Stayed in this hotel as I have a flight out of Frankfurt early in the morning. Free shuttle service is awesome . Room is clean just that spring time may not have aircon working.

The overall service of this hotel does not seem to justify a four-star rating. Additionally, the salmon dish I had at the hotel restaurant was one of the worst I've ever tasted, and its presentation was worse than that of a local take-away restaurant. Above all, experiencing hotel staff entering a guest's room without even knocking, despite it not being check-out time, is far from a pleasant experience. I believe the hotel needs to reassess every touchpoint of interaction with customers, starting from picking them up at the airport to the check-in process and beyond.

Everything is fine at this hotel. However, the morning airport transfer is a mess. This is no queue. People without luggage may be in the end of middle of the queue, they can get on the 16-seat van without struggle. Those in the front with luggage cannot get on the van because they have to put their luggage at the back. So it’s better to rely on the bus to the airport. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

Clean, modern hotel but the air conditioning does not work well. We were there for several days in August and sweated the whole time. Their website claims that they have air conditioning but the only time I felt it was at the front desk. They said they would have their repairman look at it but it did not help. Otherwise I would have given them 4 stars.
They did provide me with two fans which helped. To be fair, I stayed at a couple of other German hotels and it was the same deal. The lobby is cool but the rest of the hotel is too warm.
The hotel does operate a free shuttle every half hour over to the terminal (which has connecting trains) which is convenient.

The location was great, there’s a shuttle bus connecting the hotel and the airport, you can refer to the schedule fyr. The room is clean and tidy, had a great 1 night layover.

The hotel gave what you can expect from an airport hotel. Easy transfer by free shuttle. The restaurant gave good service and the food was good also breakfast was good.
