Clean and beautiful hotel

The room was provided immediately, the air conditioning works, it is clean, light, a view of the construction site, but this is temporary. At the price, "you can afford it."

The staff is amazing. They helped me and my team to fix an issue related to road closures in the airport area and accomodated us in a way we were able to complete our job. Their attention to customer is outstanding (kudos to Julio and the kind lady overseeing the restaurant). Definitely a great hotel, and a staff that is there to help you.

My husband and I stayed at this Hyatt location during our honeymoon. The staff greeted us and were so kind. I appreciate that the staff spoke English to make our stay even more comfortable.

The hotel is near the airport, as well as in walking distance of the Rewe, a few restaurants, and transport areas for your convenience. We would recommend this place to everyone who wishes to visit Frankfurt!

Decent hotel for price. Picked it due to proximity to airport, but learned our terminal was still a short trip away give. How big the Frankfurt airport is.

Beds are on the firmer side, which I don't mind, but my spouse hated. The pillows were a joke. One pillow and extremely flat. I finally started getting a better, less painful rest, when I took the small decorative pillows from the chaise and used one of them with that flat pillow.

Lounge area was nice, and staff friendly.

I had put in a request for the two rooms to be next to each other as we had an adult child and two minor children with. I received a reply that they would accommodate this request. However, at check in, they had us on different floors. They rearranged and put us on the same floor, but adjacent was not possible.

Location was close to the airport where we needed to be. The lobby has an excellent use of globes. Rooms are clean, comfy, and inviting. We had cocktails and snacks in the evening. Lots of open seating to accommodate many.
Great breakfast!

It’s an airport hotel so I guess location is perfect if you’re flying in or out.
I was there for a business meeting . As a globalist member I was given a top room upgrade which I really appreciated. And complementary drinks at the bar . They aim to please. Breakfast was excellent with high-quality hot dishes. Staff at the hotel were also excellent. New and modern. Only downside is the air conditioning on hot days is not adequate. Same experience at the Hyatt house in eschborn send It hotels in Frankfurt so important to keep in mind on exceptionally hot days

Very nice and great breakfast

First off, it’s NOT a walk from the airport. We took a cab and was about the same price as 2 tickets on the train. They stopped doing the shuttle.

It has a great setup, beautiful lobby, great breakfast, and nice rooms. Very hip. Super convenient.

I stayed here after getting delayed in this airline IT shutdown. The rooms are nice and clean and comfortable and was so thankful for air conditioning after a week in the German countryside. I am traveling with a new puppy and there’s a great park right behind the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very easy to get to off train S8 or S9….just one stop up from the airport. Thank you for having us!
