Overall I really enjoy my stay here for 2 nights. The service was awesome by the staff. Especially the guy named Sherif. He knows all about what customer service is and is very friendly. The negative would be: - Expensive breakfast 22 euros. - No free parking for guests. 12 euros per day. - No working fridge in the room. - The curtain wasn't hanging properly which could have been an easy fix.

I am a frequent business traveler and I had the opportunity to visit the specific hotel due to a conference which was taking place there. Very nice Hotel near Frankfurt. Not so far away from Frakfurt Airport but far enough not to hear the noise from the airport. If you have the pet, dog, like we, it is a dog friendly hotel. Just near the hotel is a lake which makes great to walk your dog around it or if you prefer jogging outside. Definitively value for money and there is a free coffee machine at the reception, what a treat.

Cheap hotel, close to the airport. That's all I really need. The front desk lady was so nice!! We ate dinner at a Thai place next to the hotel. Very good. The hallway lights are on a sensor, so when the elevator opens the floor is very dark. Took me by surprise. I like the modern decor of the rooms. It's strange but it works. Mixed feelings about this hotel. It was cheap for the quality, and convenient to the airport with included parking. Quick and easy check in and check out. Quiet rooms and very spacious. I did not like the neon dark blue lights in the room, it hurt my eyes. Some details could be better maintained. It's an old building, not too close to the airport, but not too far either, 11KMs. In-house restaurant is a far Eastern but if you are into other cuisines or grocery, it's a short walk.

We originally booked 2 days for a family funeral right before Christmas. We asked to extend our stay through Christmas. The hotel was officially closed but they allowed us to stay for a reduced rate. We had the hotel to ourselves. The grandfather came by early every morning to put clean towels just inside the door. Very sweet family. They Made us comfortable during a very difficult time.

Proximity to the airport is perfect! On the other hand, I am disappointed that this 4-star hotel doesn’t offer shampoo/conditioner. As you can see in the attached picture, they only offer “hand and body wash” - usually it should be “Hair” and Body - making it more convenient. I hope they can start adding shampoo/conditioner to their rooms.

Our flight got delayed due to weather so we missed our connection in Frankfurt. Lufthansa put us and many others up in this nearby hotel. There was a bus load of us when we went I'm sure there was more! The staff was great at handling our situation and made sure we were all taken care of. The rooms were decent and I found the beds nice and soft! The food was ok.

Pretty decent hotel for layovers. Love that they give you two pillows one big one small so you can select which is best for you. Bed is also comfortable! PS breakfast ends at 10am so if you want food make sure to come before hand.

Nice and clean hotel close to the airport. The early breakfast was not good, can barely call it a breakfast. One coffee machine and some dry croissants and fruits. That’s it, more of a snack. Dinner buffet in the hotel restaurant was good.

Located at withing the airport, the hotel is very convenient for a night stay to catch your early morning flight. Breakfast was delicious and gym was sufficient for a workout.

The most important thing about any hotel is can you sleep. The room is dark and quiet, so it does well there. However the bed is incredibly firm, if you like firm and hard mattresses you'll be very happy with this hotel. Was extremely hot and sweating in my room along with my friend in the adjoining room. They have the air set by the outdoor temperature and it only turns on automatically. Had problems with room reservation through Agoda website and the Filipina staff walked us through the steps to be taken. Got a full refund for our case, and was given free tokens for the shuttle for the inconvenience. It took us almost 1.5 hours before we got our keys to the room, but hey, we got to sleep! Very nice rooms and a good, quiet location for traveling through Frankfurt. Everything feels very new, modern, and well-kept. They also have secured underground parking. It is outside the environmental/umwelt zone, so a good place to park if you’re road tripping from outside of Germany. The staff did a great job at handling a large volume of stranded travelers checking in all at once.

The breakfast is a good high standard, fresh cooked foods and cold food, salads, fruit, etc. Lunch and Dinner is with a fairly limited basic menu but good quality. I like the place the people was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back if I need to stay one night again.

It's a nice place for a stay, only catch is people traveling with luggage would really need to travel there by a cab or by bus. Even though there aren't convenient stores or restaurants around, the hotel has an Indian restaurant to cater. Rooms are also quite comfortable. Note: it's difficult to understand the entrance of the hotel just a door at the stairs.

Good place to stay for a night. The hotel is exactly designed for that by being geared towards efficiency. It's really a recommendation. Just consider while booking, that the hotel will charge you 6 or 7 € per person for the airport transfer....for 10 € you may fetch a taxi without being bound to schedules.
