NH Frankfurt Airport

We go to this hotel several times a year. Perfect cleanliness, great room, great staff, great restaurant. I recommend to all. Great place for plane spotters by the way. I love waking up in the morning and a Boeing flying past my window.

The rooms are clean and they give great service. Great breakfast with many options. They give complementary candies and water in the front. A little far from the downtown but very close to airport.

We wanted to be close to the airport for an easy morning departure. The shuttle was on time and got us to and from the hotel quickly. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean.

Hi All… my first stay at NH Frankfurt Airport hotel, I stayed initially 4 nights then extended for another 4 nights ( 9 days).
I loved the location because it was very close to my visit business ( Lufthansa Training center) around 7 minutes walk.
The standard room I was in was nice, facing the garden with a beautiful view of aircraft arriving to land at Frankfurt airport( The noise level was acceptable to me)
The town where many restaurants and shops is about 20 minute walk with beautiful sightseeing gardens on the way. There is a shuttle bus takes you to the terminal one every 30 minute free of charge which is excellent if you wanted to have nice meal or shopping at the airport.
The employee of the NH hotel are very professional, welcoming and supportive .
I had my breakfast every day with the nice variety of dishes in the company of a very kind team looking after our needs .
I dined in the restaurant in the evening a few times and I just loved the grilled salmon so thanks to the team at the restaurant .
Excellent job done by housekeeping in cleaning my room and keeping everything neat in it .
You will not find an iron or iron board in the room because the hotel locate one room in the second floor only for ironing where you can do the ironing in that room and it has two station in it.
There is a nice area with many of trees like a forest just opposite the hotel where you can have beautiful walk early morning or in the evening, listening to the whisper of the trees and sound of the birds , Great walk through it.
You will find variety of drinks, water, and some snacks biscuits chocolates in front of the lobby and it’s self-service where you pick up what you need and then use the card to pay for it after you finish the scanning.
It’s quite area the way I like it .
You can take taxi or Uber from this hotel to the center of the city, which normally will take you around 20 minute drive and will cost you roughly between €20-€25 .
My next visit, I will definitely take the same hotel as it suit my needs and most of all because of the friendly atmosphere provided by the stuff .

A very convenient mid-priced hotel adjacent to the Frankfurt Airport. Rooms are clean, crisp, and well-equipped. The jitney runs to/from the airport every 30 minutes. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. There's really nothing nearby. But if you don't want to eat in the somewhat overpriced hotel restaurant, Uber Eats delivers.

Most value for money hotel near to Frankfurt Airport! Rooms are spacious new and clean, sound proofing is great. Breakfast inclusive, tho we hope it can start earlier. Best part is the free shuttle van to and from airport which is hotel dedicated and not shared. Hope they can increase frequency ro every 15 mins instead of 30 as the van is quite small. But overall very pleasant stay and will be back!

1. Towels like this are unacceptable (I did not use it)
2. Reception is nice, but no response when calling reception from room telephone (I dialed 9)
3. If you are walking, there’s not much around (a steak place, I was suggested).
Beds, pillows, shower, all really great ✨

Our room was nicely sized, and well laid out. The staff was helpful, and validated our parking for one of our exits. The location is 5 minutes away from the airport rental car return.

Our room was unfortunately DREADFULLY hot, and only one window would open to allow for some Stoßlüften (shock ventilation) to the room. That is dropping the room a star.

The hotel restaurant was very nice for an airport hotel restaurant with a concise menu and moderately high prices. The parking was a bit outrageous at €30 per exit. We had an early flight, and needed to fill up our rental before the morning. The staff validated our parking once, so that we did not have to pay €60 for parking.

The location is perfect for an airport hotel. I think Frankfurt airport has 2-3 other hotels, but I would definitely stay at NH the next time I fly out of Frankfurt.

Nice and clean hotel with a good breakfast. Chose it because of the proximity to the airport; however, it looks closer on maps. The hotel offers a shuttle service (every 30 minutes), but directions at the airport and on the website are very bad/non-existant. Spent an hour searching for the way and asking people

Clean comfortable room. Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was very good all things considered. The hotel shuttle was timely and clean. Make sure you take the shuttle that has a big 1 on the front. There are two NH Frankfurt shuttles. If you are a light sleeper, u may want a sound machine, as the planes can be heard in the rooms, but not bad
