiful hotels in the heart of Mannheim. The staff is extremely friendly and will always try to get you in early. Rooms are always in top cleanliness. Excellent place for travelers staying overnight but need to ketch an early train next morning. The management of this place is smooth and efficient. Good value for money. We stayed in a family room with separate compartments for children. There is a shopping mall opposite, which is perfect for simple shopping. Lovely new hotel near the train station, room is clean and modern and looks EXACTLY like the other Holiday Inn Express hotels we stayed in at Trier and Malta. Breakfast was good, service fast. Reception friendly and acknowledged our Platinum Status. Recommended.

Good Value Hotel Good value for money. Convenient with shopping mall nearby, lots of eateries and cafes. Easy transportation too. Parking was at nearby public parking at a discounted rate.

Room temperature was just fine, parking is a slight hassle because the parking garage is situated 100m away by foot, thus, luggage handling is less convenient. Hotel staff are friendly. Breakfast choices are meager but doable.

Was disappointed bar was shut at 5pm as lone female didn’t want to wander too far on my own. Cleanliness was great, room basic but comfy, staff helpful. Ideal location to where I wanted to be so would definitely rebook. Tea and coffee would be great in the room but that’s my preference and not a criticism.

Truly great hotel: Breakfast was above average, the room was modern (it seems the hotel is renovated step-by-step) and clean, the bathroom quite large. Wifi worked perfectly. No negative points at all, I can fully recommend it!

Overall everything was very good, the only negative thing we personally found was that the underground car park seemed to cost a fortune, which was really very expensive. Considering that you are staying overnight in the hotel as a guest, we would prefer to consider free parking next time.

The stay with them for 9 days was great. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and spoke good English, and Daniel, the mixologist, was a great guy to hang out with in the evenings!

The venue is very comfortable with plenty of space for large groups. On-site catering/service is wonderful, and restaurants onsite for individual meals as needed. I work in IT, so WiFi is huge consideration for event planning and the hotel was able to accommodate free, fast network access for presenters and all attendees with no bandwidth issues.

The location is not perfect, a bit far from the train station if you go there by walk. But the room is good, and they have free Wi-Fi.

Very pleasant stay, the receptionist was very helpful, the room was quiet and a ggos size. There were several restaurants opposite and we had a very good meal at Mai Tai. We found some free parking on the street in the place recommended by the receptionist.

A different hotel Very cozy hotel, decorated like it was in the 20s or 30s. But you have to like it. Staff was very friendly, you can have breakfast anywhere in the hotel. Rooms are also very clean. About 15 minutes walk from the BUGA. You have to look for parking spaces, but you can also book them at the hotel if you do it in time. It's definitely worth staying there.

Very elegant and cosy restaurant, with the beautiful interior not really visible from the outside. Italian menu, fresh and juicy. For bigger group or for dinner for 2. Do not hesitate!

Restaurant has a great selection of Italian food. Great ravioli and minestrone soup. Very good service and typical Italian style. Definitely, for me a place to come back again.

Great food and very friendly personnel. They are open to extraordinary food orders and provide meals not found on their menu upon request. The price range is from mid to high. Parking lots are provided and public transport is "just across the street". It's possible to sit outside, alas the restaurant and hotel is located next to a well frequented main street.

A very satisfactory stay. The room looked recently renovated, very clean and comfortable. This is a very cost-effective hotel, about 350 meters away from Mannheim Central Station. The room was small, and it was particularly expensive for those two days, maybe because of some meetings. The room is shabby. If other hotels were not more expensive, I would definitely not stay here. It is clear that water is provided for free, but the front desk pretends to be stupid without asking. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, which is great for Mannheim. By car you have to use the hotel's own garage for 15 euros or use the underground car park at the main station. The hotel isn't the most elegant, but it's perfectly fine for an overnight stay right next to the train station. Great location, 2 min from the station. Very friendly people. We had a big, spacious room with comfortable bed. Great value! Had a minibar, good fridge. Balcony is a nice extra, but not a great view: just over the city roads. But good for a smoke. Breakfast was delicious, with smoked salmon.

Conveniently located near the central train station of Mannheim the hotel is not fancy but at least it is fairly priced compared to other hotels who offer little more for much higher charges. The reception works from 6 AM and closes at night. WIFI is available everywhere and breakfast is available at an extra charge.

Rooms clean and comfortable with good wifi. The room did have a suspicious looking hole in the roof over the bed and one in the bathroom? Hotel at busy junction so quite noisy. Agoda said free on site parking. It was neither free or on site. It cost 12 euros for the night and 20euros deposit at reception for the parking permit. A hotel very close to Mannheim train station. Initially we got a room close to the roof, but the manager was very kind and changed it for us. Impeccable cleanliness in the room and in the restaurant. With the Wi-Fi signal it is more difficult, in our room on the 4th floor it was not at all. I hope they will solve this problem in the future.

The hotel is centrally located and reasonably priced. Breakfast is very rich for the price and recommend. Service is very direct and no nonsense. I am not sure what the level of English of the personnel is. Also the hotel had been clearly a smokers hotel and you can still smell that.

We were stuck in a bad situation with a broken car on a national holiday, where we had to wait for someone to pick us up from multiple hours away. The hotel allowed us to rest in our room during the day free of charge, many hours over the usual check out time, for us to be comfortable with our baby while waiting. An extremely nice gesture! Starting with the good: the hotel has a really friendly staff, is clean and the rate is reasonable. Coming to the downside: the hotel is located in a bad part of Mannheim (and that's saying much since Mannheim is a bit slumish everywhere), old, without AC or even a refrigerator and right beneath a red light district.

Despite the somewhat "special" environment, I felt in the Hotel comfortable and would book it again. Unfortunately, there is not in the vicinity to be really something cozy for dining and drinks. Since this is the only kebab stalls and sports bars with the appropriate audience. Because you have to walk about 15 minutes towards the city center. The Hotel offers Parking 2 garages but they are quite narrow...

No elevator is a big minus. 4 floors with no elevator. Internet access? The singal is there, but no Internet connection. Tried from different devices. Central heating is also off. No kitchen instruments at all, at least u should have an electronic watercooker. For this price, I think you should get something better.

Location was great near the motorway, parking space available..... But no soap in the shower and Air conditioning system is not working properly in the room. To hot in summer time. No warm breakfast choice just only cold breakfast. Not good for disabled people because no lift elevator in hotel... Overall its ok for one night stay in this price.

What a great overnight stay we had, for an amazing price. It was super clean, very comfortable and the staff went beyond. We brought our dog and one of the lovely booking staff emailed to tell us about a small dog park nearby. Nice touch. Parking was a breeze.

This is a lovely hotel! You can tell the owners take pride in it and are dedicated to provide a clean and beautiful space. The breakfast is amazing too. We hardly speak German and the owners speak some English. Despite this barrier, we communicated just fine and had pleasant exchanges. I am very glad we chose this hotel for our night in Mannheim.

The food and drinks were good. The Buffet for the planned guests are sufficiently diverse. Alone, the operation seemed to be overwhelmed. Also the language skills seemed to be missing to put all of the orders. With more and better trained staff about safe perfect.
