Very nice and great breakfast
First off, it’s NOT a walk from the airport. We took a cab and was about the same price as 2 tickets on the train. They stopped doing the shuttle.
It has a great setup, beautiful lobby, great breakfast, and nice rooms. Very hip. Super convenient.

They should not be allowed to use the name. This is not a Hyatt Place! Clean and efficient. Not people friendly. Not even close to what you get in the US at Hyatt Place. The hotel does NOT provide transportation to the airport you will need locate that and pay for it. Breakfast is NOT included.
It does not have your usual comfortable Hyatt Place room. I’m pretty sure an AI designed the bathroom. You have to lean in between the toilet and sink to see yourself in the mirror to shave. Be careful in the shower. There is an unused towel rack at elbow height near the shower controls.
I look for a Hyatt Place everywhere I travel. This was not a pleasant experience.

I stayed here after getting delayed in this airline IT shutdown. The rooms are nice and clean and comfortable and was so thankful for air conditioning after a week in the German countryside. I am traveling with a new puppy and there’s a great park right behind the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very easy to get to off train S8 or S9….just one stop up from the airport. Thank you for having us!

Stayed here for one night before flying home to Australia with the family (2 adults and 2 children).
Location is both good and bad - good in that it is nice that it is close to the airport. However, they are the only hotel that does not provide shuttle from/to airport. Cabs are expensive including Uber and Bolt for a short distance especially if you have a fair bit of luggage like we did.
The hotel itself is no frills. Let’s just say the service is zero. Hotel foyer was empty when we came in-4 front desk staff stood around chatting for a while including the manager before they attended to us. The person then mocked me for booking a room

For spending the night before a flight near the airport, there are a lot of hotels available. I've been to a few of them and this one was for me the best of the budget alternatives. The room is well appointed, the TV is large and modern, there are plenty of clothes hooks on the walls (which sounds like a silly thing but many hotels have nothing for you to hang your clothes on), a real sofa (again, don't assume your budget hotel will have anything to sit on except the bed), a great bathroom. The bed is very very good! There's no room service, but staff are friendly and competent. Parking garage is convenient and not expensive. All in all, great price for the service provided.

Our experience was more than wonderful at first.
We checked in on Monday March 25th adding breakfast to our account for the following days, having two different rooms front desk confirmed that breakfast was successfully added.
Next morning we came down to eat, no problem at all. Area is very clean and there is many options to choose from.
Second and last day, my mother came down to have breakfast before my husband and I and when she was done eating as she was leaving the breakfast area, she was literally chased by an employee (woman blond hair and glasses) telling her that she needed to pay. My mother tried to communicate that our room included breakfast as we were confirmed by front desk and didn’t have an issue the morning before. Front desk and that other employee didn’t believe her and literally took her to the elevator and told her they will be waiting for her there for her to pay. My mom came upstairs extremely embarrassed and in distress, she felt targeted. My husband had to go down and again, confirm we had secured breakfast.
Front desk communicated that card wasn’t on file, and the uninterrupted breakfast from the morning before was a mistake.
After this situation, my mom came upstairs and my husband and I went down to eat breakfast ourselves and again… this same woman asked both what room we came from. We saw several people walking in and she ONLY asked us. We felt targeted for our race which is horrible to say, but I honestly don’t see any other explanation.
Needles to say we will never come back to Hyatt. I as an International competitor loved this hotel and recommended my colleges to stay here as it is clean and easy to navigate, however I will make sure they know about this experience.

Convenient location close to the airport, room larger than usual, and generous breakfast buffet with multiple tasty options. Overall a very good choice for an overnight stay in Frankfurt airport.

We stayed one night, it is super close to the airport at one station with the S-Bahn, you can use the S9 or the S8. The rooms are really clean and quiet, the employees are very friendly and helpful. We had a great night :8

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was way beyond expectation!
Just one minus point is that there is no shuttle bus even if it is located 5 min. from the airport by car and it cost us more than 20 euros.

The Hotel is very nice. I had a situation: I forgot my iPhone charger in the room when I left. After a few days when I realized this, I contacted the Hotel Lost and Found Department via email and they sent it back to me, to Romania! Thank You Hyatt Place Frankfurt for great service!
