A very nice hotel for a layover near the airport. The staff are professional and attentive and well organized when dealing with cancelled flight customers. The rooms are very nice, clean and the beds are comfortable. The buffet food was a good standard (for buffet food).

The hotel itself is not bad. The quality of the evening meals was poor, with wilted vegetables. The European breakfast was decent; I can’t complain. On the evening of December 13, 2024, the receptionist was very rude and unpleasant. My flight was canceled, and instead of a voucher, I handed over my passport. The receptionist complained, asking why I gave my passport instead of the voucher. I didn’t know what to say—canceled flights are not an everyday occurrence for me. I hope I never end up there again, especially not with that receptionist. For this reason, only one star.

I really like this hotel it is close to the airport and next to the Shopping centre/Train station as well. The staff especially Khan at the bar is such a friendly person. He is always smiling and ready to help. Everytime I am in Frankfurt- it makes me happy to see and chatting with him. I hope, he continues working at the hotel and also continues smiling 😃

MIND THE 2€ HIDDEN FEE AT THE RECEPTION!!!
UPDATE! There's small patches of blood on my sheets that's not mine!
The Hotel was further than advertised, but there's a shuttle bus from exit 6 from the terminal so that's something.
The lack of information is concerning and super stressful.
Although the room itself is pretty nice, and feels cozy enough.
Restaurant food at the restaurant was bland and didn't taste of anything, tho the portion was decent. The waiters never checked up on me either and dragged down an otherwise 3 star.
Breakfast was stale tho okay enough.
Navigating to your room is also a nightmare, its practically a maze with misleading room numbers.
If you want a relatively cheaper room it's good, but mind the 2€ hidden fee.

Proximity to the airport is perfect!
On the other hand, I am disappointed that this 4-star hotel doesn’t offer shampoo/conditioner. As you can see in the attached picture, they only offer “hand and body wash” - usually it should be “Hair” and Body - making it more convenient. I hope they can start adding shampoo/conditioner to their rooms.

Pretty decent hotel close to the airport. Rooms were spacious and beds were fairly comfortable. I would not recommend the restaurant as the food wasn’t great. Instead try to bar as the wings or burger are much better than the food at the restaurant. Or if you feel adventurous try one of the food items from the vending machine. Side note the shuttle bus only goes to terminal 1.

Our flight got delayed due to weather so we missed our connection in Frankfurt. Lufthansa put us and many others up in this nearby hotel. There was a bus load of us when we went I'm sure there was more! The staff was great at handling our situation and made sure we were all taken care of. The rooms were decent and I found the beds nice and soft! The food was ok.

Pretty decent hotel for layovers. Love that they give you two pillows one big one small so you can select which is best for you. Bed is also comfortable! PS breakfast ends at 10am so if you want food make sure to come before hand.

Nice and clean hotel close to the airport. The early breakfast was not good, can barely call it a breakfast. One coffee machine and some dry croissants and fruits. That’s it, more of a snack.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel and its services - but, I've stayed here only 1 night as a compensation for an extra long flight delay. The stay included comfortable transportation from and back to the airport. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, even a little electric kettle. Included dinner was delicious and the breakfast included many options for all tastes.
