Arrived to the hotel finding chaos on the streets, cars parked everywhere, cars manoeuvring everywhere, people milling about for no reason I could see. Gave the impression of being unsafe and caution needed. I eventually parked in the Tiergarage (18euro/24hrs) as felt it unsafe anywhere else. Upon arrival, the hotel reception was in chaos! I guess a rebuild going on and no discernible reception desk...

The breakfast was simple and basic, you get what you want. The room was big and nice.

Not to recommend, too loud and noise the other hotel guests. Drinking and crouding. No relax. Too expensive for that price 😭😭😭

The hotel is situated in a residential area in a quiet part of town. Despite the proximity, an uber or taxi ride is still around 30 Euros from the airport. The next supermarket is at least a 15 minute walk away. A rather convenient airport hotel. About a 15 min drive to FRA and there is also a train station in the village. The hotel is a solid overnight stay but is rather basic in terms of rooms and amenities. Looks far nicer in the pictures than in reality. The most disappointing part was the breakfast. Just a few basic offerings and diluted coffee. No shuttle to the airport.

Nice quiet hotel. It’s in the center of this little town by the Frankfurt airport-it was nice to be able to walk around and find restaurants. I liked its vintage aesthetic but was disappointed when I learned the TVs in the rooms don’t have the ability to stream or have streaming apps (like Netflix, etc). My room was spacious and well furnished. It was very clean and the feel of the place was very homely and warm. The location in the forest makes for long walking possibilities.

The room was nice, if a bit basic. Staff were good but had difficulty communicating in English. One bed sheet had staining on it. there were spots in the room where the wall covering were peeling off and others where the wall appeared to be blistering. We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport and had 24h reception. They have an airport shuttle for 10 Euro per person. Parking is free. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and the shower was good. Free wifi. Only German TV channels but you can sign into your streaming service.

I stayed at the hotel for one night prior to a flight from Frankfurt Airport. The location is pretty good for that because very closeby (5 min walk) there is a bus stop for the line that takes you directly to the terminal. Front desk woke me up just to tell me that I haven’t paid yet but I’m actually already paid. Does not listening to me and just commands me to come down and pay and when I finally came down they said it’s all good with no apologies. Im confused and irritated because of my sleep lol.

There was no clear directions to get to the hotel after luggage claim but that is the airport management. But it is about 2 minutes walk from the departure floor to cross over the bridge and get to the lobby. The airport has a mall also on the departure floor so it is easy to get food and basic items. The gym is at the ground floor and is a quite a walk to get there.

Perfect for an overnight stay by the airport. The morning breakfast was a big highlight. They have chefs preparing everything in the buffet. It was well done and delicious. We stayed here because a delayed Lufthansa flight caused us to miss our connecting flight. Lufthansa may have a deal with this hotel. This modern hotel has a great location with only a short walk to the subway. The restaurant is ho-hum. It’s a self-serve basic restaurant. I stayed in room 539, where the shower was completely broken and I could not take a bath. The night shift receptionist gave me access to another room (536) to shower, but then without proper communication or handover to the day shift, they automatically switched me to a different room. This was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. The worst part is that they charged a €25 deposit to my card...

The hotel has a gym and some decent facilities, which is a plus. However, it is not possible to walk to the train station or the airport from here, so transportation can be inconvenient. Another drawback is that the hot water is not available 24/7 — sometimes there was no hot water at all. We arrived late at night and had to move our luggage three times to change rooms, but the staff offered no help...

Asked too many information during check in such as email, home full address and phone number etc, it’s too much to handle after delayed flights at midnight. No basic amenities in room except all in one type of soap. Only plus was spacious room. Breakfast was less than average in terms of choice. Got my coffee and some eggs with deep-frozen kind of bread bum.

A trip for the weekend, but glad it was just 1 night. Hotel is in a decent location to airport, T2 is closer about 15 min walk, T1 is 25 min walk or you can get the train 1 stop for around €4 single. First time encountered double charged. The hotel hold my preauthorization amount at check-in as deposit and direct charged me right upon check-out! It was not found until I saw my bank statement and now, I received 0 response from the hotel.
