Holiday Inn Express Frankfurt Airport, an IHG Hotel

We have stayed here several times & had the best experience each time! The rooms are small, but very clean & equipped with everything you need! They have a great breakfast & a small bar area with beer on tap! The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke English making our stay easy & enjoyable! A short walk away was a German restaurant and an Italian restaurant & both are excellent with friendly staff! Can't recommend this convenient hotel enough!! We will return!!

Further from the airport then I expected with no good public transportation around but that is my lack of planning not theirs! There is a shuttle to and from the airport for a small fee that is convenient. The front desk staff were very nice, attentive and informative! The room was a perfect place to lay my head for the night! The only thing I wished for was conditioner for my shower in the morning. Thanks for the stay!

Very clean and quiet hotel. Check in was quick and easy and all staff encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good with a large selection of items. I was even able to get gluten free bread on request. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the airport but there is a free shuttle bus from the airport. We had to go the the train station the next day and the shuttle bus dropped us directly at the station for 10€/pp. Hotel price was very reasonable and I would stay again.

Hotel is excellent value for money if you're travelling with (young) family.
Rooms and decor are modern and clean.
Breakfast service has good choices and good quality for the price.
Location is perfect for airport or autobahn if you're passing through but you wouldn't know either was close by.
Not scoring higher for Rooms as the sofa beds aren't the best for comfort.

Absolutely recommend this hotel ! We booked this hotel the very last minute due to an emergency and it was perfect. The receptionist (woman with brown hair) was super friendly though it was kind of late, she was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. (The only thing that our air conditioner was not working well and made weird noise) Breakfast is included in the price you pay which is really great. The location is a little bit further from the center of Frankfurt which is okay.

Overall I had a great experience and would stay here again!

We needed a Room close to the Airport before our flight back. Great location 8-10 min in the morning it took us , we had to take back a rental car. Rooms are clean and well sufficient for 2 people with a small table as well. Bed was comfortable if I have one small thing to say it's that the bedding was a bit thick and heavy for my taste. Overall great stay and also to mention is the breakfast is included.

We alwas stay at this hotel from the uk to Hungary and back, love the breakfast options, staff always friendly and perfect location

I had a awesome experience in this Hotel, when I got in my room, it has a complementary fruit plate in my room, very quiet place, close to the airport and two restaurants at very close distance you can go walking and my room was very clean, it has complementary breakfast and all the staff is very friendly and it a kids friendly Hotel,really good people.
I do recommend this Hotel, you will not be disappointed by the excellent service!!!

Handicap accessible.
only stayed a night so can't talk about room service but the breakfast was decent and room was clean when I entered it. Everything seemed to be in order and clean.
Pillows are horrible though. Worst pillows I've slept on during my journey....
And the bathroom / toilet door was super loud.

Other than those 2 things though, no complains.
Worth the price. Good option to stay.
