Mattress was super thin compared to other family rooms ours were half the thickness. It was very hot and no air conditioning, advertised everywhere as having a bar and there wasn't and worryingly didn't appear to be any smoke alarms in any of the 5 rooms we booked.

Rooms are fairly clean, big and have good washrooms and soft beds (maybe a little too soft for me). The hotel itself is a little out of the way but nice looking inside with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast isn't amazing at all but it's better than nothing. Hotel also offers cheap and quick airport shuttles. Overall, definitely worth the price but don't expect anything amazing. You get your money's worth.

No frills but good value for money. Convenient location if you are heading to the airport. Comfortable room and good service at reception. The hotel's shuttle takes you to the airport for under €7

The hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the airport. Which if you're renting a car isn't a huge deal, but it is about a 30€ taxi drive. But they have a shuttle sercice that will take you from the hotel to the airport for about 7€. Although it is a little further from the airport than other hotels, I liked it better cuz it was right next to a plaza with some restaurants and a grocery store. The hotel itself is super nice for the price.

Very disappointing. No internet at all - it wasn't working. Many other guests complaining about no Wifi. (The receptionist didn't care at all because she was on it and her WhatsApp was working, which she was really proud about...) Corridors smelled of cigarettes. The shuttle cost extra, not included in the hotel costs. It was difficult to get to, and the shuttle got full so other people had to wait for the next shuttle, etc. Just really frustrating. Luckily the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Just don't go there and expect service or a "nice" experience. Go there if you're on a budget and / or desperate for accommodation. I didn't try the restaurant but actually would advise against it, given the state of service and general feeling of the place.

The Smart Stay Hotel is located just south of the Frankfurt airport. It is difficult to get to. Also difficult to get to the city of Frankfurt from the hotel. The rooms were fine, very basic and clean. There was no internet in the rooms. They did say they were having problems with it. There is a shuttle to the airport. However, the driver tried to fit eleven people into a nine passenger van. The driver could not speak German, let alone English. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We are very experienced European travelers. We will not use that facility again.

VERY DIRTY AND DISGUSTING THE ROOM. I WOULD LIKE TO WARN ALL BEFORE!!! VERY EXPENSIVE , on THE INTERNET IS 4Km ADVERTISED FROM the AIRPORT, 15Km taxi journey 32€???

Do Not expect much from this. Rooms are clean, but thats it. wifi did Not work in my room, breakfast was a joke and also the Restaurant only had half of bis menu, although they were fully booked.

Not bad. Friendly, helpful staff. They spoke good English, and the shuttle to the airport was cheap. Highly recommended.
