Overall I really enjoy my stay here for 2 nights. The service was awesome by the staff. Especially the guy named Sherif. He knows all about what customer service is and is very friendly. The negative would be: - Expensive breakfast 22 euros. - No free parking for guests. 12 euros per day. - No working fridge in the room. - The curtain wasn't hanging properly which could have been an easy fix.

Very nice Hotel near Frankfurt. Not so far away from Frakfurt Airport but far enough not to hear the noise from the airport. If you have the pet, dog, like we, it is a dog friendly hotel. Just near the hotel is a lake which makes great to walk your dog around it or if you prefer jogging outside. Definitively value for money and there is a free coffee machine at the reception, what a treat.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. It was cheap for the quality, and convenient to the airport with included parking. Quick and easy check in and check out. Quiet rooms and very spacious. I did not like the neon dark blue lights in the room, it hurt my eyes. Some details could be better maintained. We originally booked 2 days for a family funeral right before Christmas. We asked to extend our stay through Christmas. The hotel was officially closed but they allowed us to stay for a reduced rate. We had the hotel to ourselves. The grandfather came by early every morning to put clean towels just inside the door. Very sweet family. They Made us comfortable during a very difficult time.

There was no clear directions to get to the hotel after luggage claim but that is the airport management. But it is about 2 minutes walk from the departure floor to cross over the bridge and get to the lobby. The airport has a mall also on the departure floor so it is easy to get food and basic items. The gym is at the ground floor and is a quite a walk to get there.

The most important thing about any hotel is can you sleep. The room is dark and quiet, so it does well there. However the bed is incredibly firm, if you like firm and hard mattresses you'll be very happy with this hotel. We stayed here because a delayed Lufthansa flight caused us to miss our connecting flight. Lufthansa may have a deal with this hotel. This modern hotel has a great location with only a short walk to the subway. The restaurant is ho-hum. It’s a self-serve basic restaurant. I stayed in room 539, where the shower was completely broken and I could not take a bath. The night shift receptionist gave me access to another room (536) to shower, but then without proper communication or handover to the day shift, they automatically switched me to a different room. The hotel has a gym and some decent facilities, which is a plus. However, it is not possible to walk to the train station or the airport from here, so transportation can be inconvenient. It's a nice place for a stay, only catch is people traveling with luggage would really need to travel there by a cab or by bus. Nice and simple place, less than a 10 euro taxi ride away from the airport. The owner/manager was super nice and friendly. The room was basic but very clean.

Well, I already stayed in this hotel now for the 4th time. We always use it as sleep over on the way back to Shanghai. The location is just very convenient, and we actually walk to T2, it's about 15 minutes.

Great location if you need to be near the airport. The free shuttle makes it super easy to get to your flight, especially early in the morning. Really convenient for a quick overnight stay.

Location is next to the airport. Parking is quite expensive. We booked a room for three people, but were disappointed to find that the sofa bed was not prepared in advance and the hotel asked us to pull it out and make it ourselves, including putting on the sheets.

I stay here several times, but at last stay, I thing there are some need to be fixes. Example cutlery not available, smelly bathroom (room 712).

Fantastic hotel for our first night. Spacious and easily can sleep up to 2 queen size bed. Nearby shops are closed on public holidays, so it was a bit quiet for us.

A good choice for an overnight stay. The rooms are minimalist, and while the mattresses were comfortable, they were a bit too soft for my preference, though that’s subjective.
