**Disappointing Experience**

The room was extremely hot during the summer, and the air conditioner was useless as it couldn't adjust the temperature at all. It was so uncomfortable that I had to ask for a fan to cool down the room. The Wi-Fi signal was terrible—constantly disconnecting, and sometimes it disappeared altogether. This issue has been ongoing for years, and despite multiple visits, there have been no improvements. It's frustrating that they don't seem to care about fixing these problems.

just horrible (photos supplied). arrived at night as my flight got cancelled. i was exhausted after many hours at the airport so when i checked in i went straight to bed. when i got up in the morning i realised i am in one of the filthiest hotel rooms i ever been. i don’t think it was cleaned after previous guest. bed had lots of dark hair on pillowcases, there was a lot of them in the bathroom as well. apart from that when i opened the window blinds i realised my room is above some sort of roof. roof was cluttered and there were some construction workers walking around. absolutely no privacy. as addition, TV was broken and there was an electric output sticking out from the wall (pretty sure that some sort of electrical shock hazard). i will raise this also with lufthansa.

There is no management at this hotel. The GM Gregory Molnar does not answer emails or calls. The front desk staff is useless. I was told to sit in a chair and wait until 3PM to check in (6 hours) even though I got an email from the hotel that my room was ready. Towels shredded, water glass in bathroom had toothbrush stains. I told them twice never got fixed. Room dirty. The bad staff is the biggest issue. My bill is still not resolved and I do not have a final copy 1 week after stay. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I checked in here as a crew member on 1 Jul 24 and stayed for a night. The air con in the room can not be adjusted, and no air flow at all. I've heard from my colleague about this problem before check in here. I don't get the point that why the hotel operator doings this. Hotel guest should be the one who design how cold or hot room temp they prefer. This is awful.

Btw, the wifi signal in room is very poor!!!.

Unfortunately I have to be here once a month for work and everything just keep getting worse. The air conditioner wasnt working at all and it’s too hot you can barely breath. I asked for a new room and they gave me a new key card to check by myself. I had to go through 3 rooms by myself with no help AT ALL from the receptionist. Finally i found the one that works but still the master light wasnt working. Oh and the sound of the air con is just awful. (Video attached) I had to put earplug on all night. Poor management and the receptionist just said that all the responsibility belongs to the management team, not hers. She just work here and there’s nothing she can do. No apology or whatsoever from the staff. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone and i would say 2 star is just too much for them. Nowhere near 4 Star hotel.

The room looks very old and had numerous technical problems as well as cleaning issues. At first when I enter in the room I noticed the beds were not well done and the bed linens were all with holes. Due to the fridge's malfunction and a strong smell when it was open, I was unable to use it despite the hot weather just like the ventilator in the bathroom and the air conditioner that was too much noisy and smelly. The kettle had a lot of limescale and the bathtub drain was clogged with many stuck hairs…Pitifully I would not recommend this hotel.

Despite knowing the low rating and poor reviews, we booked a room with hotel for the name sake of ‘crown plaza’ thinking it can’t be that bad but it turned out to be really bad.
- the rooms are quite old with minimum lights, blocked sinks, blocked bathroom
- they pretend to clean your room but actually they do not. We stayed for 2 nights and asked specifically to clean the room. The staff came to the room while we were away but they did not clean the room.
- their swimming pool is always closed as I could figure out from other reviews as well.
- the location is far from city center so you spend a lot time in commuting.
I do not recommend to book this place as there is absolutely nothing good and you can find a lot other better options in the same price range. Please don’t go by it’s 4 star hote status and name.
