Ended up crashing here when our connecting flight was cancelled and was very pleased to have such a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The bar and lounge area looked really nice, though we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of it. We did go to the tavern downstairs for dinner, which was delightful. The room was very clean and comfortable and so easy to get to from the airport. We just had to walk over a sky bridge to get there - no shuttle or anything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s also just a 20 min train ride to the Old Town historic district.

I spend a night at the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel just to have the convenience that I won't have to rush myself in the morning for going to the airport.
What should I say, it was the best desicion ever.
Although it was a relatively short stay, I felt very comfortable and taken care of.
All of the staff were very friendly, attentive and polite at anytime, but especially Georgious from the Club Lounge made my stay memorable because of his service-oriented and professional work.
I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel for my further trips in the future.

Nice, easy walk to/from Terminal 1.
My only criticism is that some bathrooms still have "high wall" tubs, with no handholds. I am an older guy with balance issues and almost fell getting in and out.
On my next stay, they provided me with a room having a safer, walkin shower.
Breakfast is great, both in lounge and restaurant.
Staff were great.
Definitely, would stay again.

It’s a very convenient location for transfer stays, but nothing special. Rooms are clean and spacious. Check in takes way too much time, no idea why. Staff is friendly in a German way: efficient but without any warmth. Fine with me but you’ll be disappointed if a warm welcome is your thing…

A very beautiful and nice hotel in Frankfurt airport the rooms are super clean and comfortable there are a lot of services that you can enjoy during your stay. The perfect airport hotel. The only negative thing about this hotel is that some of their staff are very rude and not friendly and all. And some are adorable and very professional

What a disaster experience staying here has been. As a Gold Elite Envoy member I strongly recommend staying someplace else. Massive line. Not because of the number of people trying to check in but because of the incompetence of the front desk.
Every questions was answered with either no or I don't know.
I called 4 times from my room to ask for help and no one answered. I could not get on the wifi and when I finally did I had trouble loading even small txt messages. The Hilton is located next to the airport too and is a great alternative.

Booked to make an early morning departure easier. Finding the hotel was comedic because of construction - 4 out of 5 airport staff we asked did not know how to get to hotel. Check-in disappointing - took way too long (after checking in on-line) and information was just wrong. For example: we asked if breakfast was available early morning and were told breakfast was available at 3a. We discovered to our disappointment that there was no breakfast available until 6:30. Restaurant- the Eatery - was ok. Food decent, service really great. Great location, great spacious rooms, hard to get to from public transportation and really underwhelming service.

Due to an airline mistake, my flight was changed and I had to stay overnight.
When I went to a restaurant for breakfast, I was assigned to a different place.
There were only Asians there, and only Asians came.
I am also asian for sure.
but room is good, saver is kind, bar is super cool

Room is very clean and bathroom is rather big. All the amenities are available including ironing board and fridge.
Front desk staff are very helpful and welcoming. The shower gel in my room needs to be replenished. I texted the hotel using the chat function on the Marriott app and several bottles of shower gel, shampoo and others are in the bathroom!!
Location is excellent, just a pedestrian bridge away from the airport, especially i have an early flight the next day. Also very easy to take either S8 or S9 train to Frankfurt downtown in 15mins
