The front staff was very friendly yet professional and provided a high level of service quality which truly contributed to my overall experience after an almost 11-hour flight.

My 5th-floor room was nicely appointed, with thoughtful design, comfort, and good upkeep.
I enjoyed the great view of the city skyline.

First time encountered double charged.
The hotel hold my preauthorization amount at check-in as deposit and direct charged me right upon check-out!
It was not found until I saw my bank statement and now, I received 0 response from the hotel.

Stayed for a short 1 night layover, location was great, near the train station and just 1 stop from the airport. Check in was quick, and the room was great considering the price paid.

The hotel is virtually next to the train station - one stop from Frankfurt Airport which was great for my connecting flight the next day. The staff are very friendly and professional. Great was that I was able to order some food to take back to my room just before the restaurant closed. I ordered 2 sides which were great value for the money and nicely prepared. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. One thing which was very impractical was the distance between the sink and the mirror which made shaving a challenge. Overall however yi would definitely return.
