Pretty decent hotel close to the airport. Rooms were spacious and beds were fairly comfortable. I would not recommend the restaurant as the food wasn’t great. Instead try to bar as the wings or burger are much better than the food at the restaurant. Or if you feel adventurous try one of the food items from the vending machine. Side note the shuttle bus only goes to terminal 1.

Our flight got delayed due to weather so we missed our connection in Frankfurt. Lufthansa put us and many others up in this nearby hotel. There was a bus load of us when we went I'm sure there was more! The staff was great at handling our situation and made sure we were all taken care of. The rooms were decent and I found the beds nice and soft! The food was ok.

Pretty decent hotel for layovers. Love that they give you two pillows one big one small so you can select which is best for you. Bed is also comfortable! PS breakfast ends at 10am so if you want food make sure to come before hand.

Nice and clean hotel close to the airport. The early breakfast was not good, can barely call it a breakfast. One coffee machine and some dry croissants and fruits. That’s it, more of a snack.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel and its services - but, I've stayed here only 1 night as a compensation for an extra long flight delay. The stay included comfortable transportation from and back to the airport. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, even a little electric kettle. Included dinner was delicious and the breakfast included many options for all tastes.

After a cancelled flight and long wait to get from MUC to FRA, the hotel was a welcome sight. Staff were friendly and polite and coped well with the onslaught of displaced travellers from a raft of cancelled flights. Our room was very clean and smart if basic, but functional. The hotel is close to the airport, so rig for some noise, although not too bad. The only disappoint was early breakfast, that left a little more to be desired, apart from that, pretty good, and very welcome after a long day of t

Worst place you’ll spent the night at. You’re better off in jail. The buffet is made off of the leftovers and if you dare ask any question to the chubby bald employee you’ll get treated like a stupid child. The drinks are as expensive as if you were in a rooftop in the city and not in a cheap hotel by the airport. The rooms are quite nice thought.
Don’t count on the buffet to fill you hunger but don’t count on the delivery apps neither. Just count on the airport food you’d have brought a few hours back. Even the soda machine is as old as the carpet and only take coins.

We had a long layover in Frankfurt so booked in to Intercity hotel for 9 hours. Easy on line booking. Efficient easy 5-10 minute shuttle from terminal 1 arrivals to the hotel and back. Shuttles run every 30 minutes. Lovely friendly helpful staff fluent in English. Clean comfortable room - not luxurious, but perfect for a short stay and excellent value for money.WiFi and TV worked well. Convenient restaurants for all meals and reasonably priced. Small gym for a quick workout. Felt very safe . Will definitely stay here again.

The rooms need more than 1 tiny coffee sachet, more than 1 water, how about some milk with that coffee please? Otherwise beds and pillows great, room great. Nice that it had a pet friendly option and family room option. Bottled water tastes terrible. Outside smoking section should be far away from the entrance to the restaurant and reception.

Modest, but neat and clean. Very tasty breakfasts and dinners. Convenient shuttles to the airport.
