Holiday Inn Express Frankfurt Airport, an IHG Hotel

We needed a Room close to the Airport before our flight back. Great location 8-10 min in the morning it took us , we had to take back a rental car. Rooms are clean and well sufficient for 2 people with a small table as well. Bed was comfortable if I have one small thing to say it's that the bedding was a bit thick and heavy for my taste. Overall great stay and also to mention is the breakfast is included.

We alwas stay at this hotel from the uk to Hungary and back, love the breakfast options, staff always friendly and perfect location

I had a awesome experience in this Hotel, when I got in my room, it has a complementary fruit plate in my room, very quiet place, close to the airport and two restaurants at very close distance you can go walking and my room was very clean, it has complementary breakfast and all the staff is very friendly and it a kids friendly Hotel,really good people.
I do recommend this Hotel, you will not be disappointed by the excellent service!!!

about what you'd expect from an affordable hotel.
Handicap accessible.
only stayed a night so can't talk about room service but the breakfast was decent and room was clean when I entered it. Everything seemed to be in order and clean.
Pillows are horrible though. Worst pillows I've slept on during my journey....
And the bathroom / toilet door was super loud.

Other than those 2 things though, no complains.
Worth the price. Good option to stay.

Please remember this is Express Holiday Inn. So, while it is almost like a bed & breakfast arrangement, few key notes:

Pro's:
1. The receiption staff is truly amazing and excellent at their job. Very helpful and they try their best.
2. The hotel / rooms are very clean and a huge credit to the cleaning staff.
3. The breakfast is good specially being a Holiday Inn Express facility. The team working in the morning is also very good.
4. 30 min. taxi ride from Frankfurt Am Main airport. Can cost between €35 to €40. - Same cost if you want to travel from Hotel to Frankfurt city.
5. Wheelchair friendly.
6. Have a mini bar and some pizza to order near receiption area.
7. Green intiative, if you do not get your room cleaned, IHG members get 500 points per day.

Con:
1. There is no drinking water bottle provided in the rooms.
If you have empty bottle, you can refill anytime near breakfast area.
2. No room-service at all.
3. Difficult for late night arrival passengers, as you may not get any food option for dinner and if you are lucky, they might have pizza available which also shuts by 11:55pm.
If you are vegitarian, then no food option and suggest you carry or buy in your flight before arrival.

Hotel is new, rooms are clean and comfortable.
The hotel staff is super nice, had a very good experience interacting with them upon check-in, check out and at breakfast.
Breakfast was good.
I would definitely stay there again.

Solimen and Jasmin are amazing, helpful people at the front desk.
My reservation ran into problems but they spent over an hour helping me. And brought us water, gave us chocolates and treats.
They really care about guests and will create an amazing experience for them.
