What a disaster experience staying here has been. As a Gold Elite Envoy member I strongly recommend staying someplace else. Massive line. Not because of the number of people trying to check in but because of the incompetence of the front desk.
Every questions was answered with either no or I don't know.
I called 4 times from my room to ask for help and no one answered. I could not get on the wifi and when I finally did I had trouble loading even small txt messages. The Hilton is located next to the airport too and is a great alternative.

Booked to make an early morning departure easier. Finding the hotel was comedic because of construction - 4 out of 5 airport staff we asked did not know how to get to hotel. Check-in disappointing - took way too long (after checking in on-line) and information was just wrong. For example: we asked if breakfast was available early morning and were told breakfast was available at 3a. We discovered to our disappointment that there was no breakfast available until 6:30. Restaurant- the Eatery - was ok. Food decent, service really great. Great location, great spacious rooms, hard to get to from public transportation and really underwhelming service.

Due to an airline mistake, my flight was changed and I had to stay overnight.

When I went to a restaurant for breakfast, I was assigned to a different place.

There were only Asians there, and only Asians came.
I am also asian for sure.

but room is good, saver is kind, bar is super cool

The only reason I gave a 1 star is because of the 2 staff that were so sweet to us. One was our Greek check-in gentleman Giorgios, and the other was the a gentleman standing at the entrance with tattoos who was so helpful with directions. We really wished we had got water. I had such a hard time in getting ready as we were a group of 100 Indians staying here and 50% of the rooms didn’t have hot water. Thankfully I was able to shower in another colleague’s room; because nothing was being done about the cold water. I informed the housekeeping staff on the floor that there’s no hot water and the shower isn’t turning off. Funny enough he closed the room door that I had left ajar for me to return & I got locked out of my room in the middle of my shower while using the other room. Insane how someone can ruin your whole morning! I really hope that staff members don’t automatically unlock the doors that guests leave ajar because it may be an impulse for one but a whole morning for another one. On top of that the lift capacities are definitely not for this size of hotel. Getting a lift come to your floor takes minimum of 5 minutes. All lifts always come fully packed to the floor and if you are lucky enough to squeeze into one, they stop at each floor. I’m not joking. EACH FLOOR. Almost every time. So for me to get access to my room in the middle of getting ready, I had to shamefully walk down half-dressed in bathroom slippers with my bath products in my hand. After all of this; even after calling a technician; nothing had changed.
